Excellent new hotel, good decor , helpful staff. Great choice for breakfast. Pay for parking and charging for EV is free

Room good. There is not a Manager reception that is listed in description. Parking has a charge. Shuttle to airport is not on schedule listed. Had to take a Uber. Driver of shuttle late causing backup in morning.

This is a good hotel, cool design, clean and good amenities and atmosphere. However, the airport shuttle service is not to standard. It's not available for a few hours in the afternoon and chaotic when it's available. I hope that this could improve because it's not up to standard you'd expect from ananairport hotel.

Clean chic room, doesn’t have a safe though. Stayed here for just one night in between flights. Served its purpose and is about a 25 minute cab ride to downtown if you have time to explore between flights. The shuttle to and from is super convenient and included with the stay. Just make sure you check the shuttle hours, on the weekend it’s limited hours.

Good proximity to the airport. Donation-based Shuttle service but limited to 19 people…. Be sure to get to the lobby 30 minutes before the shuttle leaves to get in line.

The room was a good size and very clean. It had a coffee maker and mini fridge. The food in the restaurant was good, and the restaurant and bar are open late. The staff were very helpful and professional, and the free airport shuttle is a great amenity.

De los mejores hoteles cerca al aeropuerto, excelente restaurante y la piscina en el sexto piso de lo mejor. solo agregaria opciones de transporte mas cerca, pues queda a 400 metros la parada de autobus y unos 700 el tren, de ahi en fuera lo recomiendo, ahh, excelente tematica de alicia en el pais de las maravillas.

Adorei a equipe, foram super educados e solicitos. o Checkin e checkout foram super rápidos, ponto positivo pra van que leva pros terminais do aeroporto. achei os valores acessíveis, a localização é “ruim” pois tudo fica bem distante, mas a proposta que tínhamos era estar perto do aeroporto pra ir embora. uma pena a piscina só abrir em temporada de verão, gostaria de ter ficado lá tomando um drink para ver a vista, mesmo que frio. o ar condicionado do meu quarto não estava funcionando direito, mas não atrapalhou a estadia. a acomodação é bem confortável, silenciosa, cama ótima e chuveiro forte. ponto positivo é ter um bebedouro no andar. voltaria a me hospedar com a mesma proposta no máximo 2 dias para estar próximo do aeroporto

Une nuit sur place. Hotel pas trop éloigné de l'aéroport. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de service de madrugada alors que le bar est ouvert 24/24.

Habitaciones cómodas, acogedoras, limpias. El personal es amable y atento.

O quarto estava impecável, porem um dos rolis de papel higiênico estava com um sujo(parecia sangue)

The floor was dusty.

The staff were fairly meh, the bedding had a stain on it and there were hairs in the bedroom.We got there very late, and had to leave early the next morning so we did'nt complain.

O quarto só faltou um ar-condicionado, fora isso ele é maravilhoso! O quarto é espaçoso, tudo de qualidade, o hotel é lindo e bem organizado. O café da manhã é muito bom! Os funcionários educados.

Convenient for the airport, still a 5 to 10 minute drive due to the marvellous pointless road layout! Perfectly acceptable relatively modern.

A lovely brand new hotel, excellent facilities and a very friendly staff, about 10 to 15 minutes from the airport. Excellent comfortable rooms and ensuite. Air conditioning, amazing comfortable beds. Basic, but a decent selection of excellent food, good selection for breakfast (buffet style), and well worth the €11. A ten minute walk to nearest shops and restaurants and 20 minutes to Valdebebas train station which is the Renfe (NOT the metro) which costs €3.40 for 2 people single fare to the main tourist centre Sol ( with one change at Chamartin) Although no tea and coffee facilities in the room, tea and coffee readily available from the bar or restaurant. Overall an excellent hotel in a very clean quiet area.

Very comfortable bed and a lovely quiet location. Good transport to the airport.

Bad for business travelers. The room does not have a desk or table to be able to do work. I have had better WiFi in third world countries. The “high speed premium wifi” was not better. The heating in my room was not working, the staff was accommodating and moved me to another room.

Perfect spot for a 1 night stay. Room was very clean. Unfortunately could hear lots of movement in hallway outside when trying to sleep but otherwise very pleasant stay. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Simple airport hotel. No fridge no coffee pot but bar downstairs lobby and restaurant

We loved the stay and most staff consideration! We had one spot of discomfort. when we first arrived. We had a long trip by train which was delayed for more than 4 or 5 hours, so we were hoping for a warm reception. However, a gentleman of strong build told us to come to his kiosk to check us in. When I was tryed to tell him my name he interupted. We found out our room would be on the ground floor. My wife asked in Spanish if we could have a higher floor. He response was "Eh?!" We feared this viking would cleave us in twain with his mighty battle axe! We checked and felt our room would not do because we needed a desk to work. We returned to reception and decided to wait for a different person to ask for a different room. The mighty viking was talking and laughing with a comrade of the hotel because I am sure they saw many battles together. (We would hope for equal kindness to all people especially at a hotel) The viking saw us and we resisted the urge to cower in fear. He asked us a bit more gently than before if we were not satisfied with our room. We told him not to worry, we would talk to the youth of gentle bearing to guide us to our preferred loddging. The gentle youth was very serious but kind.We paid to upgrade to a room with a desk. We were greatly impressed by all others especially the staff who worked in the restaurant and bar. We were extremely satisfied with the food! The kitchen staff brought out gluten free bread and pastries. We loved it! We'll be back!

There was no hot water in our room. We tried calling reception multiple times, even went downstairs to report the issue, and nothing was done about it. Plus the person from the reception was rude to me on the phone. We spent one night there and had to check out without taking a shower. Upon arriving at 11:00 p.m. there was also a huge queue for check in, and check in was super slow. Other than that, the room was clean, the bed was nice, and the shuttle was reliable. So no complaints about those.

They didn't answer direct messages to them on multiple days. I asked them about their advertised airport shuttle 3 days before arrival then again 1 day before arrival and no response. So I ended up getting an uber. Once I arrived they had the schedule for the shuttle on their counter. We had four people checking in and four staff but three staff serving one couple. Ridiculous. I waited 20 minutes to check in. Poor service

Hotel is super cute but the check in process is too slow.

The property was fabulous, new, clean, organized. What I loved most was the staff. They went over and above to ensure we were happy and had all we needed. AMAZING STAFF!! Services great. Will return ASAP! They were beyond accomodating!

I was here for a night the room had everything needed for a good night’s sleep. The service is what is terrible. When I was checking in I was in line for about 45 minutes. They only have one laptop computer to check people in and the receptionists are the the worst. Besides being the slowest ever they knew nothing about the property. He didn’t know if there was room service or if the airport shuttle was available. I cant remember the name but it was a guy with glasses the one that helped me. I don’t know if there’s something mentally with this person or he is just slow. There was a couples of guests before me and I could hear that they were also upset about him being very slow. He should Be replaced ASAP. The food is the most horrible thing ever as well. Eat at a different place if you can. If not be ready to deal with the rude waiter that will probably make you upset. Nice hotel terrible service all around. The only nice ones are the ladies that help clean the rooms.

The staff were really welcoming, there is a great bar/communal area and our room was very clean and comfortable - plus the shower was great!

Everything except the location and public transportation is great! It is about an hour out of Madrid’s city by public transportation but close enough by uber or taxi.

Bel hôtel, chambre correcte, personnel sympa, navette pratique mais emplacement mauvais.

O hotel é ótimo, confortável, atendimento, tudo muito bom. Porém de difícil acesso. Estação de metrô mais próxima é longe e o translado do aeroporto funciona em horários específicos que não nos atendeu na chegada, na partida conseguimos utilizar. A região aos arredores é nova, porém já com opções de restaurantes e mercados.

Hotel liegt unweit des Flughafens. Eignet sich für einen Zwischenstopp, aber nicht um die Stadt zu erkunden.

El hotel super bonito, excelentes instalaciones, en cuanto a cercanía de transporte público se encuentra a 6 minutos caminando una estación de bus y a 15 una estación de tren. De igual manera hay supermercados a 7 minutos caminando así como droguerías, es una zona muy nueva y muy tranquila.

Hotel é novo, a região é nova, perto da sede de treinamento do Real Madrid e estação de trem para o centro da cidade. tem várias opções de restaurantes e supermercado - tudo em um raio de até 1km

The location is not ideal to anything. You will have to uber everywhere. Definitely stay down or near market areas as for the five days there we spent about 300 US dollars on going back and forth and it was not worth it. The hotel is okay though.

I chose this place because it was close to the airport, had breakfast and a free shuttle. I got so much more! The style was whimsical, the staf was friendly and helpful, the food was delicious - I enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and breakfast was next level. My room was comfy and cute, and the patio was so spacious I wish I had someone to share it with! Next time I’m in Madrid, I’m staying here again!

Rome are clean and cute. Fabulous breakfast. Close to airport. Staff ranges from A+ to surly and u helpful.

The hotel is near the airport and has shuttle. It has very good restaurant and bar with delicious food and drinks. The breakfast has so many items. Nice people, clean and quiet room, good services, and inexpensive price made a good experience.

Hotel hermoso, cómodo, nuevo, excelente desayuno y atención y muy cerca al aeropuerto. Lo negativo: ofrecen servicio gratis shuttle bus y son muy pocos horarios y llamé al hotel y me aseguraron había servicio cada 45 minutos y es falso. De lunes a viernes No hay servicio desde 1:50 pm. Hasta 5:30 pm y en la noche no hay servicio.y fines de semana solo hay servicio hasta las 9:45 am. Y luego no hay sino después de las 8:00 pm. Hasta 10 u 11 pm.

Me encantó el desayuno.

El servicio de restaurante fue pésimo, tardamos más de 1 hora para ser atendidos.

Great hotel for convince to airport! Very new, clean, full bar, great breakfast buffet, comfortable bed and airport shuttle ran smoothly. Will definitely book again when flying in or out of Madrid.

Overall, it was fine; the only downside was that the type of food on offer after 10 pm was very poor. People come in from long trips, and all you have is a cold sandwich.
