Everyone was very courteous and helpful. you can't miss the rooftop that was amazing. Too bad the weather was so cold during my stayed.

The Eden Gastro Bar did not prioritize seating for hotel guests as indicated. The food was tasty. Otherwise, everything else was excellent as well as the location in central Madrid.

Will have to say the best hotel I've ever stayed in and that means alot seeing how I'm 70. Food was awesome and the value was incredible. Definitely when in madrid no better hotel. Think about the Presidential suite if you're traveling with another couple unbelievable stocked refrigerator and room service including bottles of champagne beer soda and dinner for two incredible and breakfast too. Just one last thing you do get a separate bedroom and bath which works out great for privacy but also when you want to gather together it works out great. Chris M
