Everything was excellent, starting from the check-in welcome to the check-out. The customer service in the entire hotel complex is amazing. Rooms are perfectly clean, and there is clear attention to detail at all levels.

Rooms were clean and beautiful. The staff amazing from the second we got out of the taxi. Food great. We will definitely go back.

Good room should give guests a better view if hotel is more than half empty. The people who tend to the beach chairs will only give you chairs if you “tip” them they held chairs for an entire day with no one in them while we had to lay on towels. The majority of lounge huts / chairs are broken with no one fixing them or trying to. Also the drinks that you pay for at the pool are all watered down. The tv also didn’t connect took a long time and kep shutting down mid movie. Cleaning service was great. Check in process easy and welcoming. The car guys are great. The actual servers in the restaurants are okay. And the pool side servers Jenny and Camille were amazing. Good amount of access to towels and cold water at all times which is great. Very clean rooms and landscape nice nature around pools. Overall it was a good trip just seems for the amount you pay to be there no one really cares about the quality or service you are receiving.
