WiFi was very good. 24/7 coffee machine excellent Breakfast was limited selection.* This all depends on your tastes and perspective. Dining area was nice, as there was plenty of seating. *To be fair. This is my personal opinion. I would stay here again without a second thought. There are nearby options if not interested in B&B breakfast. Overall hotel is very good. Rooms are basic, but clean and have everything that I need. Excellent value.

Google map link was not helpful when using rental car to locate the entrance to the hotel as front door faces into the square. There is no signs to indicate the hotel from the street when driving AND Google map directs you to wrong place. We ended up parking near by and walked to hotel front desk to get directions for parking! Don’t recommend checking-in after sunset if driving and first time at this hotel…. It took one hour of frustration to find the hotel after arriving successfully to Gaia and doing circles around the hotel!!!

Stayed here for 4d3n. Conveniently located right across a shopping complex and Starbucks as well as right next to tram line that takes you right to the city center. The surrounding area was quiet - which was nice. The room itself was clean and minimalistic in design. Huge windows and good AC. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Rooms are slightly smaller than North American hotel rooms but found it to be a decent size for two people with a backpack and carryon each. Breakfast was alright, delicious fresh bread and juice. For 3 days of our stay, 1/2 of the elevators were out of service which made the usual waiting time frustratingly long - especially during peak hours. They offer free luggage storage which was a cost-saver as our train was scheduled for later in the evening. Within a 5 minute walk from a pharmacy, cafés, gas station, etc. Highly recommend!
