We had a great time at the hotel. I was just a little disappointed about the bonfire. At the arrival the front desk agent told me that we will have the bonfire at 7:00 pm, we and a group of people were waiting for it and they told us that the bonfire was reserved for a private group. Then next to my room the same group had karaoke night and unfortunately was next to my room. I had to move to the sofa bed because I couldn't sleep. They should be clear about certain things. I've never got to try the marshmallow by the bonfire.

This used to be a different hotel with a another name. Which i stayed several times and it was awesome. So i decided to try this new name hotel and it’s horrible. The manager of the hotel made us leave the hotel right after check out time because the entire hotel was rented for a private event . They don’t care for guests the pool super dirty the food taste cheap and cold. I would never come back to this one start hotel.

Nice stay at Hyatt Paracas Legend. Lovely pool and staff, we enjoyed the stay greatly (with spouse and two grown children). We had oceanfront rooms which were large and clean. The rooms are a little dated, but kept up nicely. I believe the rooms will be renovated soon though as Hyatt just bought the property and has plans to renovate. We enjoyed dune buggy riding/sand surfing. The large island was closed due to winds so only could go to the smaller one, that boat trip I can’t really recommend as we saw very little wildlife (4 sea lions, a few birds, and one penguin) and it was freezing. We spent one full day doing nothing at the hotel pool and the adult kids and we really enjoyed our relaxing day there. Hotel food is ok, we actually had better luck with things we ordered from the pool menu over the restaurant Azul menu. Beautiful hotel, recommend.

Room was old- ameninities poor. During check in we has to pay 40 Dollars plus tax extra if we wanted the room two hours earlier. Ridiculous. Cash hungry Hyatt Not up to the stars. Rooms and the rest were not updated since buying it from Double Tree and the fold was bad and expensive. Not worth the 500 dollars a night. More like a 3 star. Pools are ok not so clean- normal.

El hotel es muy bonito, igual a la imágenes mostradas. Los únicos problemas que tuve fueron que en primer lugar habia hecho una reserva para 4 personas sin embargo los articulos como toallas, vasos, etc estaban preparados solo para 2 personas y luego que en uno de los dias de nuestra estadía en el hotel se dio un gran evento por lo que algunas areas de juego no podian ser utilizadas y los arreglos que hacian obstaculizaban la vista, no le veo problema a que se realice el evento privado pero me hubiera gustado que me informaran de antemano para quiza poder mover la reservacion a algun otro dia. En conclusion, el hotel es muy lindo, ofrece muchas actividades totalmentw gratuitas, hermosas vistas y ademas muy ceecano a la playa de paracas pero si tiene algunas pequenas cosas que mejorar.

Pretendieron volver a cobrarme el alojamiento. Insistieron pese a mostrar voucher de compra. Luego de la incomodidad solo se disculparon. Durante toda la estadía pretendieron hacerme cobros que la reserva incluía. Pareciera que el personal tiene el encargo de tantear a los clientes a ver si pagan de más.

Das Frühstück ist für den Preis und die Kategorie wirklich nur mittelmäßig. Achtung bei der Buchung!!! EXPEDIA verschleiert gern die wahren Kosten des Frühstücks. Die Website des Hotels trügt. Frühstück am Buffet kostet pro Person über 20 $, wenn es nachträglich im Hotel dazu gebucht wird. Dadurch wird das günstige Angebot schnell zum Normalpreis. Ich habe mich gleich bei der Ankunft deshalb von EXPEDIA beziehungsweise vom Hotel betrogen gefühlt. Warum EXPEDIA bei der Buchung seinen Kunden nicht die ganze Wahrheit erzählt, ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Ein ganz ganz schlechter Stil!! Hat EXPEDIA das nötig?!

First night started off not perfectly due to some other guests in the hotel. Hotel staff were very accommodating and made the rest of our entire stay very enjoyable. This is a great place to stay and if any issues arise all staff are more then willing to help in any way that they can.

We had a wonderful stay and hope to return! The staff are incredibly helpful if you’d like to ask for advise about how to make the most of your time in Paracas. The rooms, restaurant, pool and spa services are all top tier. Visitors should note that the water bottles are 10 Soles per bottle - which is 3x as expensive as water purchases downtown would be. The ocean entrance from the hotel is not the cleanest, but nearby beaches are easily accessed.

Nice hotel but there was really no beach it was very disappointed , so just stay one night . I thought it was pretty pricey for what they have to offer I payed $307 for one night only for the room hoping there was a nice beach.

La oferta de la carta no es variada y el costo es bastante elevado para lo que ofrecen. Al pagar la estadía por internet se indica que el precio incluye impuestos, pero al momento de realizar el check out indican que no y lo cobran, lo cual es una publicidad engañosa. Tome el servicio de bicicleta y le faltaba mantenimiento, la cadena se salía y termine caminando.
