From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond — always friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. The entire property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and filled with good vibes all around. We loved every part of our stay — from relaxing at the stunning Okeanos Spa and our private cabana by the water, to watching the beautiful flamingos up close on the private island. It was pure paradise! Even the casino was a blast (even though we didn’t win this time 😉). This resort truly captures the spirit of Aruba — the Happy Island! 🏝️ We’re already dreaming of coming back again soon. The resort is close to the markets/ shopping. The benefit of have the flamingo beach included was a plus. the drinks at the lobby bar were excellent and the staff was extremely friendly. The only cons for me was the amenities — we were not provided a schedule of events and did not know there were activities happening until the last day. The adult pool is pretty small and the swim up bar is on the family side (not the adult side) . the casino is not great as the roulette table screen was apparently stuck and no one seemed to fix It, I left after realizing this.

We stayed at the adults only portion of this restort. There is only one pool on that side of resort which is small and there is no music. I would expect the adults only to be more lively. The photo of the gym is on the family side of the resort. The service around the pool was nothing to be amazed about. The all day access to flamingo island is a great perk. The food was also delicious and so were the drinks.

Hotel was nice and near plenty of shopping and restaurants. We loved the visit to their private island (Flamingo and Iguana Islands). Staff were all very nice and accommodating. The pools on the property were nice, but not too much seating around, so those filled up quickly. The actual hotel room did not feel like cleanest, and of the 5 night stay, they only came to clean our room once (the day before we left). We were back at the room probably around 3/3:30 everyday to shower to get ready to go out for dinner and the rooms were not yet done. We made it work and took the garbage out ourselves, but thought 3pm was late to have the room cleaned.

So many things were wrong with this stay! The room they gave us was still dirty. They gave us a new one but that’s always disappointing when arriving. The navigator staff sold us an excursion. The bus came but never got out of the van so we didn’t know it was them. We missed it and they refused to give a refund despite not having clear pick up instructions. Very unhelpful and rude. The hotel is very quiet and more so for relaxing which can be nice. Everything closes around 11pm. There’s much more to do on the family side than the adult side and you have to take a shuttle over. Flamingo beach was subpar. There’s a speedboat that picks you up from the hotel and takes you there. We only saw about 5 flamingos. If you don’t go early there’s not much seating. This isn’t something I would have paid for if not included with the hotel. ADAM was the best bellsmen/doorman at the resort, very friendly and helpful. He really made the visit more enjoyable, despite all the challenges. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. Our room was very clean and lovely. Staff was friendly and willing. Loved the beach access and amenities. Giant roach ran under our table in the dining room. Staff picked up our table, moved it aside, smashed the bug, disposed of the roach, and replaced our table in front of us. Got a whopping 10% off the check for the inconvenience. Good thing we’re not overly sensitive. Bug adventure aside, will definitely go back.

Housekeeping was WONDERFUL! They cleaned our room twice each day. The entire resort was upkept and cleaned consistently. Friendly smiling faces and customer service was exquisite 90% of the time. They even sent a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, a heart shaped cake, and balloons to our room upon arrival to celebrate our honeymoon. How sweet! The private island was nothing short of perfect. Flamingos and Iguanas everywhere! Such a fun experience. The boat ride there was an experience all in itself! I could not get over watching it (the boat) come INSIDE of the lobby all day long. “All-Inclusive” did come with stipulations. Transportation and Spa services were not included, some dining options cost extra, there is a daily resort fee required to be paid at check in, a $400 incidentals hold, and you pay a 17% gratuity for all “included purchases” at checkout regardless of tipping your servers as you encounter them.

Staff is amazing with great hospitality. The hotel is very clean and look like the photos posted online. The restaurants on property are delicious and offer a huge variety of food options. Drinks are delicious! Our best server was Jennifer and Pedro in Flamingo Island and the Pool and lobby bar. Amazing staff! This property is located near everything and the amenities the hotel provides is great. Taxis are easy to get and not to pricey. Palm beach is close by if you enjoy a more party scene. The family side of the resort is really nice with the swim up bar, great sunrise and sunset views, larger rooms. The adult marina side is more of a Miami vibe' look and feel, the rooms are super small with no real balconies or views. The lobby on the adult side was way too busy with a lot of foot traffic all day and night. Pros: I loved being connected to the mall and being able to walk to the straw market, restaurants and to see the cruise ships. The food was pretty good. The boat ride to Flamingo Beach was nice. Flamingo Beach was nice and relaxing but I personally prefer to walk out of my resort to the beach. Now the massage on Flamingo Beach listening to the waves was so relaxing and much needed. I can check the Renaissance off my list. And I would recommend it to stay at least once. I like staying on the Palm Beach side better, more atmosphere, vibes and the restaurants are great.

This was my first time in Aruba & as soon as we arrived at the Renaissance resort, we were greeted & welcomed! Check in was smooth & easy! Our room wasn’t ready, but our luggage was kept safe & we were free to explore! It is in a very walkable area, which we loved! The room was spacious for my party of 3 & the pool & hot tub was just what we needed after a long travel day! Any request we had was immediately accommodated, they secured a taxi driver for us, made food recommendations, brought additional linens for the room, etc. I also enjoyed how the family friendly side of the hotel was separate from the adults only side. We stayed in the ocean suites room, it was clean, bathroom was spacious, had all the amenities you would want on vacation! Even during check-out, the staff was so kind & wished us well, hoping we would visit again. This place was absolutely beautiful & I cannot wait to visit again.

We had a lovely experience at Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort! We stayed in the Ocean Suites location which had multiple pools and a private beachfront. Our view of the ocean was so lovely to wake up to. We loved that the hotel had so many amenities and a schedule of activities for both adults and children. We had no idea about the private island until we arrived and that was a nice surprise! The room was very spacious and staff were so kind and helpful. The only things that we noticed for improvement was that the shower was a bit small (but the bathroom was large)- our elbows kept hitting the wall or the shower door and the towels are on the thinner side and can definitely use an upgrade. The robe provided is like a big warm hug! All in all we had a lovely experience for our babymoon and definitely recommend this hotel to others.

When I was looking to book, I was torn between the Marina side versus the ocean side. I chose the Marina side and was very happy with my choice. The staff were absolutely phenomenal— kind, attentive, and patient. I loved how the flamingo beach boat picked you up in the middle of the hotel, do you didn’t have to wait outside (like ocean side). The pool had great seating, music, and views. The marina side was adults only which was nice when it came to late nights in the pool. The rooms were updated and had a great coastal design to them. The housekeepers were so sweet and did a great job. The hotel was located centrally that we could walk to two hotels, the marketplace, and authentic restaurants. It was incredibly easy to get a taxi to take you wherever you needed as they always had taxis at the location. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back to Aruba, and will stay here again.

Beautiful Resort. I loved my stay, was here for 7 nights. The bed was super comfortable. We had a beautiful view. The only thing i personally I didn’t like was the bathroom. It was cleani and nice but a bit small. The shower was tight. And it had a rainfall shower head which I hate. But I would definitely stay here again. Was the most beautiful resort I ever been too.

Everything was excellent until checkout. At check-in, I authorized payment for hotel fees and incidentals. At check-out, to my surprise, I was advised that the hotel manually charged me (without my knowledge) for my stay a 2nd time. This was very upsetting. Not comfortable with employee manually charging my account. This has caused inconvenience and concern regarding my personal information. My wife is very concerned as well.

The cleaning ladies got my son‘s Blankey that he’s had ever since he was a baby confused with one of their blankets and took it and it took three days to sort through all of all the Hotel’s blankets they refuse to do it I had to go out of my way and do it, and I wasted an entire day sorting through all of those blankets didn’t even give us somewhat of a discount. We’re just saying sorry and that was that it was pretty sad. This place has a lot of potential, but they need to learn how to be a little bit more compassionate and empathetic.

They wait staff and housekeepers were excellent, the front desk day staff were at times disorganized and could not explain the errors made with not only my reservation but several others in my party. Even though my reservation was prepaid they held double on my card when I spoke with the manager Melissa she had no explanation and offered little compensation then blew us off. Beautiful atmosphere brought down by little compassion for the inconvenience they caused……

Great place to stay! It is not near palm beach where all the attraction is- shopping, dining etc. so beware of that- you have to take a taxi to palm beach there and back each time. Loved the flamingo island! Did not like the “resort fee” that they charge daily on top of Aruba tax- we did not know this was a daily fee per out statement it looked like a one time fee.

The pool on the family side wasn’t all that great (we didn’t have kids so only went over to check it out) There is no actual beach at this resort, just a lagoon like swimming area. Flamingo beach was nice, wasn’t crowded during our stay. Staff were very nice and attentive. Location is nice and convenient. We went to Noord where the other resorts are and I’m glad we chose Renaissance because it is noisy up there at night. Overall great stay, drinks and food were good!

We loved the property and facilities, but were disappointed by the lack of late check-out and the prevalence of smoking around the property. My wife is expecting our first child, so while we loved the pool area, we were avoidant of it for most of the trip because of all the smokers. We loved the Breakfast buffet, lunch options left us wanting more though. The steak house was amazing. All of the hotel employees were incredibly warm and accommodating, from the bellman to the concierge and the servers. Aruba is absolutely lovely, we will definitely return. Most likely to the family side of the Wind Creek Resort.

My overall stay at this hotel was average, I’ve stayed at better however the room decor top notch I felt very cozy in the room well thought of designs and details, the concierge great very professional, the pool chairs could use upgrading for the price, not the best the pool also dated… Love Renaissance Island with the beautiful flamingos that’s my best part of my stay I would only recommend staying to access this Island as many times as you like. Now on to the absolute worst part of the hotel, the Renaissance Bar the WORST bar energy Ive ever encountered & snickering off & laughing at the patrons, uptight & cold manager on duty during one evening of happy hour more like dreadful hour…. They tried to get it together change their attitude & be friendly but I didn’t forget the snickering & laughing at the beginning very inappropriate miserable people.. Shops were mid… For ZARA to be the biggest store right across the street I HATE HATE HATED the clothes the worst ZARA i’ve ever been to. The food overall was also mid not very good I would recommend Kailins mexican restaraunt across the street very good. I will say love baby beach, divi beach & some of the wonderful people I met along the way good experience just not the best. Aruba 6.5/10 for me Take this Island with a grain of salt

Awesome hotel- only thing is the pool was closed due to renovation but that was understandable. Love the boat in the lobby that takes you to flamingo island. Love the shopping areas inside. The steak house and buffet at Aquarius restaurant was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful

I can’t say enough about this hotel between the staff, the service, the food atmosphere and everything else and the view of our room. It was great. The breakfast is fantastic and so is the steakhouse.

Hotel was amazing definitely worth the money to get all inclusive great food, lots of fun and amazing staff! Ebony, Jonathan & Jared were like friends ! Definitely coming back!!

Biggest perk was access to Renaissance Island where you will always have a chair as it does not get so crowded. Having separate adult and family side of the resort is also great. Be prepared for a $78 a day resort fee. Also, keep track of what you are charging to the room. Premium liquor drink cost $40. Crazy. Also 17% tip is included in every drink or food item.

One entire section of the resort was under construction. that should be public knowledge and a discount should be offered. The fridge in the room is empty. my package was all inclusive. the fridge should be stocked with drinks Room service was not included with the all inclusive. That is unacceptable with the amount of money i spent The all inclusive experience ends at 12pm on the day of check out. that was never communicated to us. We left the resort to catch our flight on an empty stomach. If i knew the 12pm rule, i would have eaten at 11am.

Staff is amazing with great hospitality. The hotel is very clean and look like the photos posted online. The restaurants on property are delicious and offer a huge variety of food options. Drinks are delicious! Our best server was Jennifer and Pedro in Flamingo Island and the Pool and lobby bar. Amazing staff! This property is located near everything and the amenities the hotel provides is great. Taxis are easy to get and not to pricey. Palm beach is close by if you enjoy a more party scene. Casino was fun as well! Overall amazing experience at the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba
