The location was amazing, close to restaurants, shopping, and sites. The pool although small was nice for unwinding in the afternoon. The restaurant upstairs had good food. The service was excellent. The room was fine, but I didn’t like that the window opens to the parking garage. The air condition worked well though so it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, I’d definitely return.

El hotel está súperr bien ubicado, todo le queda cerca y caminable. La habitación está limpia, los baños también. El personal de día es muy amable, el de noche no tanto. Tienen una mezcalería conectada con el hotel, es pequeño pero puedes degustar del mezcal con un profesional que te explica brevemente los tipos que manejan, creo que es marca propia. Hay muchísimos lugares para comer, recomiendo que vayan reservando desde antes a lugares como danzantes o casa oaxaca porque siempre está llenísimo. El hote cuenta con restaurante en el tercer piso, te dan una bebida de bienvenida, tiene alberca y es muy tranquilo y seguro. Tiene elevador y limpian todos los días.

The location is fantastic! It’s like a 5 min walk to Santo Domingo and the Zocalo (opposite direction). Around 10 minutes to the markets (Benito Juarez and November 20). It’s pretty much next to Lavedura de Olla, which is a fantastic restaurant! As for the hotel itself, it has a nice restaurant and cute pool in the courtyard area! The also offer you a couple drinks to try in the lobby (for free). They change switch every day so sometimes it’s tea, cafe de olla, hot chocolate, or water. The hotel supplies you with a couple water bottles and replaces them as you use them. The bed is comfortable and the staff are very friendly! The rooms are clean and are cleaned daily. If you’re using the collectivo transport from the airport, it’s in zone 1, so it’s the cheaper price! I would definitely book again if/when I come back to Oaxaca!

La habitación muy pequeña, la regadera salía el agua para todos lados, tapados los poros de la regadera y lo peor fue el internet. Muy muy malo, nunca funcionó, los canales de la TV funcionan con el internet, pues nunca pude ver nada, ya que se trababa horrible. También me salió un chimen en mi habitación. Lo bueno del hotel es que tiene muy buena presión el agua y excelente ubicación. Pero si no vale lo que cuesta definitivamente. Solucionen el tema del internet. So, the shower head was the worse. The key card, YOU CANNOT keep it near any smart device bc it’ll deactivate it and you’ll have to go to the front desk to get a replacement. The pictures are not accurate. If you book the room with a view, it’ll just be a view of a wall that is shaped like a triangle. No sunlight and barely any fresh air. It’s a great stay overall bc the staff is VERY friendly, and are willing to go above and beyond in their capabilities. Make sure to check the room if it’s up to your standard but the tv may not work

Muy bien ubicada , a tres cuadras del zócalo, el cuarto estaba muy cómodo , el baño, camas e instalaciones muy adecuados, el personal del hotel muy amable. Lo unico es que en las mañanas se escuchaba los ruidos del cuarto de arriba.

Después de hora de check out puedes pagar $600 para que puedas permancer en la habitación del hotel hasta las 18:00 horas, de hecho ese monto lo establecen ellos en una hoja que te hacen firmar cuando llegas a hacer el check in , sin embargo en dos ocasiones que fui a preguntar al front desk si ya podía realizar mi pago me dijeron que el costo era de $800 , es decir, las chicas de recepción me querían cobrar de más, lo cual me parece un abuso y deja mucho que desear para regresar a este hotel.

Location is excellent, but hotel needs updating. The walls are thin and there was noise from adjacent rooms. Reading lamp above one of our two double beds kept falling off wall. Bathroom window was jammed open and couldn't shut it. Restaurant service was slow most mornings

When checking in I didn't like the receptionist she wasn't very welcoming. Being our first time there I would have hoped that they would have explained all the amenities what the hotel had to offer and their location. We were offered two welcome drinks however we had no idea where or how to use the coupon, so we didnt. What was great about this hotel was the location and it's close proximity to all the tourist attractions and we received exceptional service from the bell man/porter. He was very welcoming and helpful when I couldn't use my key after I checked in, he was kind enough to go to the front desk for me and get the key reprogrammed.

This is such a great place to stay in the city. It’s right in the middle of some of the most popular places and so many restaurants and shopping places to choose from. The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are clean. It has it a great essence of Oaxaca, from the lobby all the way to the rooms. You really feel like you’re experiencing the Oaxaca’s experience. Will be staying here again my next visit to Oaxaca.

It was a pleasant one night stay. There was a bit of a stuffy smell and humid feeling. It was a humkd evening though. We had the guacamole with chapulines appetizer which was okay. I didn't like that they crush up the chapulines it really took away from the flavor. The welcome drink is a shot of fruit juice with mezcal in case you wonder. The beds are comfortable. The shower is a bit odd. Overall good stay

I love this hotel. Cute lobby; amazing rooftop restaurant/bar; friendly staff; nice pool; great rate; best location/location! If there is anything I would recommend changing, it would be to upgrade the guestroom. Furniture is old and bed is fine for a night but not very comfy. Overall, we would recommend and stay here again.

We had a two night stay at this charming hotel. The room was cozy and welcoming, the beds were comfy, good closet space and a big window, although the view was to the parking lot. The room has a fan and small AC unit that kept us cool. We tried the restaurant one night and the food was quite good. Overall, our short trip to Oaxaca had us wishing we could stay longer but we wish to return soon and to this hotel would be wonderful. Staff was polite.
