The hotel was full of mosquitoes. When I complained to the receptionist, she told me to go to a local herbal shop and buy mosquito medicine myself. The place was also not clean. Although the location is convenient and close to everything, the surrounding area was very noisy, with people drinking, shouting and fighting in the streets until the police arrived. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

The bed, sheets, and pillowcases were all very dirty, and the hot water in the shower took a long time to come on. However, the hotel's excellent location and reasonable price made it acceptable for a few days' stay.

Staff and room was lovely for a disabled lgbt person and chose this hotel as it was part of a trans theme trip to Carthage as flew to Tunis on Trans Avia . My inbound flight was 3 hours late with Tunis air and this hotel let me check in after midnight. Lovely room, great hotel in the middle of everything and a great breakfast served next door in the cafe . Friendly staff who could not do enough as an lgbt person with invisible disabilities
