This "old" family hotel is very modern. Never saw an elevator like that. The sauna was wonderful and the pool area cute although I didn't use the pool. Desk staff was extremely kind and helpful when i wasn't feeling well and the nearby parking worked out great. Lovely hotel so close to everythin!

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr praktisch mitten in der Altstadt und man kann von dort alles gut erkunden. Die Zimmer sind nicht klimatisiert, nachts kann man leider auch nicht die Fenster aufmachen, da es sehr laut ist, man ist ja mitten drin. Das Kopfkissen war furchtbar. Der Pool im Keller ist super, jedoch hätte ich erwartet, dass ein Bademantel im Zimmer ist und man ihn sich nicht erst im Keller holen muss. Personal sehr freundlich

Great little hotel in a spectacular location. Nice friendly and knowledgeable staff family. Parking was easy considering we were inside the walls and what a treat to actually be inside the walls. Close to the Schloss so we were easily able to walk to our tour of the underground passages of the castle walls. ❤️ Nurnberg!

What an amazing find, this hotel was perfect! Good location for what we wanted. Staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Hotel itself was clean, traditional, and served a good breakfast. Swimming pool was an added bonus! We really enjoyed our stay with them 🙂

Everyone was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. They make you feel at home. Property is super clean, well located, away from the busy downtown area. It was a delight to have breakfast in this patio surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. It is a keeper.

What a gem! I am a bit reluctant to post such a shining review because I want to keep it a secret, but it deserves a shout out. Located just a short walk to the castle on a picturesque cobbled street, this is a lovely little hideaway. Check-in was prompt, staff so very friendly. (Thank you Sabine) The rooms were clean and comfortable. Pet peeve of mine is finding gunge in the corners or hair in the bathroom so I don\'t say this lightly - it was exceptionally clean. There is a pool and sauna on the lower level. We\'ve stayed in the "fancier" hotels here and have to say we enjoyed this more. On top of it all was a very budget-friendly rate. Will return!

Beautiful property in a beautiful city. Parking is not far away. Had to arrive before 3pm as reception not manned after this. Only booked it the night before and nobody had returned our emails about access to room and parking. We were in 3rd floor room. Very comfortable beds but it was 30 degrees and not even a fan! It was hot and stuffy with no breeze through the windows.

Hotel had excellent location. I enjoyed clear instructions for parking and restaurants. However, the room needed a/c. There was construction right in front of the hotel and in the property located in the rear outside our window. Since we had to leave windows open, it was impossible to sleep after 6:30 AM. But it was a great stay overall.

O hotel é pequeno e bem peculiar, os quartos são pequenos, padrão Europa, o chuveiro é muito bom, a cama confortável, café da manhã não estava incluso, a localização é muito boa, dá pra ir a pé para os principais pontos turísticos. A única observação é que não tinha ar condicionado, no inverno talvez não faça diferença, mas como fomos no verão, fez e muita, tivemos que dormir com a janela aberta , a noite estava muito quente e mesmo assim, não resfriou.

Check in time what delayed by three hours. No amenities or partial refund offered to us. When leaving our bags during the wait for our room, we came back and noticed our bags were in an unsecured area. The hotel is clean, the workers are kind but the customer shouldn’t be the point of failure.

The desk staff was fabulous. Rene was so helpful and funny. The desk person the next morning was his mom, she was just as awesome. The location is so convenient to everything within old town. We did not have breakfast there but it did look really well stocked and good. I would definitely stay here again or highly recommend it.

We loved almost everything about this hotel, its location a short stroll from the castle and many nice eating places, the pool and the sauna, and last but not least the excellent breakfast, the choice is so good that you just won't know what to eat first!
