基本的には満足ですが、入り口のセキュリティゲートが狭く、大きなトラベルケースだと通りにくいです。またWi-Fiのセキュリティパスがないうえに、速度がとても遅かったのが残念でした。受付スタッフの対応はとても丁寧で紳士的でした。駅からも近いし、清潔感がありました。

Clean rooms and easy check in, nice comfortable lobby, friendly staff at check in and throughout the stay. Only stayed one night, thought the price was high for what they charged but then again it was NYE so can’t judge them on that. Location is ace, breakfast is good but not worth 5 stars

The staff was very selfish and careless about customer concerns and hospitality. Rooms are very small , not enough towels in the bathrooms , no coffee machine nor fridge nor iron , no safe , windows has no screen . I’d stay away

The cleanliness was so bad found 14 hair in the bed show it to the staff .they change the room but still not clean I was planning to extend the stay but went somewhere else Will not recommend it to anyone Thanks

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The property well located close to train station. However, the room was tiny and a bit old, with many stains on the carpet and the bathroom. The bathroom door was not closing properly, the shower walls needed to be cleanse throughly. Lastly the bedsheets were full of dust (they were clean but were generating way too much dust particles in air when manipulated). To finish on positive note: the breakfast was good. A special recognition to the lady preparing fresh “msemen and baghrir” - she was just fantastic; always smiling and welcoming, proactively proposing foods that was very tasty.

Staffs were friendly, lobby, and the restaurant are looks great. And the hotel located Four minutes walking distance from the Rabat Agdal train station. I stayed in the fifth floor, the whole hallway were all smelled weird. Room’s bathroom needs to be upgraded, the sink counter was cracked.

Easy to find right next to the train stain. You could hear the trains in your room but not loud enough to wake you or prevent you sleeping. Easy check in. Spoke limited English. Room comfortable and clean. Breakfast typical continental. Would i stay again? No as it was no where for walking distance really except station. Away from tourist things. However great if you want a train.

Chaque fois que j'entrais dans la chambre, je sentais la chaleur et l'humidité, malgré la fenêtre ouverte en tout temps. La ventilation était insuffisante. Je l'ai mentionné à deux reprises et rien n'a été fait. Par contre, je dois souligner le travail et la gentillesse des femmes de chambre.

As with all Ibis hotels the rooms are small but functional. There was a design fault with the shower door, It only opened inwards and unless you are a child it is impossible to get in and close the door.

Great experience. Everything what one would expect in a decent hotel. All the staff were brilliant particularly Rachid and Insaf with whom i had interacted mostly. Clean rooms, breakfast was nice and location couldn't be any better, it was literally around 100 meters or less from Rabat Agdal train station. Overall great experience.

I had an excellent stay at ibis Agdal Rabat. The hotel offers outstanding value, with professional service that truly stands out. Breakfast eggs, crepes and sausage were terribly cold. Really all what was to be served hot was cold. I would have liked a bottle of water in the room. We stayed only one night and that was more than enough

Staff was lovely. Breakfast needs more variety but omlette was good. . Coffee machines need servicing. Bedroom toilets are too close to the beds. Shower areas did not smell good. Basic hotel but location is good for train station. Price too high for this hotel. I Should be no more than £50 / per night as Ibis are a budget hotel but charging premium prices.

Stor skuffelse at når man i beskrivelsen læser der er en terrasse at den så er overdækket og folk ovenikøbet ryger der. Prøver altid at booke hotel med udendørs areal. Specielt hvis der ikke er balkon. Det 3.værelse var fint. Godt wifi og sport på tv. Restaurant til morgenmad ku holdes renere. Ofte var bordene ikke tørret af når man satte sig. Rengøringen ku i det hele taget få et nøk op.
