the property stated kids under 150cm should be accompanied by an adult if go into the pool, however, they basically not allowed any kids to the pool even adults are with kids. And during the conversation, stuffs admitted the hotel is not kids friendly. There was also wine cork on the floor while we checked in to our room.

Very clean, nice modern hotel. Room was spacious and very nicely fit out. The food in the hotel was excellent as was the fitness facility. Issues only with zero flexibility with checkout (strange for a luxury hotel to refuse 30-60 min extra) and the general difficulty with reaching the spa. Great stay otherwise.

I had to take an important meeting since my wife was asleep in the room. I quickly found an open spot in an empty restaurant that was closed. In the middle of the meeting I was told to leave. I said it was a very important meeting and asked if I could finish. They made me leave but offered no suggestions of where I could take my meeting. Later at the pool I wanted to do a quick 2 laps to video myself doing butterfly (a routine I do on vacations). I was told I needed to spend 20,000 KRW to buy a swim cap. Washing my hair was not sufficient. They could not loan me one for less than 5 minutes. Men don't wear caps in the US so buying one would be an un-necessary waste for me.

창틀이나 잘 안쓰는 조명탁자 위 등등에는 먼지가 그래도 쌓여있는 것들을 많이 보다가, 파르나스에 오니 정말 먼지 한톨없이 깨끗했습니다. 그동안 다른 5성급 호텔을 봐도 청결도 수준에서는 어쩔수없겠지 라고 넘어간 부분들이 있었는데, 파르나스에서는 구석구석 정말 너무 깨끗해서 이렇게 관리하는 곳도 있구나 싶었어요. 모든 직원분들이 눈을 마주칠때마다 반갑게 인사하고 웃어주셔서 드디어 5성급이 어울리는 곳에 왔구나 하고 타 호텔과의 차별화를 느낄 수 있었습니다. 코엑스에 미팅이나 볼일이 있어 여러 타입의 숙소를 다양하게 묵어봤는데, 가히 최고라고 할 수 있겠습니다.

이 호텔의 하코네 일식당을 좋아해서 연말에 가족과 가끔 모이는 편에 술을 마시는 관계로 1박을 하곤 합니다. 호텔은 아주 편안하고 직원분들은 매우 친절하십니다. 다만 이 고급 호텔에서 날파리 때문에 2번이나 불쾌한 경험이 있었다는게 문제입니다. 언제인지는 정확히 기억이 나지 않지만 조카와 로비 라운지에서 맥주를 마신적이 있었는데 그때도 겨울이었음에도 불구하고 로비 라운지 바에 날파리가 날라 다녔어요. 음식을 먹고 맥주를 마시는 내내 몇마리가 날라다녔습니다. 자리를 옮겨 주시겠다고 했으나 우린 그 구석 자리가 맘에 들어 그냥 머물기로 했지만 이런 5성급 호텔에 날파리라니..... 실망이 컸습니다. 그런데 지난 9일 체크아웃 후에 호텔 로비 제과점에서 빵을 사려고 들렀는데 불행하게도 케익이 보관된 진열대에서 날파리 한마리가 날아다니고 있었습니다. 케익은 날파리에 완전히 오픈되어 있었어요 왜냐하면 파리가 진열대 안에 있었거든요. 다른 손님들이 있어 난처할까봐 일부러 직원에게 조용히 얘기 했지만 즉시 처리하는 모습을 보이지는 않더군요. 같은 호텔에서 날파리를 두번이나 그것도 겨울에 봤는데 위생관리가 잘되고 있는 걸까요? 개인적으로 해외 출장이 많은 관계로 해외 여러 호텔에 숙박 경험이 있고 국내에서도 여러 호텔에 묵어 봤지만 날파리를 본건 그랜드 인터컨티넨탈 서울 파르나스가 유일 합니다. 대책을 세우셔야 할것 같습니다.

Excellent starting off location for our trip. Convenient to the metro and shopping underneath at the Starfield Mall. Probably the cleanest hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The white marble bathrooms are not forgiving so the staff were meticulous about cleanliness. Breakfast buffet was very nice even among other 5 star properties. Good mix of Asian and western foods.

Only part was the glitch of receiving club lounge information was not written properly leading to miscommunication that I had booked my stay inclusive of club benefits and it was a shock to me when i checked in. This hotel is conveniently located for shopping, as it connects to both the Hyundai Department Store and Coex Mall. However, I faced two disappointing issues during my stay: First, I chose a room with two double beds, but upon entering, I noticed a large beam positioned directly above one of the beds. This is considered unlucky in some cultures. I spoke to the front desk to see if I could switch to another room, but they informed me that all the two double bed rooms have the same layout. The only option they offered was to upgrade to a suite at my own expense, but that room only has one king bed, meaning I would need to pay for a rollaway bed as well. They won't even cover the rollaway bed cost. Second, I inquired about a tax refund, but the front desk said, “We cannot offer you a tax refund as you booked through a third party.” I pointed out that I had stayed at another hotel, Signiel, just days earlier and received a tax refund despite booking through Hotels.com. The front desk replied, “Only some hotels can process tax refunds.” It felt as if they were assigning blame to me rather than properly addressing the situation.

Impeccable. Top of the top. One of the most fabulous stays I've ever had. I was here solo for business and stayed five days so I had to make use of a lot of their amenities and was constantly calling on the concierge and the front desk. Every staff was so attentive and well trained, amenities were incredible, room was so spacious and beautiful, bedding was comfortable and luxurious, the lobby bar and lounge was breathtaking,,, can't say enough good things about this place. コンシェルジュの方に何度もタクシーの手配を頼みましたが、待ち時間も短く直ぐ乗れて助かりました。ホテルの立地条件もいい事もあると思いますが、以前明洞で宿泊したLホテルはなかなかタクシーが捕まらなくて、ストレスを感じました。チェックインした時はまだ通常通りのホテルでしたが、チェックアウトの日の朝に一変ラウンジの入口に大きなクリスマツツリーが…とても素敵でした。

Room condition was very good. It would be great if the hotel can provide coffee mate, milk or cream for coffee in the rooms. Staff work attitude could be improved. - Chefs of Grand Kitchen were playing with their phone when they were on duty. I had to wait for long time until he realised someone were waiting for him to cook (eggs for breakfast). - Hygiene was a concern. Staff coughed and did not wear masks. - Most staff worked diligently, but without any passion. I suggest the hotel set up more sofas at lobby, so that guests can sit down while waiting for our family and friends.

It is conveniently located on the edge of Gangnam with a subway station attached to the hotel and enormous, famous mall. Our room was not big but we loved being able to check in after getting in at 7am on our flight from the US. The mostly English speaking staff is super supportive and we really appreciate the support from the concierge - Jake Seo. We stayed for 4 nights and were able to see and do most of the things we had planned in Seoul.

Beautiful luxury hotel in busy Gangnam. Very convenient with Hyundai Mall and Coex right there, as well as subway station. The facilities are immaculate and service exceptional. If they had more availability we would have booked a longer stay. The breakfast buffet is stunning and everything is delicious, especially the fresh juices. We hope to be back here!

I highly recommend the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas hotel. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are quiet, clean, and neat, and the Grand Kitchen breakfast buffet has fantastic taste and selections. I'm returning next year and will stay longer; three nights was too short. My daughter and I enjoyed staying at the hotel.

一切都符合洲際飯店的水平, 唯一的是, 客房內用餐的餐點水平不若飯店內餐廳, 可以的話, 避免點room service。另外, 沖澡是和浴缸合一, 但浴缸連結到蓮蓬頭及其收尾的整體設計讓水很容易流出到地板上, 無論如何小心, 住在那裡的幾天, 沒有一天水不流出去, 很困擾。
