Very good breakfast, stores near the hotel, friendly staff, very well cleaned room. The room could be well enlighted for business porpose though. Old model of hot water pot (electric).

I have stayed at Accor Group / Mercure hotels in many countries around the world. I was unimpressed with the standard of this hotel. Furniture (sofa) in the room was tattered crying out for maintenance. There were Cockroaches in the room. The hotel is well Located close to key amenities. However the standard is not in keeping with Accor standards worldwide. Staff were friendly. Disappointed!!!

matriculates dance when we arrived. nobody helped with luggage... noice.... the floors to the rooms was dirty and 4am knock on the door ,,, nobody there. terrible stay... will never go back or refer anyone to this establishment .. paid for breakfast .. early anything left when we arrived for breakfast , then bacon is not chewable (both mornings) like eating biltong, fruit on Saturday morning was yeasty... definitely not fresh .. very very very disappointing in hotels.com to have this on your list ,

Everything and everyone was excellent, service and staff were great 👍,..well done to Mercure,.. Excellent location, mall just across the road, with many interesting stores.
