Outstanding hotel, staff very friendly and helpful well drilled team including younger staff, had an upgrade to studio with balcony and sea, pool views very modern and clean. Pool area spectacular views along with easy beach access, highly recommended

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das Personal äußerst freundlich und stehen bei Fragen gerne zur Verfügung. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Es ist alles sehr nah und auch zu fuß erreichbar. Love Bridge und die Sea Caves sind nur max. 3 Minuten entfernt und auch die Hauptstraße ist in max. 8-10 Minuten erreichbar. Der Strand, direkt durch ein paar Treppen vom Hotel aus zugänglich, ist sehr sehr schön und bietet alles was man an einem Strandtag benötigt, Wasseraktivitäten, Sonnenliegen, Sonnenschirme, eine Bar und vieles mehr. Man kann von diesem Strand auch zu den Sea Caves schwimmen oder sich einen Kajak schnappen und hinpaddeln. Die Auswahl zum Frühstück war auch mehr als ausreichend und immer sehr gut. Es wird auch alles tatsächlich bis 10 Uhr oder sogar noch länger aufgefüllt. Die Bar und auch das Burger Restaurant am Dach haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Zusammengefasst ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert sowohl für Paare (wie wir) als auch Familien und Freunde. Die Lage ist top!!!!

Very relaxing atmosphere. Hotel sits right above the beach but also has a huge swimming pool (and smaller indoor) with lots of lounges. The staff were extremely nice and good at their jobs. Loved the dining choices, especially the Roof Burger Bar rooftop restaurant with great food and sunset views.

Jättefint nyrenoverat rum. Balkong mot baksida med härlig soluppgång. Gott om solstolar och många trevliga platser att vara på. Utmärkt läge för strandpromenader. Fin pool. En bit ifrån kaoset i centrala Ayia Napa. Hotellet fungerar bra som ”resort” om man vill slippa staden men det går lätt att ta sig till centrum. Bra frukost. Restaurangen under segeldukar var superfin och serverade mycket god lunchmat/tidig middag och rikliga portioner. Rooftop Burgers får 5/5 stjärnor. Riktigt bra burgare och goda rätter. Utmärkt hotell. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka.

Just came back from a fantastic holiday to Ayia Napa and stayed at the stunning Grecian Sands Hotel. Oh wow, Grecian Sands is everything and we experienced first hand why this is one of the best rated hotels in Ayia Napa. I used to work in a hotel so I have an eye for excellent hospitality. It started at check in where Maya allocated us a room with the most breathtakingly view. We had many sunset photos from our balcony. For the first time I didn't request a change of room after check-in. It had everything we needed, two sinks in a large bathroom that had a bath 🛁 and separate walk-in shower. Fully stocked with all the amenities. We had complimentary bottle of water, apple and the tea and coffee. Someone comes around during the day to top up. There's a pool outdoors and one indoors, best gym not to mention the pièce de résistance, being on the beach. That's just perfect. Breakfast selection is superb. The staff so friendly particularly the female chef at the hot food section (chatted with her so much but didn't take her name). Stella in the main room was brilliant too. We went to the Roof Top restaurant for dinner on our last night, the view of the sunset was beautiful. The weather in Ayia Napa was scorching and there are many different places to cool down. The walk into town is only few minutes. Safe to walk at all times of the night and day. Hotel is in a great locatio with a public access beach just below. Plenty of spaces round the pool although there was a lot of bed saving from early morning. Breakfast was good. Loved the burger resturant on the roof.

Faccio una premessa: camere bellissime, pulitissime ma…. Non è sicuramente da calcolare Hotel a 4* e mi spiego. Il servizio è pessimo sotto tutti i punti di vista e il personale di una incompetenza mai vista prima . Inizio dalla reception: non spiegano nulla, non siamo stati avvisati che con la mezza pensione ( solitamente colazione e cena) avremmo potuto scegliere tra pranzo e cena . Appena richiesti i passaporti ci è stato consegnato un pezzo di foglio strappato con scritto il totale da pagare IMMEDIATAMENTE.. Servizio al Ristorante: musoni, non sorridono e non salutano, chef de rang e chef de salle di una incompetenza allucinante, un caos totale, personale di servizio non formato adeguatamente, ti porta via il piatto che non hai ancora finito di mangiare, non sanno distinguere tra i bicchieri del vino e quelli dell’acqua, versano il vino dalla bottiglia come fosse acqua che se non li fermi ti riempiono il bicchiere. Chef de rang che dopo 8 giorni non hanno ancora capito che non siamo germanici e imperterriti ti parlano in tedesco anche se ti esprimi in inglese. Non c’è un’organizzazione nella sala, quei poveri comis vagano avanti e indietro ma non c’è ordine. Insomma mancano le basi del servizio per un Hotel che si definisce 4*. Qualche cameriera fa eccezione: la sorridente e competente Elena che bagna il naso a tutti i capi e capetti ( che tra l’altro non mi sembra trattino bene il personale ) e la dolce Tetiana. Per il resto .. nulla. Palestra fitness: sporca. Peccato

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű szálloda, szép part, nagy medence, napozó ágyak. 5 perc séta boltok, éttermek. Tisztaság van, tágas szép szobánk volt. Érkezés napján sokkal hamarabb elfoglalhattuk a szobát, indulásnál 12-ig kellett elhagyni ez így nagyon kényelmes volt. Kedves recepciós kollégák.

We enjoyed our stay at Grecian sand hotel, staff are very friendly, location is great, breakfast buffet had a great variety of pastries, fresh juices, coffee, cheeses, breads and eggs. Highly recommend getting breakfast when you book your stay it’s worth it. Pool area is clean, they have a playground for the little ones. Beach is nice, rooms are clean and balconies are spacious. Bathrooms are clean. Would stay there again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Ayia Napa area.

Schönes Hotel direkt am Meer. Ideal da man nur wenige Schritte hat zum Meer. Auch ein schöner großer Pool gehört zum Hotel, mit vielen Liegen, sodass man auch zu späteren Zeiten noch gut ein Plätzchen findet. Sauberkeit ist gut, geht aber noch einen Tick besser. Ausstattung ist natürlich nicht top modern, aber vollkommen ausreichend für einen schönen Urlaub. Die usb ladebuchsen haben bei uns irgendwie nicht funktioniert, war aber nicht weiter tragisch, da wir genug andere Möglichkeiten im Zimmer hatten. In der Fernbedienung des Fernsehers war anfangs nur eine Batterie, sodass diese erstmal nicht funktionierte und auch das Antennenkabel des Fernsehers war ausgesteckt. Service war sehr gut, auf Nachfragen bekam man auch immer freundliche Hilfe.

What an amazing stay we had at the Grecian Sands. This hotel is pristine, well managed and in an excellent location - away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Ayia Napa and yet close to all of the amenities needed for an excellent vacation. This is one of 3 hotels they have on the island with great dinning options to choose from. Their breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff was genuine & friendly, thank you for being such great hosts Christos, Georgina and Avraam the hotel manager. The sea is so beautiful with caves and great snorkeling. We come from the US and the travel time can be lengthy, but the trip was well worth the time. We highly recommend it and we will definitely visit again!!

Hotel molto curato, in un contesto bellissimo, direttamente sulla spiaggia, mare stupendo. Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile. La ristrutturazione è di ottimo livello. Varietà di proposte giornaliere. Una menzione particolare per gli ottimi dolci. consiglierere questo hotel senza ombra di dubbio

Faccio una premessa: camere bellissime, pulitissime ma…. Non è sicuramente da calcolare Hotel a 4* e mi spiego. Il servizio è pessimo sotto tutti i punti di vista e il personale di una incompetenza mai vista prima . Inizio dalla reception: non spiegano nulla, non siamo stati avvisati che con la mezza pensione ( solitamente colazione e cena) avremmo potuto scegliere tra pranzo e cena . Appena richiesti i passaporti ci è stato consegnato un pezzo di foglio strappato con scritto il totale da pagare IMMEDIATAMENTE.. Servizio al Ristorante: musoni, non sorridono e non salutano, chef de rang e chef de salle di una incompetenza allucinante, un caos totale, personale di servizio non formato adeguatamente, ti porta via il piatto che non hai ancora finito di mangiare, non sanno distinguere tra i bicchieri del vino e quelli dell’acqua, versano il vino dalla bottiglia come fosse acqua che se non li fermi ti riempiono il bicchiere. Chef de rang che dopo 8 giorni non hanno ancora capito che non siamo germanici e imperterriti ti parlano in tedesco anche se ti esprimi in inglese. Non c’è un’organizzazione nella sala, quei poveri comis vagano avanti e indietro ma non c’è ordine. Insomma mancano le basi del servizio per un Hotel che si definisce 4*. Qualche cameriera fa eccezione: la sorridente e competente Elena che bagna il naso a tutti i capi e capetti ( che tra l’altro non mi sembra trattino bene il personale ) e la dolce Tetiana. Per il resto .. nulla. Palestra fitness: sporca. Peccato

Schönes Hotel direkt am Meer. Ideal da man nur wenige Schritte hat zum Meer. Auch ein schöner großer Pool gehört zum Hotel, mit vielen Liegen, sodass man auch zu späteren Zeiten noch gut ein Plätzchen findet. Sauberkeit ist gut, geht aber noch einen Tick besser. Ausstattung ist natürlich nicht top modern, aber vollkommen ausreichend für einen schönen Urlaub. Die usb ladebuchsen haben bei uns irgendwie nicht funktioniert, war aber nicht weiter tragisch, da wir genug andere Möglichkeiten im Zimmer hatten. In der Fernbedienung des Fernsehers war anfangs nur eine Batterie, sodass diese erstmal nicht funktionierte und auch das Antennenkabel des Fernsehers war ausgesteckt. Service war sehr gut, auf Nachfragen bekam man auch immer freundliche Hilfe.

Uns hat dieses Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt ruhig am Rand der Partymeile. Das Zimmer hatte Meerblick und ein großes Bett, was sich sehr gut gelegen hat. Es gibt genügend Stauraum für die Kleidung. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Es gibt gepolsterte Strand-u. Poolliegen, Handtuchservice und man kann sich Getränke direkt an die Liege bringen lassen. Das Essen war sehr gut und schmackhaft, es gab eine Vielzahl an tollen Salaten und abwechslungsreichen Speisen. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen und kommen hier bestimmt noch einmal her.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Ich hatte ein sehr schönes und helles Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool und das Meer. Zum Meer geht man ein wenig den Hang runter, der Strand ist auch sehr schön. Hoteleigene Liegestühle mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Frühstück auch sehr gut undvielfältig.

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű szálloda, szép part, nagy medence, napozó ágyak. 5 perc séta boltok, éttermek. Tisztaság van, tágas szép szobánk volt. Érkezés napján sokkal hamarabb elfoglalhattuk a szobát, indulásnál 12-ig kellett elhagyni ez így nagyon kényelmes volt. Kedves recepciós kollégák.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das Personal äußerst freundlich und stehen bei Fragen gerne zur Verfügung. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Es ist alles sehr nah und auch zu fuß erreichbar. Love Bridge und die Sea Caves sind nur max. 3 Minuten entfernt und auch die Hauptstraße ist in max. 8-10 Minuten erreichbar. Der Strand, direkt durch ein paar Treppen vom Hotel aus zugänglich, ist sehr sehr schön und bietet alles was man an einem Strandtag benötigt, Wasseraktivitäten, Sonnenliegen, Sonnenschirme, eine Bar und vieles mehr. Man kann von diesem Strand auch zu den Sea Caves schwimmen oder sich einen Kajak schnappen und hinpaddeln. Die Auswahl zum Frühstück war auch mehr als ausreichend und immer sehr gut. Es wird auch alles tatsächlich bis 10 Uhr oder sogar noch länger aufgefüllt. Die Bar und auch das Burger Restaurant am Dach haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Zusammengefasst ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert sowohl für Paare (wie wir) als auch Familien und Freunde. Die Lage ist top!!!!

We liked a very unique location - very close to the beach and nice layout with white sand and caves nearby. Beautiful view from the window, blue pristine water and nice atmosphere. Hotel serves very nice breakfast full of fresh variety fruits and vegetables. Stuff and management are extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Very nice place for family and couples vacation.

Jättefint nyrenoverat rum. Balkong mot baksida med härlig soluppgång. Gott om solstolar och många trevliga platser att vara på. Utmärkt läge för strandpromenader. Fin pool. En bit ifrån kaoset i centrala Ayia Napa. Hotellet fungerar bra som ”resort” om man vill slippa staden men det går lätt att ta sig till centrum. Bra frukost. Restaurangen under segeldukar var superfin och serverade mycket god lunchmat/tidig middag och rikliga portioner. Rooftop Burgers får 5/5 stjärnor. Riktigt bra burgare och goda rätter. Utmärkt hotell. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka.
Jättefint nyrenoverat rum. Balkong mot baksida med härlig soluppgång. Gott om solstolar och många trevliga platser att vara på. Utmärkt läge för strandpromenader. Fin pool. En bit ifrån kaoset i centrala Ayia Napa. Hotellet fungerar bra som ”resort” om man vill slippa staden men det går lätt att ta sig till centrum. Bra frukost. Restaurangen under segeldukar var superfin och serverade mycket god lunchmat/tidig middag och rikliga portioner. Rooftop Burgers får 5/5 stjärnor. Riktigt bra burgare och goda rätter. Utmärkt hotell. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka.

Hotel is in a great locatio with a public access beach just below. Plenty of spaces round the pool although there was a lot of bed saving from early morning. Breakfast was good. Loved the burger resturant on the roof.

Excellent hotel! Highly recommend. Very clean. Well maintained. The staff so helpful. Rooms high standard. We stayed to attend a wedding in the hotel which was perfect in every way - food, staff, organisation and setting. My only negative is they could do with having toilets nearer to the rooms and wedding areas. It was hard for older guests going up and downstairs to reach the nearest toilets. Thank you Grecian sands for such a wonderful stay!!

Breakfast selection was good. The burgers at the roof top restaurant were excellent. The only issues we had was the road noise (we were in room 330), the black out curtains didn't fit the windows and the wardrobe was very narrow and difficult to hang the clothes up. The standard room was adequate
