Our room was very near to an outside door with easy access to the pool/hot tub/gym area. Our beds were new, firm, and very comfortable. Our sheets were clean, soft, and high thread count! TV worked well. Pillows were plenty and puffy. The breakfast area was spotless and well stocked. The staff mopped the entry and food area at least 3x while we were eating to ensure cleanliness and appearance for all guests. Check in was fast, informative amd friendly. All aspects of our short overnight stay were excellent, including the waterslide and hot tub! Would definitely recommend. 🙏💜

Multiple security doors blocked open with rock. Bathroom had dark substance on exhaust fan and staff didn’t care when I complained. Heated pool was cold Hot tub was not hot

Overall this was a nice hotel. It looks like they are in the middle of trying to update their rooms, so some walls have patches, etc. The pool and slide were nice, but the towels don’t get restocked often in that area.

Stayed at this hotel with the idea of allowing the children to enjoy the water slide in the pool. Booked our room after speaking with someone at the hotel and acquired about the slide and was told yes, everything was as it should be. When we arrived the slide was roped off and we were told that it was out of order. This was the entire reason for booking this facility as it was more expensive than others in this area. Our room in the second floor had a view of the rooftop littered with trash. Area under the bed has not been vacuumed in some time as lots of stuff there. Breakfast was fine.

The place was under construction, it was basically a Quality Inn with the Baymont name on it. the beds have not been changed yet, OLD BEDS the furniture is old, the parking lot was unsafe. Had a channel cut across the pavement you can trip and fall

The bathtub surround had mold and cracks, the room was so muggy the carpet felt damp and dirty, the beds were hard, drink people talking extremely loud and profanity in the dining area, 4:30am doors in the hallway were being slammed. When asking the staff how to find my room he just points at a map but made sure to point out where breakfast is located with a visual. Which I won't even talk about how that was. I did clean the counters, toasters(didn't even use) but someone left bagels in them. I think the $77/night hotel would have been better.

This was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever seen in my life. It smelled horrible, the carpet was filthy, and I’m pretty sure there were rodents. The floor was sticky in the kitchenette, as was the floor around the toilet. Awful. I would have left but we didn’t get in u til late and I had no choice.

The curtains in the room were soiled and stained and a section was broken off the rod . They were really disgusting, Our room was on the second floor and out the window was a flat roof area with all the air conditioning units and other mechanical stuff. It was so loud and the noise never stopped , a constant loud humming and bellowing.

150$ and some change for a terrible room. I’ve seen flea bag motel rooms cleaner and in better condition than this. Hardly anyone was speaking American English. You couldn’t talk to anyone at the front desk. You had to speak to a kiosk. The water smelled like sewage, my room was pretty much destroyed before I even got there. There was pubes in and on the tub. Sink was broken, shower walls were broken, the bedroom walls were destroyed, the shower wouldn’t come on all the way. The recliner was ruined. The ac unit smelled moldy. The only good part of this stay was the bar. Met some friendly people and the bartender Val was top notch as his job.

My first attempt at a review I ran out of characters, so I'll keep it as short and sweet as possible. Was a nice property back when it was a Quality Inn. 2 nights in the King Jetted Tub Suite for work. Super physically demanding job, so I was counting on that tub at the end of the day. Night 1, the hotel ran out of hot water. The drain in the tub didn't work properly anyway, so what's the difference I guess. The couch was so stained I had to investigate the pullout portion. Even worse and covered in brown specks reminiscent of the Double B word. Spare sheets were clearly stained with blood that they tried real hard to wash out until they were orange. Front desk couldn't care less. TV was stuck in store demo mode. AC unit was duct taped and leaked like crazy. Had to use towels and an ice bucket to catch the water dripping. Would have loved to let the front desk know about those issues, but after midnight there's no more in-person staff. Just a kiosk with a video screen. Restaurant was expensive and my burger was wetter than the carpet under the AC. Breakfast had good sausages, but crazy watery waffle mix and eggs. 2nd night I tried my best to sleep until I felt a few ants crawling on me. Game over. Probably found their way in past the duct tape. Managed to get a total of 6 hours of sleep over 2 nights. Also smells like hot feet. Couldn't pay me to stay again.

It was a very "dated" property. Our bathroom was dirty, the plug in the tub was broken and the shower was hard to turn on properly. The hotel hallways smelled like a dairy barn. We were disappointed by the condition of the pool area as well.

The heat/ac unit in our room makes an awful screeching sound. I tried turning the unit off but ice started forming on it within an hour because our room was so cold! I do NOT recommend. The staff was nice at check in but not bring able to sleep doesn’t make up for that.

Basically ‘ok’, nothing outstanding. Nowhere was info given about towel or bedding changes nor trash removal. I asked for trash to be removed from waste baskets and for towels to be exchanged. They were very pleasant about doing so. The room we stayed in was definitely showing age and in need of upgrades. The mattresses needed to be replaced.

We had a second floor suite with a balcony. Was lovely, however the balcony door had no lock. Freely opened from both inside and outside. Would feel much more comfortable given the option to lock it from the inside.

They didn’t have room ready at check in time waited an hour then got sent to an uncleaned room—twice. manager was in the hallway and found us a clean room. Staff was apologetic and seemed to try to correct problems. Very noisy late into evening. Tv in room didn’t work, most stations were scrambled. 2kids with and Disney channels wouldn’t come in clearly. Too late in the evening to do anything and checked out earlier in the morning, so I didn’t notify staff about the tv problem. We’ve stayed here several times when we visit our granddaughter this was not a good experience. Disappointed.

This hotel is a dump! I’m pretty sure some friends and drinkers at the bar made the other reviews, or were paid. It’s a nasty place. I almost just forfeited my paid reservation and slept in my truck. I arrived at 1am and was going to be leaving at 7 am ,my little boy really needed a bed, we had already driven 15 hours this day, and still have another 10 to go. I wont be staying here on my way back home for sure. The guy who checked us in was a ass****.He was very rude and probably the most unfriendly person I’ve ever encountered at hotel. If this is common for Baymont Inn, I’ll be skipping them in the future.

As we checked in the guy at the front desk tells me they have no rooms available and did nothing else to accommodate us as it was nearly check in time. Some other employee was helpful and asked if we needed to check in and got us our 2 rooms minutes later, she was super helpful. The guy at the front desk was extremely rude and not accommodating to us as guests. Rooms were not super clean and water in sink smelt bad. Overall do not recommend.

There was a lot of confusion upon checking in. The man at the front desk struggled immensely with check in, and was fairly rude about it. The room and pool were very nice. Breakfast was mediocre but contained everything expected out of a continental breakfast

It was a good stay in the hotel. The family enjoyed swimming and watching TV and relaxing in the air condition. It was a nice quick stay and we enjoyed it. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

Had get help with tv and phone didn't work. Ice machines were out of order, breakfast buffet was very poor. This is our 4th year at this facility and our last. This place is consistently going down hill. Very sad.

Nice place. Easy check-in. We picked this place for the breakfast and the water park. Well, it's not exactly a waterpark, but it does have a cool water slide. The water temp was pleasing, the hot tub was a bit dirty. The restaurant in the building was actually a bar, so our granddaughter was not allowed. We were able to order pizza and beverages and eat them in the breakfast room/ lounge. The usual breakfast is a 4 option hot breakfast. You make your choice, call it in to an extension and it's ready when you come down. But, the cook called in sick, so it was the usual waffles or cold cereal that day.

I've been staying at this hotel on and off over the past four years. In the past weekend breakfast was served from 6 to 10 am. However, during this last visit hotel staff removed the food and cleaned up beginning at 9:30 am. I looked for any signs indicating when breakfast was served, but could find nothing, anywhere. My daughter and I were lucky we came at 9, so we got food. Some other hotel guests were not as fortunate.
