Het hotel is een wat ouder model, maar voor ons was het prima. Het ontbijt was goed, het personeel vriendelijk en de kamer schoon. Van het zwembad hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt, dus dat kan ik niet beoordelen. De gratis en ruime parkeergelegenheid vind ik altijd een pluspunt.

Staff very friendly and efficent. The hotel us getting old, heating is just enough, breaksfast is solid but limited. Wifi is good and parking very easy. Location is good.

The room was tiny, dirty and stuffy with no AC to help regulate the temperature. We had to pay extra for a bed that I would have assumed came with the room as I booked it for three people. Staff were often not around at the front desk to help, because they were short staffed. Machines in the games room, stopped working (although a discount was offered when this happened). Breakfast was okay. But the restaurant was overpriced and poor quality. We ordered Patas Braves and got and burnt plate of sweet potato fries. The sauna and gym were appalling. The sauna basically didn't work or couldn't get up to temperature and all the games (tennis, bowling) cost extra. Finally we didn't have a car which I now know was a mistake. Not the hotel's fault, but travel to Zutphen was terrible and confusing, with two buses an hour that go away from the hotel.

Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre hintersich. Erdgeschoss ist noch ok. Hier wurde vermutlich auch noch investiert. Aber die oberen Stockwerke mit den Zimmern haben eher den Charm eines 80er Jahre Betonklotzes, auch von außen. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und ohne Balkon. Unser Badezimmer wurde wohl renoviert und die Zimmer selber sind moderner eingerichtet, als der Rest vermuten lässt. Das Essen im Hotel war ok, aber im Ort gibt es sehr gute Restaurants, die können wir besser empfehlen, als das Hotelrestaurant und sind auch nicht teurer. Die Freizeit- und Sporteinrichtungen machten einen ordentlichen Eindruck und waren abends gut besucht. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und meist auch nett. Was uns aber sehr gestört hat und uns definitiv von einem weiteren Besuch abhält, war die Sauberkeit im Restaurant/Früstücksbereich. Hier hatten wir den Eindruck, dass in den 4 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes nicht ein einzuges mal der Boden gereinigt wurde. Brotkrumen von den Brötchen lagen die ganze Zeit unter dem Tisch und das bereits am ersten Tag. Unter einem größeren Tisch, der in den 4 Tagen nie besetzt war, lag sehr viel Staub, der war definitiv älter als unsere 4 Tage!!! Das darf auch in einem älteren Hotel auf keinen Fall sein!!! Zu guter letzt noch eine Kritik an Expedia. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind gebucht. Die Zimmer sind dafür viel zu klein!! Das wusste die Dame am Empfang auch und fragte direkt, ob wir über Expedia gebucht hätten!!! War wohl kein Einzelfall!!!

Perfect for a quiets night sleep as the average age of residents are well into their 70s. Our room was tired and dated with marks on the walls and dust everywhere. Hotel looks like it hasn’t been remodelled since it’s original build. Situated on an industrial estate and near a petrol station, it’s very convenient if you wish to buy a car during your stay.

Leider lässt das Hotel zu Wünschen übrig was die Sauberkeit betrifft und das in allen Bereichen (Zimmer, Bar, Frühstück) Das Geschirr beim Frühstück war dreckig, der Boden in der Bar die Tische und leider auch die Bettwäsche. Ansonsten ok

Voor €150,- verwacht je een fatsoenlijke kamer. Dit bleek erg tegen te vallen. Het is een oud klein kamertje, waarbij de lamp zelfs voor de tv stond. De kwaliteit en stijl is echt niet meer van deze tijd. Voor dit geld kan je ewn kwalitatief veel beter hotel boeken zoals Vd Valk.

Hotel is gedateerd en zeker geen 4 sterren waard. Geen airco op de kamer terwijl het heel warm en benauwd was. Geen ventilatie op de badkamer, zodat je met de deur open moet douchen.

The sauna basically didn't work or couldn't get up to temperature and all the games (tennis, bowling) cost extra. Finally we didn't have a car which I now know was a mistake. Not the hotel's fault, but travel to Zutphen was terrible and confusing, with two buses an hour that go away from the hotel.

Prima hotel, gedateerd wel. Goed bereikbaar. De kamer was 's nachts wel benauwd. Kon hierdoor niet goed slapen. Het was die dagen ook boven de 25°C, begin mei, maar toch. Raam open hielp nauwelijks met een hor erin.

Ganz nett, Zimmer war an manchen Stellen schon deutlich verlebt. Kontakt zu Mitarbeitern war nur kurz an der Rezeption, war in Ordnung. Würde wieder dort buchen.

Das Hotel war sauber und hatte sogar ein extra Bett abeer die Wasserleitung war verstopft. Man konmte nicht mal das WC anständig benutzen.(Ich hatte 3 Kinder). Man wollte das ich in dem selben Zimmer schlief aber die Toilette in einem anderen Zimmee benutzen soll. Null überdacht worden. Null Comfort Plus. Kann doch sicher nicht am Abend jedes mal mit jedem Kind mit zur Toilette zu einem komplett anderem Zimmer, weil sind lauter Fremde im Hotel. Erst als ich Cash Back verlangt habe weil das ganz bestimmt nicht das Comfort Plus ist wofür ich bezahlt habe hat man mir jemanden geschickt der es repariert hat. Die einte eher kleinere Frau mit schwarzen Haaren an der Rezeption war die einzige die es einigermassen unser Anliegen interessiert hatte. Aber an sich schöne Location hat einfach nicht viel Auswahl an Läden in der Nähe und zu Amsterdam Rotherdam Den Haag braucht es jedes Mal eine Weile. Das Extra Bett war auch bequem und uns wurde eine extra Decke bereit gestellt. Ausser unser Zwischenfall war es ganz in Ordnung. Wäre nur schön gewesen hätte man beachtet das ich mit Kinder am reisen bin und wir eine riesige Fahrt hinter uns hatten. Trotz allem noch diskutieren mussten und es kaum Beachtung gab.

Perfect for a quiets night sleep as the average age of residents are well into their 70s. Our room was tired and dated with marks on the walls and dust everywhere. Hotel looks like it hasn’t been remodelled since it’s original build. Situated on an industrial estate and near a petrol station, it’s very convenient if you wish to buy a car during your stay.
