The property was under construction which wasn't described beforehand. Pool area was closed. Breakfast was very poor with few options even with 45 minutes of time left. Very disappointing. Room was clean which is the only reason i didn't give this a 1 star rating.

It was an ok stay. The pool was under renovation, we didnt know about that until we checked in. With that said the property had arrangements with the hotel next store to use the pool.

Arrived to find the pool and hot tub were out of service but had no advance notification. Water in shower did not get hot enough. The sink did, so my guess is a scald guard was installed but set too low. With many options in the area, I would opt for a different property for future stays

Not Holiday Inn quality. Blackout curtains torn, not working closing correctly. Bathtub stained, not feeling clean. Lack of on property parking due some construction and contractor taking parking space.

Microwave was disgusting. A plate of hot pockets was left behind for me to discover. My toilet was broke and ran after every flush. The treadmill in the work out area shook so bad when I was jogging, I had to get off.

The room could have been more clean. There was stuff behind the night stand and the bath tub had a ring around it plus a few hairs. The headboard was dusty along with around the lamp on the desk. The coffee maker was not cleaned after last patron. The windowsill was dirty and the fitted sheet kept coming untucked. The fridge could have used a little wipe down too. Other wise the front desk service was amazing very friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were out of service which was a disappointment but otherwise it was a nice stay

While the hotel lobby and public facilities are typical of a Holiday Inn Express, our room smelled stale and musty. It was that smell that is characteristic of an old, damp carpet in need of a deep clean or replacement.

I was told when we checked that they were remodeling. Good thing. Overall, the room was clean. However, carpets are stained, room smelled like cigarettes, and towels were threadbare. Bed was very cozy and comfortable.

The hotel rooms are in need of a refresh. The lounge chair in the room was badly stained. Carpet probably due to be changed out. The actual bathroom in the room is quite small. All that said, the breakfast was very good and the staff are all awesome!

Large room, bed is too hard for my liking but if someone likes super firmness it would be great. We ended up getting moved to a different room due to the tub not draining properly. Couldn’t shower due to that. The new room was much better. Customer service was good. Definitely a good place to stay for a couple nights.

We arrived around 1030/11pm. No one was at the desk. When the guy did come out he was busy watching whatever was going on in the parking lot (which appeared to be nothing) and the guy walking in. He was not very pleasant. Every staff member we encountered looked crabby, and was in sweat pants, and a T-shirt. I had a hard time identifying who actually worked there. The room was out dated. But clean. Very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Service was not good.

We had a view of the rooftop. The air conditioner unit was very loud. The fridge in the breakfast area was not cold this morning and the temperature inside read almost 60. 😮 I went to the front desk and when I told her she said they were having problems with it. I asked her for two yogurts from the kitchen fridge. The fridge needs to be in top shape and the temperature checked. This is a concern.

It was quiet and in a convenient location. The bed was extra plush and not comfortable at all. The shower pressure and water temp was horrible. Overall, it did the job for my one night stay. I would not stay here again if I were in the area.

When we checked in we were not given any information. We didn’t know time of breakfast until we went to look at the breakfast area. We reserved and paid for a king room. We were given a double queen room. We went back down to the front desk and the attendee was not friendly at all about it. She just reached for another key on the desk and said here. I commented I didn’t want a problem I don’t want someone else walking into our room she said no. Didn’t apologize or anything very unprovoked in my opinion.

My husband and I checked in at 7:30 PM and was greeted by a not so friendly employee on his phone and I felt like we were disturbing him when checking in. Room was good and as well as the breakfast. I also must say the gentlemen checking us out was nice.

Very disappointed 😔 while checking in the staff was very rude. Wouldn’t even look at me and had an earbud in ear. My daughter was getting ready for college and we saw we could get a discount. When I asked about it I was told that I can’t receive discount because I “didn’t do it right” with no other explanation. Pool was also closed and wasn’t notified about this at all.very disappointed and will not stay here again

Slow check in. Could not get a room key due to updated software not working properly. A staff member had to keep letting me into my room. Shower head was loose and kept spinning due to the water pressure. Hard to get a decent shower

Sadly disappointed with this Hotel. Now I know it's hard to find good help these days but WOW... Check in was awful and I immediately did not want to stay here. Pretty sure hotels are still in the hospitality business right? I do not have enough space here to list everything. No greeting, the front desk guy just looked at me like why are you here? No info about hotel amenities ,no direction to our room, he just took the cc and id and had me sign the paper and gave us a key. Room was dusty and hair in the shower, screen had a hole in it. Hot tub and pool out of order. Elevator had fingerprints everywhere and the carpet was dirty. There is more but I'm done. Too bad you go vacation and cannot enjoy the stop for the night because of a bad hotel stay

Obviously gets a lot of traffic, exterior appearance was decent, interior showed wear and appeared a bit dingy. Close to the interstate but surprisingly not as noisy as I had worried. Staff was average, not terribly welcoming or going above but not rude. Possibly needing some plumbing repairs as the cold shower at 8am was not appreciated.

We booked this hotel because it lists a hot tub and pool as amenities. Someone commented that both were closed in September 2023. Both are still closed 4 months later when we arrived. This was quite disappointing. On top of that, the staff member at check-in was decidedly not welcoming. The room itself was okay, but it looks like it needs some updates (and has needed them for a few years). The breakfast was excellent though. The location right off the interstate is hard to beat too. Parking is tricky though.

It was not that far from pizza ranch that’s a plus. But the room itself the sink and tub doesn’t drain fast like it should, they both clog up, bed was so so, but overall it works we got a room to stay for the 2night

The stay was okay. The pool was closed that whole week. The breakfast was bad, they had no pancakes or waffles for us to make. The fitted sheets on the bed keep rolling up as soon as you layed in the bed. The pillows where awesome. We ran out of toilet paper.
