Awesome style and very comfortable beds. Great amenities from sparkling water on tap, snacks, complimentary drink during reception, free parking, and super close proximity to Dr Pepper Museum and Magnolia Silos. Really lovely hotel and the decor in the room was chic and elegant , good job!!! Also love the 24 hr breakfast bar, nice touch. Price was also very reasonable....would definitely stay there again.

This is a great concept that has a fun vibe and is very close to everything. Cute shops and restaurants in the complex too. My only complaint would be that our room was small. I should have noticed that more when I booked. But we weren’t in the room much and it did have a king bed. Maybe they have larger room options than what I picked. Staff were friendly and the roof top bar is really nice. Located very close to all of the fun attractions too.

We checked out early because the elevator did not work and my elderly mom could not go up to third floor. We did not get room serviced and no hand towels were provided. Appreciate that we were not charged to second night.

This hotel elevator did not work. I had to go up a flight to catch on the 1st day. By the after noon and the next day to check out it was not working at all. The windows were not in a tent to see out. If you wanted light, people could see in side. There were no drawers to place clothes in. The night stand did not hold items. It was in a strange built were items would slide down. Not idea hotel to groups. The rooftop bar was out of chips and salsa, no finger food to puchase. This hotel is a one star, and over priced

Property is very unique and trendy with plenty of restaurants around as it’s in the downtown area. The roof top bar is convenient but is loud and does attract a younger crowd. It’s pricey without any sort of breakfast amenities etc. There is parking, but we did find it hard to get due to the people using it for the roof top bar. The room was conveniently located and beautifully decorated but I don’t believe we will be staying at the property again but did enjoy staying least once.

Beautiful property. Funky and eclectic. Amazing roof top bar with view. Didn’t like the fact that we were on the forth floor and the elevator did not work. Lots of steps for a newly knee replacement and hip replacement family to have to endure. I wish the staff had told us weeks before and we would have cancelled or at least gotten first floor reservations which were not offered. Only place to get bottled water was from a store. Not offered in room or at doughnut restaurant in hotel. Water was offered on 3rd floor, once again stairs to climb and descend and it was on tap. Hair dry offered did not get hot or even warm in our room. Cricket infestation in town during this time of year so spraying was taking place everywhere which made for horrible breathing conditions. Then constant visitors coming in off the streets due to the roof top bar. Some would venture into your 4th floor Hallway due to not having to have a key to get on that floor yet had to have a key to get into 3 rd floor hallway for water. Make that make sense!!

This is a super cute, small boutique hotel, in downtown Waco. It was centrally located, and I could walk to all of the restaurants I had reservations at. There are cute restaurants and a roof top bar on site. And shops as well. The room I had was small but comfortable. I would totally stay here again! The only thing that can make this place better would be if it had a pool. Their website does note that they have yoga classes, but there was no yoga when I was there. Maybe they’re a website needs to be updated.

Great place to stay! Clean and very nice. Very helpful staff who helped us with a car situation by providing storage for our luggage while our car was being worked on. Definitely recommend and will hopefully be back again in the future.

Room was extremely large, clean, but cozy. Restaurants were great and loved the rooftop bar. We will be coming again. Only negative was some deal the manager talked us into that was an up charge with no benefit, so buyer beware.

I liked the Hotel quite a lot, but there were some nagging issues that prevent five stars. The room and bathroom was nice and had a good and interesting feel. The food and service at Song Bird and at Red Herring were both superb and we enjoyed them both very much. The parking was odd, we asked the housekeeping for a room refresh but that didn't happen. They were asked by a manager the next day and did bring fresh towels (but left the dead crickets on the floors of the room and bathroom, and the elevators didn't work which was an issue for me and my arthritic hip. I kind of expected better customer service on the hotel side - as we received on the food service side - from a boutique and rather (especially for the area) spendy hotel.

According to the pictures for our 14th anniversary I chose the best room they had available and upon arriving we did not get the room we chose. It was explained to us that those 2 rooms of the like were already booked and we were automaticaly given a leftover option that we did not choose. Im only giving it 2 stars because the hostess Courtney was beyond helpful and gave us a discounted rate for the room but it was not about the money it was more about the experience. We live close by and could have chosen to go out of town or chosen a better hotel with better amenities in our opinion but we chose the Herringbone specificaly for the experience and did not get what we wanted..On top of that the room did not cool very well we had the AC as low as we could get it and were still miserably hot. It may be due to the container style of the hotel having poor insulation but it was not good. The temperature stayed in the mid 70's which may be fine for some people but I run hot and could not stop sweating made me feel like i woke up irritable and dehydrated. We tried to make the best of the situation considering it was our 14 year anniversary but we will never return.

The only issue I had is the room did not have a table inside it and the train tracks are right next door so when a train would pass by you definitely hear the horn and the rumbling as well as the vehicles that have loud music or loud exhaust pipes. It is located in the historic district of Waco, Texas and has a lot of museums as well as shops and restaurants with in walking distance. The Cameron Zoo is only about a 5 minute drive from the hotel.

What a unique and fun boutique hotel! Friendly staff as we checked in, both behind desk and at wine bar during happy hour. We ate a delicious dinner at the Red Herring as well with a super friendly wait staff too. Within walking distance to Magnolia silos and market. Highly recommend staying at this super fun hotel if you stop in Waco, TX.

Property is nice, location is great as well. Walking distance to the silos, Dr Pepper museum, and great restaurants. Decor is very eclectic and enjoyed the tub inside the room. However: 1. After a 6 hr drive, we arrived at 3pm to be told our room wasn’t ready. Which usually isn’t a big deal but it was awkward not to have an apologetic front desk. No sorry, no here is a complimentary anything.. (not that I was looking for anything free) just was told that I had to wait. Waited 45 min afterwards to get the room. 2. Again front desk, just handed the keys and said nothing else. No explanation of the way to our room or where to park. I had to ask, and if you go, you understand that it’s not as easy to get to rooms if you don’t know where to go. 3. I thought it nice that they provide ear plugs in the rooms. After one night there, I saw why. There’s a train that passes by during the night right beside the building. So yea, you definitely hear it. I don’t think much can be done about it but just be aware. Final input: for $230 a night, I think the service failed this time.

Just left this fabulous property. Booked a group of rooms for graduation. Staff was so welcoming and responsive. Each room is unique! Lucky Bucks rooftop bar is a great place to start or end the night. Cute boutiques downstairs. Location is ideal and walking distance to restaurants and the Silos.

Great place to stay! Clean and very nice. Very helpful staff who helped us with a car situation by providing storage for our luggage while our car was being worked on. Definitely recommend and will hopefully be back again in the future.

Hotel Herringbone is a fun, unique, boutique hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful and even carried our bags to our room. The mini bar was stocked with snacks and drinks. The room is funky and fun - unlike any other hotel I have stayed at. The location is an easy walk to the Silos and the Dr. Pepper Museum as well as downtown Waco. Highly recommend a stay here!

Check-in took some time. We had to call a number and wait for someone to come, in spite of texting when we’d be arriving. The property was beautifully.done with pretty rooms. There was a basic little breakfast but nowhere to sit to eat it. There was a restaurant/bar that we enjoyed. Had a great glass of complimentary wine in a little shop. The shower was terrific. The room had a pretty bed but on the firm side. Overall, it was an interesting hotel with a lot going on around it. We would stay again.

Really cool boutique hotel in a great location downtown. Blocks from silos, Dr Pepper museum, restaurants and bars all very walkable even in July heat. Loved the decor and the bath products are luxurious. No coffee maker in room was my only ding on this place.

The only issue I had is the room did not have a table inside it and the train tracks are right next door so when a train would pass by you definitely hear the horn and the rumbling as well as the vehicles that have loud music or loud exhaust pipes. It is located in the historic district of Waco, Texas and has a lot of museums as well as shops and restaurants with in walking distance. The Cameron Zoo is only about a 5 minute drive from the hotel.

It was very unique, we loved, loved, loved the concept and utilization of the containers!! The decor was gorgeous and rooftop bar was great! We had dinner at the Red Herring and everything from our service to the food was amazing! This a wonderful property with 5 star service and cuisine, don’t miss the opportunity to stay here.

Room was extremely large, clean, but cozy. Restaurants were great and loved the rooftop bar. We will be coming again. Only negative was some deal the manager talked us into that was an up charge with no benefit, so buyer beware.

I liked the Hotel quite a lot, but there were some nagging issues that prevent five stars. The room and bathroom was nice and had a good and interesting feel. The food and service at Song Bird and at Red Herring were both superb and we enjoyed them both very much. The parking was odd, we asked the housekeeping for a room refresh but that didn't happen. They were asked by a manager the next day and did bring fresh towels (but left the dead crickets on the floors of the room and bathroom, and the elevators didn't work which was an issue for me and my arthritic hip. I kind of expected better customer service on the hotel side - as we received on the food service side - from a boutique and rather (especially for the area) spendy hotel.

Upon check in we found a grocery bag full of dirty laundry from previous guests (underwear, socks, etc) as well as leftover containers of food in the mini fridge, which was also missing the complementary beverages.
