They are located in a beautiful area and the views of the sunset are spectacular! Nice size rooms with lots of natural light! The only confusing part is the crossing over to different elevators. If you are not on a floor above 10 this can be an inconvenience. While they do offer parking it does come at a fee and at the cost of some maneuvering to get in and out. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet was not impressive and expensive.

Loved this place! Love the location, right by the bridge. I kinda liked that it was an "upside down" hotel where check in was on the 14th floor. The only things I didn't care for were the restaurant ($15.00 for bread, butter & water) and the parking lot. Good luck getting in and out of that! But the people were great. The views were even better. I would definitely go back.

I said to my wife: I think we lucked into one of the nicest properties in the city. The location and views are jaw dropping. Two issues: some of the staff were not very friendly, particularly the front desk. Not a big deal because others were great. However, the room was incredibly damp. The sheets and pills were so damp they felt wet and the bathroom smelled a little moldy. For me huge turnoff.

We had a great experience!! One of the best hotels we have stayed at. The staff was amazing from start to finish. The views, the cleanliness, the proximity to the center of the city and other/key attractions. It made our first time in Porto memorable and comfortable. Would definitely come back whenever we visit Portugal again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and elegant hotel with a prime location. Amazing views from the spacious rooms (and large bathrooms with all amenities). Courteous staff. Delicious meals (at the bar, restaurant, and buffet breakfast). Attention to detail. Unforgettable!

This was a solid 4 star stay. It's a bigger hotel than I realized, so don't expect any personal touches to your stay. It was also a bit loud at night with trams constantly going over the bridge. I'm a sound sleeper so it didn't bother me, but this might be worth considering if you're a lighter sleeper as I believe all of the rooms face the bridge. We just got a basic room, but the views were still great from the 4th floor. One thing I liked was being able to access the hotel both from the 15th floor and the 1st floor, this let us eliminate a lot of hilly walks. I prefer smaller hotels so I'd probably look for something different another time, but this hotel was perfectly adequate.

The location of this hotel is excellent and the hotel was beautiful. Very nicely decorated and maintained. The specific room we stayed in was 502 and the view was excellent. My only complaint is that the room was a bit small and one of the usb outlets next to the bedside table did not work so we had to take turns charging our devices on one side but other than that it was great for our time in Porto.

This hotel is just as beautiful as the photos online. It has a perfect location right on the river with quick access to the city center by foot. The rooms were a nice size and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't have the breakfast, but we did share dinner the night we were leaving and the food was great.

The hotel is incredible, rooms great, view, location… couldn’t be any better. Service at the sky bar, wine bar and lobby are very slow. To the point we left the hotel and went somewhere else for a drink when they ignored us and then after going to the bar a few times, they didn’t bring our order. For the price, the service should be better. Saying all that, I will still definitely go back!

Location and elevator to the top and bottom of the bridge, OUTSTANDING. Couldn’t get better having access to the of the top attraction. Tiago and the sweet guy at the bar on the 11th floor were great, but I cannot say I was pleased with breakfast. While esthetically well put together, the eggs were soupy and the bacon was not cooked. Both the hostess and the women attending the buffet made it seem that we were an inconvenience. Hotel is great, I would definitely suggest this hotel to anyone going to Porto, but I’m glad we didn’t opt for the daily breakfast buffet.

Stunning Views - we had an absolutely fabulous time at the Vincii Ponte Ferro Hotel in Porto. It is an exquisite, fine hotel. The hotel is nestled in a great location, close to all all there is to do in Porto. The decor is amazing and the staff's attention to detail cannot be faulted. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices including cereals, toast with selection of preserves and breads, hot drinks, fresh juices, wide selection of pastries, cooked breakfast aswell as section of cheeses and meats, range of fresh fruits including melons and oranges. Items made to order were also available, for example, omelettes and pancakes. Dinner was consistently excellent. Rafael and his team were fully attentive to our needs. The meat dishes and fish dishes were particularly flavoursome. Dessert was absolutely delicious, we could not resist the chocolate fondant with tangerine sorbet. A big thank you to Fernanda, Ester and Milina at breakfast, Flavia in Reception and again to Rafael and his team for making our stay even more memorable. Unfortunately I feel it is important to mention that this review could have been very different if it was based solely on our initial interaction with the reception staff on arrival, in particular two female desk staff who were neither engaging, attentive or friendly. For example, rather than welcoming us to the hotel, they pursued to sell us an upgrade before we even saw our booked room. We felt it was unnecessary and lacked class.

Gorgeous hotel & great position to walk to Gaia or Porto. Only slight minus was noise due to proximity to bridge/bars/metro. It wouldn’t stop me staying here again though, but I’d stay in higher floor room next time.

Fabulous hotel. They gave us an upgrade for a better view as we were staying 4 nights. Great rooftop bar and indoor cocktail bar and fab food at the restaurant. Breakfast choices excellent. Spacious room, air con worked well, friendly staff and in an amazing location. We would definitely stay again. We loved it. We didn’t use the pool but it was open, small but looked clean.
