床に髪の毛が落ちていて汚い

객실에 먼지가 너무 많고 청소를 너무 대충해줘요. 침대 이불만 정리해주는 정도. 테이블 위에 먼지가 가득함.

Ein hervorragendes Hotel. Überraschend komfortabel . Man wurde großzügig mit Badeprodukten und Kaffee versorgt. Allerdings extrem verdreckt. Wird überhaupt nichts gereinigt. Sogar als man direkt auf Mängel hingewiesen hat,kam nichts Knetmasse um den Wasserhahn. Unter der Toilette alles braun. Wände, Zargen, Boden, alles braun und grau. Daher am besten, selbst Putzsachen mitbringen und selbst reinigen. Sonst wird es nichts.

Sheets had black marks on them. Walls are thin.

お湯沸かしの中に前の宿泊者が使用した麺が残っていたり、床も埃まみれで汚かった。

Although the service was good, the room's cleanliness was poor due to dust and an insect infestation.

The property is clean overall, but we found ants in both rooms on higher floors. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they sent someone to spread in the room. They changed one room when ants were found in the room the second time.

방도 좁고, 화장실이 비행기 화장실처럼 매우 작습니다. 청소도 너무 대충해주세요. 테이블에 먼지가 그대로입니다.

設備は新しくてキレイ。 残念ながらごく小さなGが無数にいた。（おそらく宿泊客が持ち込む食事のせい） スタッフはとても親切&フレンドリー。

設備は良いように見えるが、清掃のレベルは低め。部屋の隅にゴミが残っていた。電気ポット内に残飯が残っていたのは(マナー違反の使い方をした前の客が悪いとはいえ)最悪だった。シャワースペースは最小限で、シャンプーとボディーソープが1つになったものが置いてあるだけだったが、お湯はしっかりと出て水回りはキレイだった。

Was not the best experience, ac was not working properly. was transferred to a different room in the middle of the night

Rooms very small with little amenities. TV was terrible only 5 channels which is very limited in a room with no windows

there is no window. room is tight, but clean. bathroom had no divider between the shower and toilet bowl so water drip all over the bathroom floor. staff are helpful.

The blackout screen worked better than I have experienced. I slept later than I figured I would, but that was not a bad thing, since I arrived at 4am!

Property was too far to downtown and marina- ended up taking many trains and busses daily, very inconvenient we should have done more research, so if you are looking to be where the action is find somewhere closer. Limited dining around the area that we liked, our floor was very noisy, babies crying and loud talking in the early mornings we could hear as walls are thin and can hear very well through door. Rooms are small with little storage space and walk way- the shower is pretty much overtop of the sink and toilet. Overall pretty clean and a nice little hotel for on a budget! Staff is friendly and helpful!

The room is much smaller than in the picture. Especially the Toilet, It is too small that when you shower, water goes everywhere, to the sink, to the toilet seat and spreading outside to the bedroom. I remember when I booked, the shower room in the picture is different and look very big. Anyway In general it is ok.

1 night TV was not working

The room was in good condition, and the staff were courteous. That room was SO small! Two beds barely fitted in and there was almost no room for us or our luggage.

The room was smaller than pictured in the photos on line. There was barely enough room from the end on the bed to the wall. You had to walk sideways to walk. All three beds were crammed together with maybe a few inches between them. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Worst customer services I have ever experienced in my life. Very rude and uncooperative

I had a really pleasant stay and I like that each day after was left for me outside my door. There was as some construction working going on but there was signs up about this. I also was helped getting a taxi arranged on the day of my departure. Staff were also amazing. I will be using this hotel again for future visits to Singapore!

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff were very bad, unprofessional service, discriminatory and contemptuous attitude towards customers. The room was small and cramped. They wanted to charge an extra $70 usd for an extra person to stay at their hotel. That's crazy, $70 usd for one person? They wanted to cram 3 of us into a small room with 1 queen bed for over $140 usd. Very bad, terrible experience.

We checked in late due to taxi issues 11pm. So 100% occupancy. No tv was working. No wifi was working. They interfere with us till 2.30am spoling our sleep. Tje day shift manager was so rude. So we couldnt sleep till 3am and we requested late check out and he unsulted us saying bo. No apologies.

I liked the Hotel 81 Orchid because of it good Location to all the food places and also the Hotel itself was clean. The Staff were friendly and very Professional And the rooms were kept clean also the WiFi Signal was good too overall 4.5/5

We did like just going out for meals was very easy & nice price. Staff phoned for cabs ,& answered questions & always very nice & polite. Thank god for air conditioning but the bed was very very firm & more hanging clothes options would definitely be an improvement

The reception staff mentioned they did not received booking details from hotel.com. I had to again from pocket during check in as they demanded as I had no other option at midnight. I showed the email confirmation from hotel.com and also showed the proof of phone call and email to the recetion of hotel.com a week ago. They did not wanted to accept anyway that I had a paid booking. During checkout time they apologised and returned money. I am not sure whose fault it is, hotel 81 or hotel.com. But at midnight with family including small child, this kind of issues are frustrating. I will not recommend either of the hotel or the booking provider to anyone. Very poor customer service especially at midnight with small child.

The rooms were new and well kept, and the location was very convenient. However the rooms were very small, and several (like the one I was assigned to) did not have any windows. I also noticed on the first night that my sheets did not look clean, there was some stain on it. They did clean and replace my sheets after a couple nights and towels were replaced daily. The hotel was close to a bus stop that has a good selection of bus routes, including a short ride to downtown. Not so easy access to MRT. Area is lively and has many restaurants nearby

Short stay for small family of three. Area surrounding the hotel feels a bit dirty and seedy but we encountered no trouble ( gives out a bit more working class genuine vibe compared with the CBD area) Room very small but clean hard for more than one person to move around. Staff seemed uniterested unless the boss was there ( he also was happy to give us late check-out which I was pleased with. Transport options are busses about a 5 minute walk if you can work out the timetable or mrt which goes past marina bay about 15 minute walk. Overall if you go in knowing it's a budget hotel you will be ok.

Perfectly fine place to stay. Not too far of a walk to the MRT.

Hotels.com website-Hotel 81 Orchid looked beautiful. A variety of close venues & shopping, large rooms, beautiful views from the window. As we pull up in a GRAB the driver tells us to be careful we are in the RED LIGHT DISTRICT so don't go out & if we do hold onto our phones & purses. We get to the hotel, it is in the ghetto, paint is peeling off the wall outside, across the street is terrible housing and hotels sell by the hour, I booked it because of the photos & it said it was close to popular downtown market area, sites & airport as well as cruise terminal which was very welcome, we decided to walk to find food as the hotel didn't even provide drinking water, but within a half a block we were stepping over dead cockroaches and fish heads on the street. After walking a few blocks, we found a small store, bought cup o noodles as well a few bottled waters & decided it was safer to go back to the hotel. We finally were able to check in. It the price I booked was $187.00 US$ the Hotel clerk said it would be $335.00 US$/$244.88 Singapore $... I said NO DAMNED WAY, that I had the currency converter & the price was $187.00 US$ but he still charged me $196.80 US$ anyways. Then we get into our room only to see a 10x10 room with no window, looking more like an LA county jail cell then a hotel. shower in the bathroom which the shower is right next to the toilet over the toilet. The sink got wet, the floor was a wading pool. This was a terrible experience and I may 2nd guess Hotels

The hotel is located strategically between Changi Airport and downtown. A short ride on the EW MRT line is able to reach the hotel. However, the hotel is located in the red-light district (Geyland).

The hotel room and the bath room is too mall, almost no spaces for our luggage and this area looks ghetto, Many men hang out, smoking on every block and feels unsafe to walk alone to the shopping center and restaurants at night time.

Close to public transport.

This hotel is in the RED LIGHT DISTRICT area beware prior to booking!!!! My friend and I did not do our research on the area and booked this place for our grab driver to warn us to be careful as we are in red light district. Right when we arrived at the hotel and got out the car there were two men on the side walk glaring at my friend they seemed not sober so we felt extremely unsafe that we got back in the car and asked the grab driver to take us to another hotel.

Value for money. Convenient location. Walking distance to Singapore Interior Stadium.

There is a lot of restaurants and small grocery stores near by. Public transits are easy access. MTR or trains is about 15 minute walk. Bus stop is about a minute walk.
