Breakfast was very good, and very tasty. Andy is a gracious host making your stay very welcoming. Parking was easy. Distance to downtown Charlottetown was farther than we thought but if fit, walkable for sure. The outside of the establishment could use some tender loving care. But inside is lovely and very clean.

Not B&B as advertised. Building and rooms need repairs. Condiments in room need replenishing daily. Noisy as doors don’t close smoothly and lots of noise above us. Grounds, bushes, hedges not trimmed. Cigarette butts everywhere. DO NOT recommend and we will not return. Unable to cancel as booked through Expedia. Be aware, totally self serve facility as minimal staff observed. A place to sleep only.

No AC as advertised, unless you count a swivel fan and a window. Though the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the room was exceptionally small. No common space to dine or hang out; not even outside. I never met the host. If you want a cheap room, this will do but don’t expect much more.

Aucune personne a l’accueil.La tv suppert difficile à comprendre le fonctionnement. Beaucoup de langues internationales. Le stationnement pour mon pick-up était difficile d’accès. Pour nous B. Et B. Inclus normalement un déjeuner et seulement café et micro.ondes et petit frigidaire. En résumé trop cher pour les services offerts.

Good: Master bedroom is huge. Rooms themselves are clean and beds are comfortable. Not so good: musty smell in the hallway (not noticeable in the room). Parking is a bit tight for larger vehicles.

This place operates more like an AirBNB; we never interacted with a staff member. However the instructions we received we excellent so that was no problem. The house is attractive. We got a 2-room suite with very large rooms. There was only one portable air conditioner that didn’t even manage to fully cool the room it was in and the other room was very hot. The shower is terrible; definitely need a plumber to fix the controls and replace the shower head with something decent. My daughter had hot water for a shower at night but in the morning I only had hot water for about 30 seconds and then it was ice cold. The hallway smelled like a stale Chinese restaurant but the smell did not permeate into the rooms. All in all still decent value for what we paid and if they fix the plumbing issues it will be great.

I spent two nights there and would expect that the bed would be made after the first night and any toiletries and water would be replenished, but this was not the case. I was on the Main floor and it was extremely noisy with other guests in the building. It is in a convenient location within walking distance to downtown and ocean front.

Please note that property is more like an Airbnb than a hotel or a bed and breakfast. We stayed in the two bedroom suite, annd overall it worked well for our needs. The pros and cons are as follows: Pro - great communication from Andy. Also the suite was clean snd very spacious and had comfortable beds and linens. We enjoyed staying a 15 minute walk from the heart of Charlottetown in a safe, quiet neighborhood next to Victoria Park. Cons - bathroom was not renovated and disappointing. Also walls musty smelling.

The rooms are in a heritage home with some modern updates. The suite we had had two large rooms with 10' ceilings and a shared bathroom. AC in both rooms, tho the portable unit in the larger room I was in had trouble keeping up with the heat. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The only concerns we had were the uneven floor in the bathroom making it hard to open the door, the overhead light flickering, and the water pressure in the shower being low but adequate. Overall though, a nice price for a quiet, comfortable room.

After staying in traditional chain hotels for a bunch of nights before our stay here, this place was a breath of fresh air. Our room had two separate bedrooms, which were both spacious. Check in instructions were clear and easy. Would definitely stay here again

This was a great place to stay with our 3 year old. We had a two bedroom suite with a kitchenette that made our stay very easy and lovely. The location was great for all the things we wanted to do and see. And Andy is very organized and friendly. Would definitely go back.

Lovely host and hostess. Very good breakfast - hot and cold items. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Anyone booking here should keep in mind this is an older house so the bathroom and kitchen area in the family suite are dated but clean. Quiet neighbourhood. 15 minute walk to parks and downtown.

Andy is a very hospitable host. Room was cozey, clean. Breakfast buffet available and it was a great start to the day! Close to downtown Charlottetown, but still recommend having a car to explore around and the rest of the island. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Andy's Blue house! The room was gorgeous and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was great! I loved that Andy was always there at breakfast to ensure guests had everything we needed and to give advice on good places to visit during our stay! He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Breakfast was very good, and very tasty. Andy is a gracious host making your stay very welcoming. Parking was easy. Distance to downtown Charlottetown was farther than we thought but if fit, walkable for sure. The outside of the establishment could use some tender loving care. But inside is lovely and very clean.

Lovely host and hostess. Very good breakfast - hot and cold items. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Anyone booking here should keep in mind this is an older house so the bathroom and kitchen area in the family suite are dated but clean. Quiet neighbourhood. 15 minute walk to parks and downtown.

Andy is a very hospitable host. Room was cozey, clean. Breakfast buffet available and it was a great start to the day! Close to downtown Charlottetown, but still recommend having a car to explore around and the rest of the island. Highly recommend!

Our rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfasts were tasty. The place had easy and convenient parking. The neighbourhood was very walkable and the waterfront was close by. I’d definitely stay here again.

This is an older style Inn with great character. Andy was a very helpful host. It is blocks away from a beautiful park and boardwalk. We could walk in 20 minutes to good restaurants, or park in a little closer to downtown and do our own walking tours of the historic city. There was lots of space in the room itself, and we were able to make simple breakfasts and reheat meals.

Please note that property is more like an Airbnb than a hotel or a bed and breakfast. We stayed in the two bedroom suite, annd overall it worked well for our needs. The pros and cons are as follows: Pro - great communication from Andy. Also the suite was clean snd very spacious and had comfortable beds and linens. We enjoyed staying a 15 minute walk from the heart of Charlottetown in a safe, quiet neighborhood next to Victoria Park. Cons - bathroom was not renovated and disappointing. Also walls musty smelling.

The room number 203, which is a suite, was absolutely perfect for a stay of two nights with a toddler. Everything was clean and the location was very nice, very close to the historic center while quite at the same time. Restaurants arw oretty close. We found a really great indian place nearby. Great first incursion in Charlottetown.

We were only in PEI for 2 days, touring Anne of Green Gables house and the Cavendish cliffs which were beautiful. Andy is a super host—friendly and so helpful. We had lovely breakfasts in the dining room every morning with both hot items (eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, even dumplings) and fresh juice and fruit. We would definitely stay in Andy’s Blue House if we’re lucky enough to visit PEI again.

We had an amazing stay at Andy's Blue house! The room was gorgeous and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was great! I loved that Andy was always there at breakfast to ensure guests had everything we needed and to give advice on good places to visit during our stay! He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
