When I arrived the lady on reception was very blunt, I couldn’t check in - which was ok - so I left my bag and checked in later, my room smelt of cigarettes, to be fair they changed it no issue, by now 2 very friendly staff on the desk, but the cleaners must have known / informed reception! My room was ‘ok’ bed clean and comfortable, and shower good, but my glasses on my hospitality tray were stuck down/sticky, and one of them was clearly dirty, which made me think what else was! But what really frustrated me, I am a single solo female traveller, I do a lot of research on hotels, this was a 20 minute walk from the old town which I was aware of, but the hotel had a bar and restaurant, and after a full day out I like to eat in the hotel and have a few drinks in the bar so I am not out and about in the dark! However the hotel restaurant and bar were closed, I was really frustrated, and cannot believe that a 4* hotel like the Radisson wouldn’t message those with bookings and explain that! I ended up with a takeaway in my room and little bottle of wine from the spar! Not how I wanted to spend my evening , I was not impressed!

Conveniently located near the train station and the Annenstrasse tram line (currently bus line while the last stage of modernization is occuring). The staff was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Gym had a great view of the valley. Bed was comfortable and I appreciated having a decent sized desk to work at.

We arrived at the hotel in the evening, which is located in the city center. We drove into their underground parking garage, which was closed off with a barrier. After ringing the bell, someone came out and told us there were no parking spaces available, and suggested we park in the nearby Billa supermarket parking lot. Unfortunately, our car didn’t fit there. We started driving around the area, but it was full of sketchy-looking homeless people, and we couldn’t find a single available parking spot. We returned to the hotel and explained the situation, but they offered no help whatsoever. As a result, I had to cancel the booking because there was simply nowhere safe to leave our car. Of course, Expedia didn’t refund us, and neither did the hotel — now I’ll have to turn to my bank to try to recover the money. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU’RE TRAVELING BY CAR!

La struttura è nuova o completamente ristrutturata e ben arredata, dotata di parcheggio a pagamento: tuttavia, quest'ultimo non è prenotabile (costo 36 Euro al giorno. Fortunatamente, a fianco all'hotel è possibile utilizzare quello del supermercato Billa, sempre accessibile anche in ore notturne (costo 19 Euro al giorno). Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile, un pò lento il servizio del ristorante Balaustine. Colazione abbondante. Le stanze sono piuttosto piccole, ma pulite, i letti confortevoli. In camera sarebbe stato preferibile una Nespresso per il caffè, piuttosto che Nescafè in polvere, nonchè la disponibilità di una o due bottiglie di acqua complimentary. Il centro della città è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10 minuti.

Anmeldelsen er baseret på et syv-dages ophold Hotellet er nyt og fremstår som sådan og lækkert indrettet med behagelige farver og møblement. Morgenmadsbuffetten er skrabet af et firestjernet hotel. Mit sammenligningsgrundlag er bella sky i kbh, hvor netop morgenmadsbuffetten er noget af det bedste i min optik. Vi oplevede nærmest hver dag, at buffetten manglede at blive fyldt op med de mest gængse produkter. Rengøringen svigtede også. Normalvis er der rengøring hver tredje dag, vi måtte dog selv ned i receptionen på fjerde dag og spørge til den, hvilket så også udløste en rengøring. En brandalarm gik på hotellet og vi forlod værelset ad trappen som forskrevet. Nede i foyen var der ingen vejledning eller guidning fra personalet, der blot stod ved deres computere, som om intet var hændt. Falsk alarm, måtte vi gætte os til, men altid en god mulighed for personalet at afprøve procedure, ja altså jeg håber ikke det var deres procedure at lade som ingenting. Parkeringskælderen er et kapitel for sig. Her skal blot nævnes; for mange biler på for lidt plads

Fabulous hotel. Over the road from the train station, 20min walk into the old town. Very friendly staff, unfortunately didn't get the name of the receptionist who checked us in, but she was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean and comfortable, good breakfast, great location. Would highly recommend

Wir hatten ein barrierefreies Zimmer. Für uns war es jedoch sehr unpraktisch. Es gab im Bad keine Möglichkeit Sachen abzulegen. Es war am Waschbecken nur Platz für die Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta. Man konnte nicht mal am Klodeckel etwas ablegen, da keiner vorhanden war. Da das Zimmer barrierefrei war, waren überall Notfallschalter in Form von Schnüren und Knöpfen. Wir mussten extrem aufpassen, dass wir nirgendswo ankamen. Ich habe auch getrennte Betten angegen, die war nicht hatten. Da die Bettdecke auch durchgehend war, etwas unvorteilhaft wenn man nicht als Paar reist. Ich würde beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Recently completed hotel within a 15-20 min walk of city centre and well located for the main station. We stayed in 2 interconnected rooms but there were quite a few small issues with our room including no towels , loose exposed electrical wiring for lighting in a bathroom, and a disabled toilet which wasn’t the most appropriate for children. However in general the condition is very good although I did think one of the rooms was quite cramped. The staff at reception were friendly on arrival but the city tax was twice the level that had been quoted by Expedia. We also had issues with staff questioning whether we had booked for breakfast which we had paid extra for. This might be an Expedia issue but I felt the staff could have dealt with matters in a more friendly and less hostile way.

Wunderbares Hotel in Graz. Die Lage ist gut, man erreicht die Altstadt zu Fuss in 15 Minuten. Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu und somit noch alles in einwandfreiem Zustand. Schöner Frühstücksaal mit gutem Buffet. Kleine Mankos: die Zimmer sind relativ klein und etwas hellhörig füt eine neue Unterkunft. Ich würde aber definitiv wieder dort übernachten.

Hotel ist neu, das kann man in den Zimmern noch recht gut richen. Die Zimmer an sich sind gut ausgestattet, man findet alles was man braucht. Es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstückbuffet ist schön und vielfältig. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr steil und nicht für jedes Auto geeignet. Ebenso ist die Einfahrt recht schwer zu finden. Obwohl das Hotel quasi gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof liegt, beommt man von der Unruhe nichts mit.

Breakfast was excellent. Gym had a great view of the valley. Bed was comfortable and I appreciated having a decent sized desk to work at.

Recently completed hotel within a 15-20 min walk of city centre and well located for the main station. We stayed in 2 interconnected rooms but there were quite a few small issues with our room including no towels , loose exposed electrical wiring for lighting in a bathroom, and a disabled toilet which wasn’t the most appropriate for children. However in general the condition is very good although I did think one of the rooms was quite cramped. The staff at reception were friendly on arrival but the city tax was twice the level that had been quoted by Expedia. We also had issues with staff questioning whether we had booked for breakfast which we had paid extra for. This might be an Expedia issue but I felt the staff could have dealt with matters in a more friendly and less hostile way.

Ceckin fatto con sufficienza e incuranza, attendiamo per parlare con qualcuno e per “pc bloccati”, ci fanno aspettare in modo indefinito senza proporre alcuna soluzione.. Arrivavamo da un viaggio lungo in moto. L’addetta alla exception è stata scortese e incurante.

This was a perfect spot if arriving by train, literally across the street. A 20 minute walk to the town square. A little out of the way so it’s very quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was very clean and very nice, I would stay here again

When I arrived the lady on reception was very blunt, I couldn’t check in - which was ok - so I left my bag and checked in later, my room smelt of cigarettes, to be fair they changed it no issue, by now 2 very friendly staff on the desk, but the cleaners must have known / informed reception! My room was ‘ok’ bed clean and comfortable, and shower good, but my glasses on my hospitality tray were stuck down/sticky, and one of them was clearly dirty, which made me think what else was! But what really frustrated me, I am a single solo female traveller, I do a lot of research on hotels, this was a 20 minute walk from the old town which I was aware of, but the hotel had a bar and restaurant, and after a full day out I like to eat in the hotel and have a few drinks in the bar so I am not out and about in the dark! However the hotel restaurant and bar were closed, I was really frustrated, and cannot believe that a 4* hotel like the Radisson wouldn’t message those with bookings and explain that! I ended up with a takeaway in my room and little bottle of wine from the spar! Not how I wanted to spend my evening , I was not impressed!

Anmeldelsen er baseret på et syv-dages ophold Hotellet er nyt og fremstår som sådan og lækkert indrettet med behagelige farver og møblement. Morgenmadsbuffetten er skrabet af et firestjernet hotel. Mit sammenligningsgrundlag er bella sky i kbh, hvor netop morgenmadsbuffetten er noget af det bedste i min optik. Vi oplevede nærmest hver dag, at buffetten manglede at blive fyldt op med de mest gængse produkter. Rengøringen svigtede også. Normalvis er der rengøring hver tredje dag, vi måtte dog selv ned i receptionen på fjerde dag og spørge til den, hvilket så også udløste en rengøring. En brandalarm gik på hotellet og vi forlod værelset ad trappen som forskrevet. Nede i foyen var der ingen vejledning eller guidning fra personalet, der blot stod ved deres computere, som om intet var hændt. Falsk alarm, måtte vi gætte os til, men altid en god mulighed for personalet at afprøve procedure, ja altså jeg håber ikke det var deres procedure at lade som ingenting. Parkeringskælderen er et kapitel for sig. Her skal blot nævnes; for mange biler på for lidt plads
