This was such an easy and comfy hotel for our last night in Italy before an early am flight home. The desk is open 24/7 which is SUPER important when you arrive late. After having another hotel cancel on us last minute, we scrambled to book this place and it worked out great. The staff was super friendly beds were small but very comfortable, good water pressure, clean and good quality towels. Quick ten minute drive to the airport. All in all very positive stay. The only issue was that the garage is tiny and even tho parking was free, there were no spots available! We had to park on the street but it was not super hard to find a spot.

The hotel was ok but the rooms and especially the bathroom was in a pretty bad condition. It was mould in our shower. The room had no AC and that is not so nice when it’s 30 degrees in Rome. The beds were nice and it was free parking and that was appreciated.

The TV channels were poor selection, maybe add satellite TV and since it's near an airport international channels. Restaurant could NOT handle more than 3-4 tables, very poor service.... breakfast was lacking choices, nobady makes breakfasts like the Americans, take a lesson...

No me gusto nada, la cama y la habitación estaba limpia y la cama súper cómoda, pero el baño súper sucio, el vater con gotas secas en la tapa, y muy sucio, ni me pude sentar, pelos en la ducha y gotas secas de no haberla limpiado, con mucha humedad, lo cogí por que se suponía que estaba cerca (esto fue fallo mio) estaba cerca en taxi, pero de 30€ no baja en un trayecto de 10 minutos (hay que tenerlo en cuenta) en transporte público estaba "lejos" mas de media hora, no repetiria

The first front desk agent was not welcoming or friendly. The one that assisted me was nice but there was no review of wifi, restaurants, amenities, or check out time. Room was dated, and uncomfortable. You could hear everything from halls and rooms. They need to renovate this one felt like dorm rooms.

Our flight got in late, so we got to the hotel at 2:30am. The front door was locked, and I was afraid they were closed for the night. I flagged down the taxi before he left, but by the time he got to the front door, the manager let us in. I’ve never seen a hotel lock their front door. When we got to the room, it was easily 85 degrees. Uncomfortably warm. The manager said they don’t turn on the AC until May. That’s the bad. The manager was incredibly kind & helpful. The beds were very comfortable, and checkout wasn’t until noon. Everything was clean but I found an almond on the floor. It would have gotten a 5 out of 5 on cleanliness otherwise. The only other negative was noise from the hallway. The room could use some sound proofing. Overall, very good for the price, but if you need AC, don’t go before May.

No air conditioning was available during our stay .It was pretty warm inside the room in the middle of October. Had to keep the window open through out the whole stay and our room was facing the back galley so it was pretty noisy and not much of privacy provided . No kettle or fridge was available in the room .

Clean, comfortable, and perfect for a solo traveler. I had a one night stay (flight the next day) and the staff was super friendly and helpful, both at check-in and during the following day when my flight was delayed and I needed to hang around a bit longer. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to FCO.

The night staff was very friendly. However, the daytime staff was very rude, unprofessional and not at all friendly. Breakfast items was left uncovered so flies was all over them. Seems like Items not used on the day was reused the following day. The hotel can only be reached by taxi or bus. Taxi in Rome is very expensive and the hotel doesn’t provide a shuttle. Just a total waste of money.

Ibis Roma Fiera is close to the airport but a bit far from central Rome station Roma Termini, requiring multiple trains or mix of bus and subway to commute successfully. Booking through expedia saved a lot of money as hotels near Roma Termini station and city center were two to three times the cost. Cost aside, the stay experience was dynamic mainly because of the staff. They were exceptional, engaged, pleasant, accommodating and had such positive energy and vibe, particularly Andre and his co assistants whose names I didn't easily remember unfortunately. We had to change rooms due to ongoing renovations and Andre was extremely apologetic for the inconvenience and offered multiple complimentary beverages and asked what else he could do to make our stay enjoyable. We also connected on a higher, people, relationships and spiritual level. Most staff spoke English and were receptive to my attempts to speak basic Italian. The Breakfast Buffet was very good and affordable (9.5 euros) with so many options, and tasty Italian cakes . I would share pictures if that was allowable. Dinner required reservations and also included tasty generous portions of pasta. If you do not mind commuting to city center, then this is an outstanding choice for a stay in Rome!

📍 Location Please note that the hotel is located in an industrial area. It's a bit inconvenient, as you need to take a bus before reaching the train station. However, there are restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. 🚰 Room Amenities Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide complimentary bottled water in the room, which was a bit disappointing.

Die Unterkunft selbst war voll in Ordnung, nichts außergewöhnliches. Sauber, schön eingerichtet, nettes Personal. Für einen Städte Trip würde ich die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen… sehr begrenzte und unzuverlässige Transportmittel zur Stadt. Eine Hauptstraße ermöglicht den Zugang zum Hotel nur sehr erschwert. Mit Koffern die Straße entlang würde ich nicht empfehlen, die Autos fahren und hupen ohne Rücksicht. Einen anderen Weg zum Hotel gibt es nicht… der Bus Richtung Rom Stadt kommt nur selten, fährt dann aber auch lange und mit viel Stau Richtung U-Bahn. Die Lage ist leider überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.

It was convenient to go to the airport. However, it cost 38 Euro from there to the Airport. From the City, it would have been 50. So I might have stayed in the city centre had I known that the price difference was so little. Of course this hotel had a low price. Everything very efficient. No means of transportation to the hotel. Had planned Transportation route from the airport using the transit system. Only to find out the train was down for maintenance after arriving. No transit buses. Cab companies said to short for them , they said use local cab , local car company said to far to use local. Convinced local cab to drive at the same rate as going into city centre. Don’t stay at this location for that reason

For a short stay; 1 or 2 days; the hotel and location is good. Unfortunately any kind of shopping requires long bus or train rides. A taxi would be a option. Otherwise there are a few restaurants and a small grocery right around the hotel. There is also a pharmacy. The area around the hotel is rather filthy with garbage all about.

Lo escogimos por la cercanía con el aeropuerto, del centro sí está retirado pero puedes ir en bus que tiene la parada a pocos. metros. La limpieza muy bien y es óptimo para descansar. Su personal amable pero en especial el concierge del sábado por la tarde, excelente. Un punto a mejorar es su desayuno que requiere más variedad pero es recomendable el hotel y a la vuelta tiene un supermercado.

We had stayed here 2 years ago and everything was better at the time. It seemed like the hotel is getting old (this time the phone in our room did not work; the air conditioning did not blow cold air; breakfast was poor in quality not in variety). The staff was really nice though, and helped us with some calls we needed to do from the reception as our room phone did not work. Also, staff at the breakfast station was very friendly.
