The property is a bit hidden. The surroundings of it's location can trigger a sense of an unsafe location. There were a lot of maintenance / construction going by the pool and parking lot. In times it made us feel like w le were in a property under construction rather than a property ready for us to enjoy. The room description and photos said that a sofa bed was part of the room but it wasn't. They had to bring a bed to the room. We really enjoy the massages and temazcal services. We had a good time in the pool and the food services were good enough to meet our needs when we used it. Overall I feel like it was a bit of a roller coaster with all the ups and downs, with the things we were noticing and experiencing during our visit to this property. But I think we ended up enjoying it more than disliking it. We had a good time as a family here.

El personal muy atento y ágil hasta en auto para las maletas, el check in rapidísimo donde te reciben con un vaso de agua, una toalla húmeda para la cara y los documentos listos solo para firmar el ingreso, hasta el personal de la alberca súper amable. Un lugar súper recomendable, sin duda regresaré.

El servicio fue inigualable, todo el personal fue muy amable, el lugar muy tranquilo y hermoso, la alberca excelente a temperatura ambiente, calientita… los alimentos bastante ricos y los precios accesibles Nos encantó! Seguro que volveremos pronto!!

El hotel esta excelente, super limpio y comodo, tiene buen estacionamiento de autoservicio. El restaurante esta muy rico y las porciones son grandes, valen lo que cuestan. El servicio de Edgar, insuperable. Muy buena opción si no quieres salir, ya que el centro del pueblo esta a unos 15 min en taxi. Sin duda regresaria

Muy lindo lugar, la limpieza excelente, muy cómodo, lo único malo fue una parte de la atención del personal, tenían cara de que no les gusta su trabajo, tardaron un rato en tomarnos la orden de comida, la chica de la recepción parecía estar enojada. Aparte para poder abrirnos el portón tardaron un rato mientras nos mojábamos en la lluvia.

Hv to say that staff was so very attentive and friendly, especially in the restaurant. However, when I asked for my upgrade, I was told that was not availability, even though the hotel occupancy was not even 50% of the total occupancy., so they dont wanted to upgrading my room. My room first day no HOT WATER, next day 3 roaches, one in my bedroom and 2 in the shower, so disgusting. Mosquito net completely damage-broken. Place is nice but I will not repeat for booking and staying there.

My stay was great, but I have to upgrade my room. The room the hotel gave me first was tiny and with a tiny window. When I booked in Hotels.com, the hotels was described as “superior” which it didn’t have anything to be superior. The staff told me that was the lowest price room, and if I wanted better I have to pay, which I did. It was disappointing that the advertising was not accurate!

El hotel esta excelente, super limpio y comodo, tiene buen estacionamiento de autoservicio. El restaurante esta muy rico y las porciones son grandes, valen lo que cuestan. El servicio de Edgar, insuperable. Muy buena opción si no quieres salir, ya que el centro del pueblo esta a unos 15 min en taxi. Sin duda regresaria

Creo que les falta ser más precisos en su ubicación ya que la liga que me enviaron me mando a la parte trasera del Hotel, su letrero debe ser luminoso en la noche ya que si no está uno atento en la avenida se pasa, el letrero no se ve.

Muy lindo lugar, la limpieza excelente, muy cómodo, lo único malo fue una parte de la atención del personal, tenían cara de que no les gusta su trabajo, tardaron un rato en tomarnos la orden de comida, la chica de la recepción parecía estar enojada. Aparte para poder abrirnos el portón tardaron un rato mientras nos mojábamos en la lluvia.

El servicio fue inigualable, todo el personal fue muy amable, el lugar muy tranquilo y hermoso, la alberca excelente a temperatura ambiente, calientita… los alimentos bastante ricos y los precios accesibles Nos encantó! Seguro que volveremos pronto!!

Muy limitada sus horarios de servicios Tanto en restaurante como alberca. El precio no compensa ni el servicio ni la calidad de instalaciones. Lo unico que rescato fue la atencion del mesero.

Hv to say that staff was so very attentive and friendly, especially in the restaurant. However, when I asked for my upgrade, I was told that was not availability, even though the hotel occupancy was not even 50% of the total occupancy., so they dont wanted to upgrading my room. My room first day no HOT WATER, next day 3 roaches, one in my bedroom and 2 in the shower, so disgusting. Mosquito net completely damage-broken. Place is nice but I will not repeat for booking and staying there.

The property is a bit hidden. The surroundings of it's location can trigger a sense of an unsafe location. There were a lot of maintenance / construction going by the pool and parking lot. In times it made us feel like w le were in a property under construction rather than a property ready for us to enjoy. The room description and photos said that a sofa bed was part of the room but it wasn't. They had to bring a bed to the room. We really enjoy the massages and temazcal services. We had a good time in the pool and the food services were good enough to meet our needs when we used it. Overall I feel like it was a bit of a roller coaster with all the ups and downs, with the things we were noticing and experiencing during our visit to this property. But I think we ended up enjoying it more than disliking it. We had a good time as a family here.
