Wifi was not available. This was surprising and out of expectation. We needed to purchase additional e-SIM from online supplier after arriving urgently. Another point was drainage of kitchen was terrible. Water didn’t flow and smelly water accumulated in the sink. Another issue was the flushing of toilet was not good. I believe Wifi unavailability is a breach of contract, I would like to request to compensate e-SIM cost.

I like the space and room plan. I would have rated this a five star if not for the the cost of WIFI. You have to pay for the use of WIFI. Although a little bit dated, the room was clean and towels were provided every day.

우리는 친구들 5명과 함께 레지던스에 숙박을 했다. 호텔과 별도의 동으로 구성되어 있고 각각 지상주차장과 지하주차장이 있다. 객실은 매우 넓고 쾌적하다. 레지던스라 싱크대와 기본적인 접시, 수저, 칼 등이 구비되어 있고 레인지도 있어 친구들과 하룻밤 수다 떨면서 놀기 좋다. 다만 벽이나 천장, 화장실 등이 많이 낡아보여서 리모델링이 필요하다.

After I reserved and paid for a executive hotel room in this hotel, they tried to put me in the residence building claiming that hotel rooms are full. I need to carry my luggage downhill and uphill between the hotel and the resident building. Worst off is that the resident building does not have internet access. After I refused to check in the resident building, the hotel suddenly had a room for me. It’s one of my worst check in experience.

Our room met the needs of hosting 6 people. There was adequate space for each and the ability to have individual privacy when needed. Hotel staff was attentive to our needs and requests, and were always friendly and courteous. The suite we had definitely needs a remodel and we had a leaking ceiling in one room. The staff addressed the leak and helped us to utilize another room in another suite as they could not repair the leak at that time.

There isn't really anything 'Swiss' or 'Grand' about this place. The rooms are spacious, but very tired. The lobby is almost always deserted (and it appears like most of the bars etc are closed). It is a long way from anything - and feels like it is in the middle of nowhere

Prima hotel. Wel iets verder van het centrum, maar daardoor ook weer te gebruiken als uitvalsbasis voor Bukhansan National Park. Schoon, ruime kamer, ruime badkamer, en stil. Geen overlast buren. Grote ruime lobby met ook een restaurant en bar.

I stay in this hotel for a business schedule. I'm not sure the location of this hotel is convenient to public transport or not. But it can very quickly to access to highway for 2 airports in Seoul. The BBQ restaurants near hotel (5 minutes by walk) is surprisingly good. Therebus a CU convenient store inside hotel open 24 hours. The hotel provides Korean dishes, that's delicious～

良い点別館でしたが部屋が広くてキッチンや大型冷蔵庫もありリゾートマンションのようでした地下鉄駅への途中に明洞などと比べて物価の安いスーパーや商店街がある悪い点最寄り地下鉄駅まで徒歩15分以上かかるベッドのマットレス下は髪の毛が溜まってたチェックイン時の施設案内は口頭もパンフレットもなかった

All good except for two 1. Swiming pool hours start at 11am: 11am is time to check out. Most other hotels start at 6 or 7am. 2. Breakfast: items were rather limited both for Korean and Western. For the quality of the hotel, the guests would expect matching breakfast quality.
