Great property great location . Very clean grounds and very nice rooms. All the workers are pleasant and strive to make your stay relaxing. Had my doubts about the pool and beach chair reviews I read before coming but you can reserve complimentary chairs and umbrellas . There are a few and I mean a couple of palapas that are free but for the most part palapas are $60 a day to rent. Overall a great place and a very enjoyable stay at the Hyatt resort

Love staying at the Hyatt Regency. Everyone is so friendly. So many activities for the kids, the water slide was such a hit! Love the separate adult pool as an option. The property is beautiful and the staff was so friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I are in our mid-60’s and love the “adult” pool which is separated from the “family” (kids) pool by the hotel building. The room we booked was overlooking the family pool and the outdoor bar. This side of the hotel tends to be noisier at night. After we arrived and were checking in, we were able to upgrade our room to the opposite side of the hotel, which overlooks the adult pool and has a better ocean view. We also enjoy going to the hotel’s casino every night after dinner.

Property is beautiful. Staff amazing. Only complaint is security needs to be more strict at the adult pool. Clearer rules for adult day beds, unfair to those who paid everyday to watch someone use the daybed next to them for free whenever they like.

Renovations were going on during our visit. The lobby was disfigured, the restaurants were turned over and the same space being reused as a different restaurant killing the atmosphere without any adjustment to their prices.

Loved our stay here. Right on the beach and very walkable to restaurants and shops. The only thing we didn’t like was the spa did not have a relaxation area. There are two chairs outside the treatment rooms which doubles as the waiting area, so instead of relaxing after our services we felt rushed to leave. We will go offsite for the spa next time.

Pool and beach chairs have to be reserved days ahead. Was not able to use the pool for this reason besides one day. There's no service staff walking around taking food or drink orders in the pool area. Had better luck at the beach getting chairs and an umbrella and the enjoyed the beach no waves.

Couldn’t have been happier at the Hyatt Regency Hotel Aruba. Lovely property and so much to do right around the area. Very walkable. Loved the adult pool and the staff there were very warm and attentive. High five to the server there named ‘Marlene’ . She was fantastic!

Over all we really did enjoy our stay yet.The last few nights I woke up in the mornings with what seemed to be bedbug bits on my thighs. They did check the room twice and informed me they found nothing yet I woke the same. Over all en enjoyable stay aside from that.

Most comfortable bed/pillows ever! Rooms were immaculately clean and smelled wonderful! Resort staff was very accommodating and food options both at the resort itself and in the surrounding area were varied and good. Just one negative, if you are not a night owl, ask for a room far away from the bar near the lobby. The music and crowd were rowdy late into every night!

Overall good stay! Great staff and very clean property. Great breakfast buffet! Rooms on 2nd level were noisy especially room 230. I needed ear plugs to get a good nights sleep. Tub drain in our room was also broken. Internet speed and consistency was poor.

We were very impressed with the Hyatt Regency and will return again! The room was very updated and comfortable and the hotel and grounds were beautiful. We used the fitness center everyday and it was well equipped. Loved the chocolate when we arrived and the fruit infused water in the lobby. The chocolate bars at the pool were a sweet surprise. Loved the area as well!

Hello, 1. Rooms not so clean 2. Business center is out of service, nobody knows why ad nobody comes to assist 3. Ice/water machine consistently have issues 4. Phone in room works one minutes, and then goes dead, seems like nobody services these things 5. Coffee, water, cups not restocked (these are basic hotel things) 6. Beach hut people (don't think direct with hotel) start 9am and don't even seem nice when ask them a question, seems like folks have gotten used to just tourists.... not expecting much. 7. Pool folks have random asks - some allow floats others don't, no consistency.

When we arrived our room was not available, they gave us another room for the night but that meant that we had to wait around the next day for them to o move us to a different room. This has happened to us in other hotels and the hotel gave us another room for the entire stay. We felt that costumer service was lacking in this instance. Hoyle is beautiful though.

The staff was great throughout with a couple exceptions….at the Palm Beach Restaurant one of burgers came out on a moldy roll. The waitress took it back but the other 2 had their food so we waited for the the waitress to tell us what our options were. She came out 20 min later with a burger that was well done not medium as ordered. The waitress offered to take the burger off the bill or get something else but at this point we had been there over an hour and had other plans that we needed to leave for. The manager never came out so I asked for her. She she came out, she apologized and said she would take the burger off the bill. I said, we are guests here who have spent a great deal of money and I can’t believe a moldy bun came out of the kitchen and then the next burger was overcooked and not eaten. I think we should not have to pay for lunch. She tried to bargain with me that she would take both burgers off the bill. I said are you really going to go back and forth with me over this? She told me she had to talk to her GM and disappeared. This is NOT the service or experience I expect from the Hyatt. The resort is great and I highly recommend but I would probably not eat at that particular restaurant again.

The hotel is amazing looking, probably one of the nicest looking in the area. The staff was average at best, the front desk woman was very friendly. The female staff we ran into seemed to have an attitude and wasn’t nearly as nice as the men employees. The pool situation was poor, try to reserve pool chairs 3 times online and the seats were not reserve even after many emails. The bar service was average around the pool. The outside upper bar was very good and service was excellent at night. We didn’t eat in the hotel, which was a first for us. Our room was nice and was very clean. I still would consider staying at the hotel again, and the location was excellent to restaurants and night life.

Just returned from a 7 day stay and could not have been happier. Resort is beautiful and very well maintained. Beach and three pools are gorgeous. Dinner at Ruinas Del Mar was excellent. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and immaculate. Be sure to reserve your palapa four months in advance, as we did, if you want front row views; it’s well worth it. We also rented a Trankilo one day at the adults-only pool and it was amazing. Short walk to the plaza and restaurants. We’ve stayed at the Hilton twice before, and while we enjoyed staying there, the Hyatt is much nicer. We’re already planning a return trip here in December. Highly recommended!

My husband and I are vegan. We really loved the hotel, but there are hardly any vegan dining options. Therefore, we had to basically leave the hotel for all of our meals. The hotel was clean and the staff were really friendly. I was also glad that they had a separate pool for adults only. Typically we do adults only resorts.

My husband and I enjoyed Hyatt Regency Aruba. The convenience of room to pool and beach is quick. Beautiful property. Our only complaints were the bedding specifically sheets(very stiff and thick). In addition the lunches at the resort could be improved for sure. Both minor things and we can’t wait to return next year. Note: Giannis Italian Restaurant is really close by and amazing food.

Love this property. More modern updated vibe. Conveniently located across from the shops, restaurants and night life. Yet still felt exclusive. Wonderful adult pool, modern vibe. Big enough beach with Palapas which you can reserve in advance. Some Palapas in the front row are $40 but you don’t have to rush to put your towel down. Ocean was clear and white sands. Riu seemed to have a tad more beach front. Mariott has more pools. This is a clean, chill, modern vibe. Many families as well. Hotels are located around you, so you can walk their boardwalk path and see visit the others. The food at the Hyatt for breakfast, lunch, and drinks was delicious. Did not eat dinner here. Staff was lovely, very friendly.
