They had cookies in their lobby. They were so good. They also had an happy hour on Thursday with wine, beer, crackers and cheese. The customer service was top notch. The breakfast doesn’t have a lot of options but can’t argue with free. It was a good stay.

Super comfortable beds, very clean, amazingly kind staff, nice pool and the breakfast was top notch for an included breakfast buffet. The free breakfast was good and well stocked. ( I liked the cinnamon rolls :) We would definitely stay here again. Well-lit, quiet, nice pool with towels provided. The hotel was very nice and very clean. The rooms were spacious and clean the air conditioner worked great. I felt that the hotel was fairly new because it was so clean. Great continental breakfast available, the pool area was very clean and easily accessible. It was very close to the airport, only took us about 12 minutes to get there. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were really helpful. This hotel was so clean.. the rooms were really nice. Loved the bathroom. I had the king suite. Very spacious for 4 people (2 adults 2 kids) . The breakfast was amazing. The bed was a little uncomfortable but it wasn’t bad for 1 night. I would stay again despite the beds not being the most comfortable. They were celebrating their 1 year anniversary when we went. They had a festival and had snacks / deserts thought out the day for guest

Free toiletries , shamppo, conditioner, body soap, makeup remover, and lotion. Free breakfast, includes eggs, omlettes, bacon or sausage, pancakes, bagels, fruit, yogurt... something for everyone. And coffee all day. I stayed for 4 nights during Hurricane Milton. The staff was absolutely wonderful.

The staff was very friendly and competent. The facility was in excellent condition because it is brand new. The room we had the first night was on the top floor and directly beneath the industrial fans that operate all of the bathroom exhaust fans, which are ALWAYS on. This room has no dampener against that, so that noise persisted all night. We were awake to verify that. We asked for a new room, and one was granted, but only AFTER the building engineer could verify the problem. That wasn't until 11am the following day.

We liked how nice and clean and spacious the room was for our family of 4. We absolutely did NOT like that we checked out and left a day early, and Holiday Inn Express Suites failed to give us our receipt. It shouldnt matter what day we leave, especially if the charges are the same, we should have been given a receipt. They said they will send it via email tomorrow upon the scheduled checkout; however its after 4pm and still no sign of receipt and or charges. Be weary as i will be watching my account closely for incorrect charges because this is definitely not right or okay.

i thoroughly enjoyed my stay here & i would definitely be recommending this hotel to friends & family & i’ll be sure to book here again when i come back. upon arrival, i got there about 30 mins earlier than check in time. but since my room was all ready to go, they allowed me to check in early. which i really appreciated. i also loved all of the amenities provided & how new & clean everything was. the staff there was definitely the cherry on top. they were all super sweet & welcoming. 10/10 stay & most definitely one of best hotel experiences i’ve ever had

I do not know when it first opened, but it’s a brand new hotel. I went with my husband on Valentine’s Day weekend, and the front desk staff handed out complimentary hearts candies, which I was very impressed. It’s pretty much not around much, you will have to drive about 16-20 minutes out to the beach and things to do, but it’s worth it. The price was very reasonable. The complimentary breakfast was great-only thing is I wish it offered bacon. I will return to this hotel whenever I visit Fort Walton Beach.

If breakfast is only available for 2 hours maybe they make half of the breakfast in the first hour and the other half in the second hour. I kept getting dry eggs because I got breakfast in the 2nd hour. It was still tasty it was just a bit dry from the warmers.
