Overall our stay was adequate as we really only needed to sleep there. It would be nice if the restaurant served dinner in the evenings, or at least the bar was open later. We never got to utilize the bar. The beds were pretty firm and not super comfortable. Biggest issue was that our mini fridge was broken, and despite repeated attempts at alerting the staff, it never got fixed so we couldn't store anything in it as it never got cold.

The hotel is excellent for the price, with coin laundry services, a gym and sauna, and a surprisingly tasty breakfast. Staff speak English well, and a special mention to Daisy who was very helpful indeed, assisting with a late check-out, excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour.

Good points: breakfasts and wifi were very good. Coin laundry are working fine. Bad points: The gym was not opened. Even if online they didn't point out. There is no in-room laundry service. Cleaness and comfort are average. The position close to Coex makes the hotel quite acceptable

The shower was dirty and had black buildup around the edges. There was a slipper stuck underneath the bed. I found it on the first evening we were there, and I could tell it was there for a while based on the indentation the bed leg made on it and the amount of dust accumulated. The hallway was also very dusty. I wish I took a picture of the dust I wiped up on a box that was sitting in the hallway. Our thermostat was broken. The temperature of the room was 78F, and I turned it down to 73... It did not go down and we notified the front desk. They did nothing about it, so we had to open the window to cool down the room. Mind you, we were there when the weather was high 40s/low 50s. At check out, we reminded them of the thermostat, and the staff disregarded our comment. They advised us to "make a review". Overall, I wouldn\'t recommend this hotel.

Rooms were smaller than the typical Ibis in Europe. Cramped, not vacuumed well, carpets were old. Clothes hanging space was much smaller and with no shelves. Since the rooms were so cramped there was no room for bedside tables.

The room I stayed in this time had been renovated inside compared to my stay here in 2022. WAY nicer bathroom etc. The rooms are still small and the breakfast is pretty standard but that is to be expected of this kind of business hotel. I recommend this hotel as an affordable base to sleep and refresh. Short walk to COEX etc.

Front desk staff kept saying she can’t find my booking just because she just search with my first name but not surname. During booking, they confirmed that there is free shuttle service to city airport terminal, but when asked for it, they made excuses and told to get paid taxi instead. Room is very old. Cant open blinds as it will fall off. Centralized heater set too high or hot. Only soap and shampoo provided. No other amenities provided. Location wise is not bad, in a middle of 2 train stations.

Another great stay at this ibis. The staff are always so friendly, especially the breakfast lady staff who recognized me after a couple of days and remembered my room number and the breakfast chef who fried a fresh egg for me upon request, even though there were more eggs already on the tray, because I wanted it well-cooked. The front desk also stored my luggage over the weekend while I traveled around locally. Thank you.

We got in just after midnight but the reception welcomed us with a free upgrade that we didn't ask for. We left at eight the next morning so we didn't have much time to enjoy the room but it was practical with all necessities like fridge, desk, cell phone charger and a coffee maker. We had a city view as well. We did not try their breakfast buffet as it felt pricey for us. Would stay again.

The property was not located close to the main hub in Gangnam where all the buzz is. It’s about 10min walk to a train station. The staff most of the time was unhelpful, except for the guy that tried to organise a taxi for us, Jable, he was the most helpful. The rest just usually say no it don’t know when you ask them a question. The housekeeper doesn’t refill tissues or toilet papers and when we called the reception for some they didn’t seem to want to give us any. It is not a bad hotel but I would pick a different one next time.

早く着いたので荷物だけ保管し、チェックイン時間まで観光しました。再び、チェックイン時間に戻り、キーをもらってルームに行ったら誰かいるようなめっちゃくっちゃ状態。早速フロントに電話したらキーを持って下に来てと。謝りもない。びっくり。また、部屋を変えて貰ったが、髪の毛、蜘蛛の巣など、、、10年ほど前は綺麗だったが、今は安価なお泊まりしか考えない。

The Ibis is a fine, high quality hotel in the COEX Conference Center region of Seoul. It is not intended to be a fancy 5-star experience. It is intended to be a high quality base of operations, which it succeeds in doing. The rooms are spacious by Seoul standards and well appointed. The staff was extraordinarily polite and helpful. (I asked for extra clothes hangers, and they were delivered in minutes.) The internet worked fine and daily housekeeping was prompt and efficient. The hotel has a breakfast restaurant, which was very good. There are many (many) eating options within walking distance. The Ibis is conveniently located about 10-15 minute walk from the COEX conference center, which is also where you can get the airport bus to ICN. Although there are more convenient hotels adjacent to the COEX center, the Ibis was significantly less expensive while not sacrificing on quality. Jogging/running while staying at the Ibis is a bit problematic, as the sidewalks/streets are packed from morning to late evening. I found jogging before the morning traffic starts to be best.

宿泊日、早めに伺って荷物を預かって欲しいとお願いしたところ、快く笑顔で預かってもらえました。またチェックイン等も日本語で問題なく出来ました。近隣は静かな場所でCoexまで徒歩10-15分くらいかな。 Coexとは反対側に沢山居酒屋などもあり、賑わっていました。江南駅から離れているので歩くのは厳しいですが、静かに泊まりたいなら良いと思います！普段は明洞や東大門に宿を取るんですが、少し離れたこうゆう所も良いなと新しい発見が沢山出来ました。ホテルの中は綺麗でエレベーターも複数あり待つこともしませんでした。室内も適度な広さで良かったです。韓国のトイレシャワーが苦手ですが、私の泊まった部屋は、しっかり分けられており、安心できました。

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room has a modern design, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Although it's a bit of a walk to the nearest metro station, the convenience of having several restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores right downstairs more than made up for it. We would absolutely stay here again!
