Hotel Moon & Sun Lisboa

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Location, rooms, bed, staff, breakfast, everything!

Excellent in all respects, particularly the assistance provided by the staff at Reception. Location couldn't be better.

The front desk staff are the best. They are the most kind and helpful I have ever experienced in any hotel. When I first arrived, it was 7 am, and I was shattered from 4 weeks travelling in West Africa and an overnight flight from Senegal. The staff allowed me to sit in the Reading Room, where I proceeded to snore my head off until 10 am, when I was awakened and told my room was ready, and my bags were already in the room!! What hospitality!! I stayed 4 nights and wanted to stay longer, but unfortunately they were fully booked. No wonder. This is the best little gem in Lisbon. The location couldn't be better. My thanks go to everyone, including the excellent Housekeeping staff.

The hotel is in a great area for shopping and great restaurants.

Staff are warm and friendly, breakfast are fabulous. The shower is good except the door opening and closing sound next door is quite loud.
