Lovely hotel with extremely comfortable beds and a huge bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Definitely left quite a good impression. The hotel area is huge with a wide variety of restaurants and bars within the hotel. Very accessible to the downtown district of Sapporo. The only negative would be the view from the room. Many of the rooms I presume would be facing the inner yard, i.e. the windows of all the rooms next to, below and above your own room.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet und sauber. Es gab genügend Platz für die Reisekoffer, nur das Wifi Signal war nicht ganz so stark. Das Badezimmer war geräumig und gut geschnitten. Die Aufzüge waren schön groß und es war gut, dass es dort mehrere gibt, das hat Wartezeiten vermieden. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und das Zimmer war schön ruhig.

チェックインの際、対応の女性がクラブフロアの部屋なのに、クラブラウンジへのアクセスの説明がなく、部屋から電話で確認した。冷蔵庫の中、大した物は入ってないですが、無料との説明がなかった。　どうして分かったかと言うと、2日後に両親の為に同じクラブルームを予約があり、その際のチェックインの際に男性の説明でそうだったんだと。

Great hotel for visitors of Sapporo! The hotel was very conveniently located outside of Odori station exit 8 or a short 7-10 min walk from the main Sapporo station (you can walk the underground tunnel directly to the hotel or walk on street level). The staff were amazing. Super helpful, always cheery, and very patient.

Very quick and kind service when checked in. They showed us to our rooms and offered to help with our bags. Showed us where the emergency exits were as well and made themselves very accessible if we needed anything. Location was perfect and you could even access the subway from the basement level or shop without even going outside. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The room and bathroom were a good size and clean. Great hotel and experience staying with them.

昔の札幌グランドホテルのサービスを経験したことがある私には、同じホテルと思えない程サービスの質が落ちていて、地方のビジネスホテル並みのホスピタリティーにガッカリ。具体的にはチェックイン時に海外から長旅で大きなスーツケースを引きづってロビーに入ったが、ベルボーイがいるわけでもなく、そのままチェックインカウンターへ。その後、荷物を運んでもらえますかと言ったら、スタッフがやっと来て、部屋まで運んでくれるのかと思ったらエレベーターに乗せて終わりだった。海外のホテルではあり得ない扱い。

Excellent service and location. It's walking distance to Sapporo station and the hotel is connected to underground tunnel which is very convenient on rainy days. Breakfast is good. Absolutely amazing stay in premier deluxe king bed room on 14th floor. Both buffet and sit down Japanese set breakfast were delicious! Also enjoyed the 1934 BAR 2.5 hour drink and small plate with jazz music. Warm and helpful hospitality. The location is so convenient too! Between Sapporo Station and Odori Park.

Good hotel, you pay for the front office not the room. The rooms bang average in comparison to other premium hotels. The location is solid if you’re coming into from Tokyo or somewhere else but if you’re wanting to stay someone livelier maybe best to avoid this hotel.

The location is good, and you can get to the hotel by the Sapporo subway. We stayed for 2 nights, and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff was kind, and we could store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. This hotel is somewhat historic, but it is convenient to take the bus to the airport.
