Divi Aruba All Inclusive

We had a great time at the Divi All Inclusive. Originally when we arrived I was told they overbooked and I had to stay at their sister resort. This made no sense to.me as I had booked this trip months ago. They were able to make it right and gave me a eoom after a bit of conversarion. The resort was not crowded at all. It was clean and staff were very nice. My only complaint ( which I have for most resorts) is that pool closes too early. There should atleast be an adult pool open later.

Rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly. The property is doing some renovations at the moment but it wasn't to distracting. Music groups and entertainment they bring are pretty good. Restaurants are pretty good also but hard to book..gotta do every booking a couple of days in advance. The pools are great..the beach is beautiful and there is always plenty of seating.

I stayed in the veranda section. View was nice but room needed updating. Food at the resort was not great. Steak was very chewy and smelled like a porta potty. The staff were very friendly and the shows all though small were good. The beach was clean and so was the pool. Gym was excellant.

Lovely and clean beach,also the lane pool is what i need to start my day.

Beach is nice, but lots of people get up early to put towels out and claim chairs. There are a bunch of options for pools as well depending on which you prefer. Plenty of options for bars and dinner. You can use the Tamarijn restaurants as well and they run shuttles, but lobby to lobby is walkable as the shuttles don’t seem to be on a set schedule. Food was good and Paparazzi was my favorite. Staff were polite and helpful, no issues with anyone. I’m sure at some point I’ll go back.

The room was newly renovated and absolutely beautiful! The room was right near the beach, like 20 steps to get into the ocean. Unfortunately we were right next to construction which was loud and at times, started early in the morning. Otherwise everything was beautiful, clean and convenient! We enjoyed the food as well!!

Great resort, but I wish there were more entertainment throughout the day and in the evening.

The pool closing at 8 was the biggest downfall of the trip and the lack of live entertainment. Also, being put in an outdated room was also a downfall. Besides that, everything else was great.

Excellent beach, great food and drinks, entertaining evening bands, nice pools and an overall great experience! Divi & Tamarijn all inclusive highly recommend!

Pools were outstanding, Beach was so clear and beautiful. Cafe was great for coffee.. Red Parrot did a great job on food, Buffet was average. beepers going off like crazy as you waited for food which was annoying.. Shuttle to Taramind wasn't the best.. NO gift shop or anywhere to buy incidentals... couldn't even buy bottled water there for room.. had to take shuttle to Taramind to buy such things. Sliding doors to balcony with alarms not fun.. nearly impossible to move the sliders.. View amazing.. small little things could be improved but experience was great.. Drinks were good. Cafe Margot (at Taramind) was great view and tapas.. Overall place was great.. would of liked to have fitness center at Divi all inclusive but that was a shuttle ride to Taramind as well. Granted shuttle ride is 3 -5 min away but you wait for them. These little things were outweighed by the amazing beach, view ,etc

Divi Beach is gorgeous. The room was very clean; bed was comfortable. Generally, this resort is outdated. I actually thought the food was pretty good for an all-inclusive! The loungers at the beach weren't particularly comfortable and there was a lot of construction noise due to renovations. Staff varied in friendliness from exceptional to rude.

Staff was very friendly. Food was great at Paparazzi, Ginger and breakfast buffet. Service was excellent at breakfast buffet. Staff was always busy cleaning the facility.

Got sick from the food flies were everywhere in every area where food was being served and I overheard others getting sick as well. The staff were not helpful on other issues as well. The beach was great and Aruba is beatiful. Ive stayed at a different resort which was amazing but everyone recommended the Divi but their cleanliness standards and the rooms were very subpar.

The room was mostly clean however, there was a dirty footprint on the stool in the bathroom that was there when we checked in until the time we checked out. Staff for the most part was nice. Adolfo was the best. Some of the bartenders need to work on their attitude when greeting guests. Food was average. Best meal we had was at Club Margot at Tamajrin.

The property is located on a beachfront, which provides gorgeous views and perfect white noise for relaxing and sleeping. Almost all of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was immaculate, but there is no elevator in the two story property. There was a variety of restaurant choices at the property, however, I found the ones at their sister property, Tamarind, exceptional. Of note, the property is undergoing renovation and repairs in some areas which I found to be a little annoying as I was trying to relax and get away from distractions like that. Plus, the debris and dust from the concrete mixture left residue on nearby walk ways and on counters where food and beverages were being served, so that was definitely was concerning. Lastly, I believe the food staff could use a refresher course on hand hygiene because they should know that if you are sweeping, wiping down tables, countertops, etc. and a guest has approached to make a order, you should wash your hands with soap, use the paper towel to turn off the faucet, and put sanitizer on your hands before proceeding. Also note, if you intend to use a taxi driver to take you on a tour of the island, and he/she quotes you a price, IT IS PER HOUR; NOT FOR THE TOUR. THIS CAN RANGE BETWEEN $55-$100/PER HOUR!!! AND HAVE YOUR LIST OF THINGS YOU WANT TO SEE FIRST, AS THEY START THE HOURLY RATE AS SOON AS THEY PICK YOU UP, AND ACCEPT CASH ONLY!!! CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!

could be cleaner in older buildings but beautiful resort overall, would definitely come back!

Front desk staff was not very friendly when checking in. There was a fire on July 1. Ashes were still on the walkway 5 days later. There is awful garbage smell near the cafe. Dishes were left near the pool garbage cans for days and never cleaned up. Housekeeping was very inconsistent. Some days they come at 8:30 am, some days not until the afternoon. The closets in both rooms were filled with sand on arrival and never cleaned. Food was average, most staff at restaurants were friendly. Location of beach and pool to our Vista 3 rooms was close. Pool and beaches never too crowded.

The resort is beautiful, but our check in was supposed to be at 3pm but our room only got ready almost at 4pm. The wifi didn't work in our room for the first two days, even after we complained with front desk on the first night. Our room was somewhat cleaned, but the floor was very dirty, we had to keep using flip flops inside the room. We didn't get room service on our third day there, so I had to go look for a house keeper to get clean towels. But besides these problems, the place is beautiful, we loved staying there, all the bar and restaurant staff were incredible.

Bathroom smelled like sewer and I killed a cockroach in my room. The front desk wasn’t concerned with either issue. The food and drink quality was poor.

The property was very clean. Always people cleaning and doing work to make it look nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurants were delicious!! Loved the beach and pool areas were gorgeous

The beachfront location at Divi All-Inclusive is truly spectacular—one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Easy access to the beach, incredible views, and warm turquoise water made for a dream setting. The food exceeded expectations! Buffet meals had great variety and quality, and the restaurants (Red Parrot, Ginger, Paparazzi, Club Margot) were all enjoyable. Club Margot had the best ambience, and Ginger had amazing cocktails. The staff was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful, especially as we dealt with several room issues. Unfortunately, the rooms need serious updating. We experienced a broken phone, a leaky floor, exposed wiring, and multiple repairs throughout our stay. Though the team offered a room change and partial refund, the issues definitely impacted our experience. Would I return? Yes—but I’d ask for a renovated room next time. The location, food, and service are worth it, but the rooms need to catch up.

This is my third year staying here. The rooms were renovated not long ago, but they’re already showing wear—bathroom tiles are cracked, closet doors don’t close properly, and the bathroom door won’t stay open. The bed is quite firm and the AC runs loudly. Other areas of the property also need some updating. The pool deck, for example, has some broken boards, though they are actively working on repairs. On the positive side, the pool itself is beautiful and the landscaping is very well maintained. The staff is wonderful, the food is excellent, and the drinks are strong—not watered down. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars

Expansive property with numerous beach and pool access points as well as drinking and dining options. By no means a luxury resort, it is a solid option. Over the last years, there have been significant renovations / improvements tot the property. The management clearly is investing in the experience of its clients.

I was stationed in the old side of the property and the rooms were disgusting. There was constant construction that woke me up in the morning, and the food was very flavorless and basic.

The room was very comfortable and kept very clean. We had to shut the dehumidifier off every night as it was very loud. The air conditioner kept the room temp very consistent and was very quiet. The only downside was that the hall way was very noisy starting at 8am from both the cleaning staff and early risers.

The photos shown in Expedia for the Ocean View room did not match the room we were given. The room was very outdated and dark. The cushions on the chair and couch in the room were stained and the shower was moldy. It was also difficult to get towels in the room and towels by the pool/beach. Overall we still had a good experience but we would probably not return to this resort.

Food at the restaurants that required reservations were excellent. Their policy regarding pool and beach towels is archaic. Towel hut staff were rude.

Room is spacious but smells musty. We told the front desk and they would spray (?) and they had a running humidifier but it didn’t empty automatically so we had to empty it ourselves. Beautiful beach and stunning views.

Everyone was welcoming and made you feel at home. Johnathan got the room error fixed within a couple days. Zary was a delightful pleasure who truly made a catered experience felt. Would love to come back.

They need few restaurants to open later as they do not offer room service , also during holiday time their restaurant in property True lime was closed on Wednesday and no other restaurants any reservations , the staff is very nice and friendly .

The front desk staff almost every one of them were not friendly did not know how to smile and had no information whatsoever. Anytime you ask them a question they had to ask somebody else and then they tell you to go to concierge. They had no clue of any activities that were going on. Received a brochure in our room one morning after cleaning about a vent that was going on at the Tamarron. I did not feel like walking back up to my room to check on the days and the times, they didn’t feel like checking either for me. They said if you had a brochure just go check on that. Wouldn’t you think if they put the event on all the employees should know? Everyone else except the front desk was very friendly happy and helpful.

I was surprised that the rooms didn't have stocked refrigerators or room service. Some of the bartenders were rude and ignored people.

Staff was very friendly but the resort was under construction at several places on the property. We understood that a party of 16 wud have a problem getting a rez together but on last night were told they coudnt fit my wife & me at any restuarant on the property!!! They recm’d a place that cost us $350 for dinner by taxi. Crazy! No room for what u paid for & sorry no refunds. Never going back.

I have been going to Divi all-inclusive for about 8 years now, I have to say I see a decline the cleanliness of the rooms and property. I was not able to book dinner reservations at the time I wanted; it was always available at 5PM or 9PM. I did like how friendly the staff was, the bartender Allen was awesome. I hope management get back to paying attention to detail.

Had an issue at check-in booked trip in February for July for two queen beds, but got there and got one king bed for myself and my daughter. I was told it was because I booked through a third-party Expedia and Expedia did not communicate with the hotel. Since this was a father daughter trip, my daughter did not want to sleep in the same bed obviously so we took turns sleeping on a small chair that turned into a bed. They said there was nothing they can do and they did not budge. And would not offer anything anything in additional. Bother being the most that nobody even said anything we got to the room and noticed a king bed instead of 2 Queens. Overall the property was very nice. The beach was perfect with plenty of huts. Overall, the service was very good. Most employees at the front desk and bars and restaurants were very nice and pleasant and helpful. Some of the staff in the main buffet could’ve been a whole lot nicer. Some of them just gave a blank stare like they didn’t want to be there. It was kind of rude and awkward. the main buffet was pretty much the same every day except for some new additions, but the food overall was pretty decent. There is nothing to prevent people from nearby hotels or the street to gain access to the hotel through the beach. It happened to my 17 year old my daughter she was approached by a male with no wrist band. the bartender went to get security they never came. Aruba may be safe, but don’t let your guard down dont trust securit

Rooms and facilities were excellent. We were a group of eight and, unfortunately, encountered many issues with the on-site activities reservation desk. The staff seemed more interested in selling their inventory than listening and focusing on what the customers wanted to do.

I had a great time at the Divi all inclusive! The location being close to the airport and being right on the beach was amazing! The beach is so beautiful! The construction noise was a little bit annoying if you wanted to take a nap in your room during the day but at least they’re making renovations which are needed. The restaurants were all wonderful except for the buffet was just ok. Some of the items seemed old or re-heated up from the previous day. I also wish they would cover the fruits in the buffet to keep the bugs off. The waitstaff was really nice though. I really enjoyed the restaurants, especially The Red Parrot and Pure Lime at the Divi and Club Margot at the Tamarijn. The food & waitstaff were excellent! The views while eating dinner were gorgeous especially the sunset at dinner! From the moment I arrived to the moment I left every single employee was so friendly, welcoming& helpful. The towel hut people were the only ones that weren’t friendly but maybe that’s from being out in the heat all day. The room was nice &spacious & the bed was comfortable. I loved sitting out on the balcony at night. I felt so safe in general in Aruba but I really liked that the balcony door had an alarm that made me feel extra safe at night. The entertainment at night was really nice too. I like how everything you need is all there at the resort, I didnt even need to leave. I definitely would love to come back to this resort again sometime soon hopefully! Thanks again Divi!

Hotel is in a great location! Beach is beautiful , this time staying here The staff didn’t go out of their way to be overly friendly and hotel is going thru repairs and is need of minor upgrades. Great trip overall

Nice place to stay, cabs are cheap to Palm Beach area of good restaurants and nightlife, great access with short walk to Eagle Beach. Tried every restaurant was ready to eat elsewhere after day 5.

If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation this the place. Everything you need is within walking distance between the two resorts. Divi beach has soft sand and tranquil blue waters. Staff is welcoming and very friendly!

Perfect distance to the beach and a short cab ride from the strip.

Food was delicious and beaches were beautiful! Perfect location for relaxation vacation. Not best place tor night life.

Property was MAGNIFICENT! We took a quick trip to the high rise area and were incredibly happy to have selected Divi! Since we had a car, we drove around checking out various beaches and "hot spots". These other beaches were very crowded despite it being the "off season". Back to Divi The staff at Divi was wonderfully attentive, the rooms were comfortable and had a large balcony overlooking the beach. The beach - AMAZING! We traveled in Sept, so it was not peak season which meant we had no crowds. That also meant we had our pick of beachside palapas AND chairs, as well as poolside loungers!! The sand and surf were amazing and the sunset views incredible! Only one downside which maybe a deal breaker for many ... the food was not great. In our week long stay, we had decent breakfast most days, but lunch and dinner were NOT GOOD. Fortunately, we had a rental car and zipped about getting our meals while exploring the beautiful island. We are not big drinkers, but the few drinks we did have were decent. When not made to our liking, the friendly bar staff were able to rectify and adjust the order. We would gladly pay the all inclusive price and eat elsewhere just to have the BEAUTIFUL beach again!!

For an all-inclusive, the food and restaurants were above average! We enjoyed every meal and snack that we had. The drinks were good as well! The staff was friendly and helpful!

Only thing restaurants reservations are difficult to get

Same food as last year and the year before that and the year before that. Drinks are the worst I’ve had.

I enjoyed my stay here however, it needs a late night snack shop/ guft shop. Other than that it was great!

The food is good at most restaurants . Club Margot was the favorite at the Divi Tamarind . Most of the staff were friendly but some were rude and unhelpful( coffee bar at the Divi AI) . The beach at Divi is gorgeous and there is enough pool areas for everyone as well. There was very little daytime activities but the night entertainment was good. The rooms were clean. We had a few issues with our room but it was corrected quickly . Overall it was a good trip and we had a wonderful time celebrating mom’s birthday.

We had an amazing room. Modern, clean and all the amenities. The resort staff at check in was great! The food at the buffet was good. There was a nice variety. I liked that it was a buffet style but was served to order so you didn't have people picking through everything. 2 bars at the pool. Most of the bartenders were great. Only one or 2 who weren't. The restaurants were all good with better drinks. Definitely use the app to book. Cons- a lot of flies around the fruit and cookies. There should have been covers. Wish there was a better variety of higher end alcohol. If bars are open until 1 am then the trams should run between Divi and Tamarin until 1:30. Overall an excellent experience

Clean updated rooms. Air condition worked well. Water was hot when needed. Food was good for an all Inclusive. Paparazzi was excellent. Beer was cold and drinks were strong but good. Coffee took some getting used to, we started getting the Carmel flavoring added. Beach was the best we have been to. No problem getting chairs at any time (4) people.

The food was good quality but the buffet would shut down 30 mins before closing time. Also, room service would have been nice when paying for an all inclusive experience.
