Stayed 3 nights

It would have been a really nice stay had it not been for the fact that the hot water stopped working in the entire hotel on day two, and still had not been fixed when we left the day after. No attempt at remedy beyond a bucket of hot water. The elevators were being upgraded so didn't work properly during our stay. We also reported a broken lamp on arrival and again later after it hadn't been fixed; it was finally repaired but we were advised to "be gentle with it", as if we were the ones who had broken it. The bed and the breakfast buffet were nice though.

Room not cleaned daily therefore trying to get extra towels was an effort. Staff at reception really not helpful, quite poor really. They need to upgrade their communication and friendliness skills. Everything seemed to be an effort to them. My room ( superior) was basic, not even a window. I felt that I was living in a cupboard ( perhaps it was ) Never again

The Staff that were at the Executive Hour (Ivy and Micha) were great. Breakfast is a real plus with multiple options and fresh. The one downside was the Lifts as they were undergoing an up grade but at least they had an alternate option. I would stay here again
