Absolutely gorgeous hotel! Greeted by warm and friendly staff. Communal areas were thoughtful and inviting. Breakfast was good. Lots of choice. A late night cap in the 8th floor bar was a treat too! Walking distance to all of Copenhagen’s attractions of which there are many!!

New, clean, has got serious style, beautiful location. Peaceful. Attention to details, for example: a bluetooth speaker on the room, a tote back in the room for day trips, dont get up early enough for breakfast, no worries, get some coffee and a small pastery from downstairs.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was easy to find & new. Reception was friendly & efficient. Room modern, clean & tidy - although small & the shower opened directly onto the room, which took getting used to. Room well provided with complimentary minibar. Bed large & comfortable. We didn't have breakfast, but did have coffee in the cafe & drinks in the bar on the 8th floor - great view, service & cocktails (£££). Location's central & walking distance of 2x Metro stations, close to streetfood area/restaurants, swimming deck & short walk to Opera House, where there's a ferry stop.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff was nice and went out of their way to make my partner’s birthday special. The location was great, and the room was clean and quiet. That said, I probably wouldn’t stay here again, as I don’t feel it truly meets four-star standards. The hotel markets itself as “eco-friendly,” which means no daily room cleaning, no room service, no amenities like slippers and tea/coffee available only for certain room categories. However, the lobby is FILLED with small trinkets for sale that don’t align with an eco-conscious philosophy—after all, anything that promotes unnecessary consumption isn’t really eco-friendly. Next time, I’d prefer to stay somewhere that offers the comforts and services typically expected from a four-star hotel.

Vinduer kan man ikke se ud af når det regner, morgenmad kedelig, kolde æg, forskelig fra dag til dag herunder salaten bacon der ikke var stegt og dårlig kvalitetsvarer, rooftop var lukket, det så vi ikke ved bookning, vi havde inviteret venner til drink her, men forgæves. Toilet var 2 små enheder med toilet på 1m2 og bruserum på 1m2 med udsigt/indsigt fra værelset, måske mattere glasdør her, meget få dansk kanaler på TV i værelse

Wonderful “look and feel”. The area is fantastic and quiet. At the same time it takes a very short walk to be in the “must visit” neighborhoods of Copenhague. Room was a little small but it was beautifully decorates. You should be aware that room Cleaning takes place every 3 days.

We booked this hotel at the airport on arrival early in the morning and by the time we took the metro and walked to it, our room was ready (8 am). There was some leftover trash in the room from a prior group on the left of the sink and on the floor by the toilets trash can, otherwise things were great. Beautiful views of the canal from our room and it was nice to have the snacks from the mini bar. Pillows were a bit flat.

The property was slightly away from the main center, and that was exactly the reason for choosing. The touristy part is small enough to be walkable yet with some distance that it was amazingly quiet. The only grip was when other guests would open and close the door and (most likely unintentionally) slam the doors hard enough that I did wake up in the middle of the nights few times.

25Hours has so much potential, and it's always fun staying in a recently opened place! The front desk staff were friendly and we had a gorgeous view of the opera house and water. In my opinion, the room decor could use refinement, it bordered on cluttered with kitschy items, but lacked practical items, like a kettle. The free minibar also may be great for some, but we don't drink and the staff seemed quite confused at the request to remove the items or potentially replace with n/a choices, like extra sparkling water, and were not able to accommodate. I still would happily stay here again and hope to see it grow and improve over time!

We stayed one night for Christmas and it was a really lovely stay! We had booked the extra large room so we had space to eat and unpack presents, and there was more than enough space to do that + we had a view of the Opera which was just an added bonus! The only few things I was displeased with was the air-conditioner and the shower. The aircon was so loud, it sounded like an airplane was passing by. And even though the shower had a door, it had quite big gaps between the door and wall/floor, so the floor outside of the shower became quite wet, which is just a bit annoying and a hastle to clean afterwards. Other than that I would definitely recommend the hotel, and would come back if I need another staycation!

Trevligt rum men annan service var en besvikelse. Beställde ett glas champagne i baren men det fanns absolut ingen kolsyra kvar i den sedan tidigare öppnade flaskan. Det var tydligt när personalen hällde upp i glaset men inget hon reagerade på. Frukosten var också en besvikelse. Ouppmärksam personal. Ingen som kom och frågade om jag ville ha något från menyn. På buffén fanns en gryta med kompakt kall äggröra, kalla baconskivor och knappt ljumna korvar. Osten hade kapsejsat i den danska osthyveln. När jag försökte uppmärksamma personalen om detta lade de den bara åt sidan. Trist och ointressant utbud av bröd.

The hotel has a lovely welcoming feel and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. In particular, Boromir at Reception gave us a great first impression of the hotel and helpfully arranged late checkout for us. Our room was comfortable, perfectly clean and had everything we needed, special mention for the best quality hairdryer I’ve ever found in a hotel! The lobby and bars have cosy, quirky decor and the fire was lovely on a cold and wet day. The location was great, although quiet when we visited (October), near to the legendary Hart bakery as well as other bars, cafes and shops.The city centre and nearest metro station is around a 15 minute walk, with lots to see along the way, including the iconic Nyhavn. Overall a fantastic place to stay in Copenhagen and we will definitely return!

The hotel was really nice. The whole "we will clean the room just when you ask for it", because of sustainability was a bit weird. Also the staff in general seemed non existent at times. But other than that, amazing location, great rooms, and the restaurant also really good.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff was nice and went out of their way to make my partner’s birthday special. The location was great, and the room was clean and quiet. I’m so happy I chose this as my base for a few winter days in Copenhagen before the holidays. Just across the water from Nyhavn and a short walk from the trains, this place was amazing. Breakfast was spectacular with the ability to make my own pot of tea. The bed was comfortable, the smart TV is appreciated. The free mini bar was unexpected! If the weather was warmer, I would’ve used the bike provided. I only like gripe was that I’d contacted them for early check in a few days before, they did not respond. When I arrived to the hotel, they held my luggage, but it made it for a very long first day arriving on an overnight flight.

We enjoyed our stay in this eco friendly hotel. Clean, beds are comfortable, good amenities, dining options, close to famous tourisr spots and public transportation. Plus plus is their customer service. When we request for anything like extra towels, mini-bar, etc, we got them in less than minutes. Amazing staff. Highly recommended.

Mario at check in went above and beyond to make sure our short stay was fantastic! We arrived after midnight and he spent an extra 15 minutes helping us with a dog guided walking tour of the city for the morning. We was fun, friendly and super helpful!

I selected this hotel because it is very close to the Opera House and walkable to Noma. Loved walking the canal outside of the hotel. My room was quiet with a lovey view. Staff were very kind and helpful. Only wish - I would like to have coffee in the rooms.

Hotel is what you expect from a 25hours location so in that front it doesn’t disappoint at all. The Island as a whole is still being renovated and in a short while will be bustling I suspect. But presently feels a bit like a building site in parts with some noise as early as 7am. Staff are excellent and the location is great; we’ll be back for sure.

25 hours Hotel Paper Island is an excellent hotel. It’s only two years older than the room was fantastic. The lobby and the eighth floor bar were really great. It’s a little bit out of the way from Central Copenhagen, but maybe only an additional seven minutes is needed for walking purposes and then you get to Nyhavn. We highly recommend it.

We stayed 5 nights at 25Hours Hotel Paper Island. The location is just outside of the city, but it's very walkable to both the Metro (Christianshavn) and into the city (Nyhavn). Both were about 15 minutes walking. The room was good for a couple and had a great view of the Opera House. The bed was very comfy. The staff was quick to respond to requests, very welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was also very nice in the morning (bread was delicious). We would definitely stay here again or try the other 25Hours in Indre By.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! Greeted by warm and friendly staff. Communal areas were thoughtful and inviting. Breakfast was good. Lots of choice. A late night cap in the 8th floor bar was a treat too! Walking distance to all of Copenhagen’s attractions of which there are many!!

Trevligt rum men annan service var en besvikelse. Beställde ett glas champagne i baren men det fanns absolut ingen kolsyra kvar i den sedan tidigare öppnade flaskan. Det var tydligt när personalen hällde upp i glaset men inget hon reagerade på. Frukosten var också en besvikelse. Ouppmärksam personal. Ingen som kom och frågade om jag ville ha något från menyn. På buffén fanns en gryta med kompakt kall äggröra, kalla baconskivor och knappt ljumna korvar. Osten hade kapsejsat i den danska osthyveln. När jag försökte uppmärksamma personalen om detta lade de den bara åt sidan. Trist och ointressant utbud av bröd.

Fabulous included breakfast, clean and comfortable and lovely room, bikes available, fun area, nice staff. Coffee shop was not open while I was there. A little inconvenient to get to bus or train with luggage, but it surprisingly wasn’t very expensive to get an Uber to the airport.

We have now stayed at our 4th 25hours hotel and this even betters Berlin which was my favourite hotel. The staff were really helpful and the hotel is in a nice quiet area with bars and restaurants only a five minute walk away

Paper Island is a quiet spot but very close to the Nyhavn. The room with a garden is highly recommend, its very relaxing. Mini bar is restocked which was an added bonus. We didnt eat at the hotel but great breakfast close by at Wulff & Konstali. The cocktail bar is fantastic!! What we most appreciated is the staff, theh are very helpful
