Amazing hotel - really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely quiet area, close to the airport, rooms were nice - with lovely welcoming gift, rooftop pool and bar lovely and the breakfast in the morning was amazing. Was a little light on toilet rolls in the rooms but that's the only negative thing I have to say... which is nothing really. Overall a 5 star experience and would absolutely stay again.

A fantastic experience. The staff was friendly, the room was very comfortable, the rooftop pool was very enjoyable (though too small for lap swimming), the restaurant was fantastic for both dinner and breakfast, and the airport shuttle to terminal 4 was very convenient. 10/10, would stay again.

We went on a 2-week driving trip around southern Spain. We used INNside as our pre/ post airport stop because of its proximity to the airport. When we arrived in Spain, we used our stay at INNside to get through jet lag and the day before we left Spain, we used INNside as the place to gather, repack, and prepare to leave the country. The location for proximity to the airport is great. We did not use the hotel shuttle because we could not figure out where to catch it at the airport or its schedule, but an Uber between the hotel and the airport was easy. There is a very nice grocery store and farmacia next to the hotel which was super convenient -- we were able to load up for our driving trip around Spain very easily. We did not use the hotel pool, but we did eat at the hotel restaurant several times and were never disappointed. The burrata salad there was one of the best ones we had in Spain! The rooms were clean, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. I will note that INNside is NOT convenient to anything in Madrid itself. We had a few things we wanted to do in Madrid, and it was a pretty expensive Uber/ Taxi ride to get there because of the distance. Also, I will note that INNside seems to get a lot of large tour groups checking in in the afternoons -- they arrive on a large bus. You will want to make sure you are done with your services before the bus arrives.
