Great beach view, extremely clean beach area w/very soft sand, excellent & fun pools, bar was always hopping in the evening, staff was always so helpful & courteous. We were blown away at how staff went out of their way to push the elevator button for us, welcome us, tell us to have a great day. Having the bunk beds for the kids in the room was perfect-it even had bean bags & their own TV!! The balcony was roomy enough to enjoy & dry towels on. You could rent chairs/umbrellas for a fee each day. It was a perfect stay.

The swimming pool and bar area are dirty, very dark at night, no light. The hot tube is not hot and it is not clean. Don’t have the coffee area all day and I sent an email to the hotel about my extra charge for the 2-day parking fee, but the hotel got me money back for only 1 day.

Our room was very comfortable and front desk staff friendly although not knowledgeable enough about this property. I needed to use the printer and the business center was not set up even though the front desk clerk said it was available. Also the heated pools both indoor and outdoor were not working and we were unable to enjoy these amenities and this was the reason we paid to stay at this particular location. The breakfast was excellent and location was great with a great view of the beach.

I really enjoyed my solo trip to the beach ⛱️ My room was very nice..the bathroom was find except i found hair all on the shower walls & hair on the shower bench!! But kerry was a sweetheart from the time i checked in...Her & another lady i can't think of her name but she was a sweetheart as well ❤️ they both showed much care for the customer...

We travel a lot and this is the first bad experience I have had in a while. When we checked-in, there was no WiFi nor Tv service. Told management and it was due to construction beside property. Which I feel should have been posted on website. Also, our sink was not cleaned at all. When we checked out there was a huge price difference between what I paid Expedia verses Hotel listing. And I had to pay even more when I checked-out that was not listed on total price quoted. There are a lot of hidden fees at this Hotel that they don’t tell you about. I understand about the parking fee, that was fine. But to have a property fee, a lease fee, and a hidden fee along with the huge difference already that the Hotel management could not account for, was unacceptable…

The location is great… won’t take away from that! The staff were hot and cold when interacting with them. Friendly at first then after no positive vibe or interaction. I missed booked the handicap room, I own it, but when did the handicap rooms have the worst view!! Moldy roof/awning! We kept the shades closed the entire time!! Water pressure was not good and toilet ran loud. Twice in 24 hours the fire alarm went off randomly while our stay. The tv stations were horrible! Westerns, old 70,80’s sitcoms, informercials, religious, political and a couple sports, and a kids channel… the selection is poor after coming back from activities and ready to unwind to watch current channels and nope… turn it off! The positive was the location the drinks, food, pool oh and the beach rentals! My suggestion go with low expectations and hope things and the personnel has gotten better and friendlier for more than your first day. Won’t be retuning.

The accommodations were good. The staff seemed nice. The breakfast downstairs in the restaurant was delicious. Only a couple of issues. 2 out of 3 of the lights in the bathroom did not work. Great stay. Only down fall we were right next to 6 ac units and over the inside pool. Horrible view. Couldn’t even hear the ocean and unfortunately they were fully booked that night but gave all 3 of us a voucher for the breakfast buffet the next day so that was nice. Next time I’ll specifically ask for another room right when I get there. Avoid room 302!!!

The stay was fun and a great location and amazing views. The only negative i have is the pool, it was not heated as advertised and made for a few cranky boys. Also, should mention the tub... it was peeling and wasnt pleasing to deal with. It created a slick surface and chunks of debris we kept having to clean... other than that i would recommend and stay again for our family vacations in oct!

Wonderful stay ! The staff was excellent. Above & beyond customer service to all . No matter the need the hotel had you covered. Comfortable conditions & just a few steps away from the beach . The manager Chris was amazing & was very professional! He was a very friendly & accommodative manager during our stay . His welcome is a warm one & the atmosphere is inviting! This was our first stay here and it definitely will not be our last. The staff was courteous and helpful and the customer service was impeccable. The activities on site were enjoyed by all and was appreciated that everything was kid friendly, we especially enjoyed the movies by the pool. The food was good and the breakfast buffet had so many options it was easy to satisfy everyone including the picky eaters. We had a blast! Til next time HIR FWB, we can’t wait to come back!

This was a great experience. It was nice to be right on the beach, and able to move between the book and the beach. Also, was nice to be able to use the pool at the neighboring Hilton hotel to switch things up. Only negative is the construction that is going on with the bridge, but obviously out of the hotels’ control.

We loved everything about this place! Quick and easy from the airport. So family friendly with lots of extras for the kids. The “bubble lady”, the mermaids visiting daily, Chase from “Paw Patrol”- our granddaughter was enthralled with all of it!! The restaurant on property was also excellent, but fantastic seafood, restaurants, and gelato within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Beautiful & clean! Unfortunately priced out of our budget for a summeryime stay. Almost $400 a night with tax? Outrageous! Plus there's major road construction directly in front of this location which is a noise/traffic issue and is expected to last 5 years!

Great location with excellent access to beach. Pool is very nice and the staff is friendly and warm. We were allowed to us the sister property next door, the Hilton. The pool, gym and the facilities were lot better. So this sister could use a little face lift...especially the carpets, fitness center and the rooms. But I guess you get what you pay for...

The breakfast buffet was a wonderful addition to our stay. It was nice knowing that you had a delicious meal waiting for you once you woke up and were ready to take on the day. The servers were super attentive and very kind. I enjoy seeing employees with smiles on their faces and looking like they are glad you are there.

Complimentary coffee and tea should be available all day and at night and was not. Breakfast should be offered complimentary as an option and was not. Our room cleaning service had issues. Cooley was great and friendly and helpful. A lady who cleaned our floor though whose name I don’t have was rude and condescending and would question us when we needed things.
