It was such a clean hotel. The staff was so willing to help go above and beyond. They helped arrange transportation for us. The rooms were super comfortable and they have a totally cute deck on the 3rd floor.

サンペドロ駅から徒歩5分、アルマス広場から徒歩7分くらいです。場所はGoogleマップで正確に出てきますが、人の出入りを管理している時間があり、門（扉）が開いていれば分かりますが、開いていない場合探すのは非常に困難です。「la mama」と看板が出ている扉のインターホンを押しましょう。部屋は広く、清潔。朝食も卵料理、フレッシュジュース、パン、フルーツサラダ、コーヒーが出てきて、どれも美味しかったです。スタッフもとても親切で助かりました。

Excellent staff and great room. The hotel is a in courtyard off the Main Street so can be easy to miss; there’s a small sign on the door that opens to the courtyard.

Pros: very clean room and bathroom; comfortable bed; lots of shelves for your things; extra towels, hair dryer, shoe cleaning brush; electric heater in the room; gorgeous view from the rooftop (3rd floor). Cons: tiny room, almost no space to walk around the bed (better for 1 person); residue inside the teapot from prior guests boiling water, had to thoroughly wash it myself; the balcony's position made it unusable (no privacy) and no other windows otherwise (we were on the 2nd floor). The room across seemed better in both size and balcony position (larger and not right under the staircase to the 3rd floor), so not all rooms are the same.

Room was spacious and stunning, very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping prepared very nice breakfasts and coffee in the morning which was a nice touch to enjoy in the garden. Mario was great— super helpful with my heavy luggage both on arrival and departure. Impressed with the quality and value, recommend!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room and ensuite are very clean, and the bed is really comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too and we were even offered a packed breakfast when we had to leave at 4.30 am for the Inca Trail. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we did the trek. Some people might not like that the breakfast room is not enclosed, so it was initially quite cold but with the heater on and an extra layer, it was fine. This adds to the character of the building.

Father and son are six months into their ownership of the hotel. The rooms are brand new and fitted our with deluxe king sized beds. Breakfasr made to order and is delicious. Johann and Jorge go out of their way to welcome and serve their guests and I think they have plans to expand the hotel. Right now there is inadequate lobby and dining space and no where to hang out. The courtyard in front of the hotel secures the property and ensures very quiet conditions but is shared with multiple businesses and is not an amenity space for the hotel. It could be improved upon however which would help. I am adding this detail because I don't think sites like Expedia properly describe properties and I wish the best for Johann and Jorge and look for to them improving on the great work they have already done to develop the property. It needs a lobby, a larger dining room and some outdoor space to gather and relax. serve their guests. I think tt

The property is charming and the staff is great. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Slight inconveniences is the property is part of an overall commercial building so your access to enter the bldg during very early and very late hours must work around the staff letting you in & out. They ask you control the water use and leave lights & a/c off when not needed. All understandable but many people don’t to feel controlled by basic essentials in a hotel.

Such amazing service by the gentleman here. My husband and I stayed here and they provided us boxed breakfast for early hike days to machu pichu and lake humantay. The view from the top floor balcony area was beautiful in the day and night. Their hospitality and cleaning team was touch notch and I'd absolutely recommend to other travelers

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Cruz Verde. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the location is great, close to all the major attractions and very walkable. Johan and his father were very helpful and accommodating, offering recommendations for restaurants nearby and making packed breakfast when we had early morning guided tours. Highly recommend!

La habitación muy limpia, cama muy cómoda, la limpieza diaria de la habitación. Caja fuerte en la habitación. Te dejan diariamente té y café para que puedas hacer en la habitación. Nos prepararon desayuno para llevar con jugo, agua, galletas y sándwich, confites. Súper bien, muy recomendado.

We had a very pleasant stay at Casa Cruz Verde. It’s a cozy, unique boutique hotel tucked inside a quiet courtyard, just a short walk from the Plaza de Armas. The location felt central yet peaceful. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms appear newly renovated while the building itself still retains a beautiful historical charm. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would happily stay here again

Like all things it is a matter of what you want. This place is ideally located in the historic centre with close access to alot of things. The staff are lovely and welcome you with coca tea to help you acclimate. The breakfast is made to order and is pretty good. However, our main issue was the noise. The doors are closed at night and need to be opened by the staff so if someone comes in at midnight then everyone hears the doorbell. The staircase is also a point of noise as every room is near to them so you can hear when anyone moves about. The last one is not the property's fault but Cusco likes to have celebrations of their saints at 3-6am. This hotel is on the road that this event goes along so be prepared to be awake all night. The balcony is also misleading as the balcony is facing inwards into the building so you get a nice view of the staircase. Overall, it's not a bad place if you just want a place to operate from while you go on different tours but it wasn't a very relaxing experience.

So this hotel has just opened so the rooms are brand new (I may have been the first person in my room). However, the rest of the hotel is still "in process." Not construction noisy, just not finished. The family who own/run it are super friendly and helpful. The made to order breakfast was great, they went out of their way to accommodate my food allergies. The wifi was spotty and unreliable, so not a place if you need to work. But I went to cafes and coworking spaces, which are nearby. It's not really the old town, but more downtown and one/two blocks to the historic area, so very walkable for everything you need.

What a gem of a place! Trust the reviews. Breakfast is delicious, the staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home and the rooms are super clean. I will say that our room was a bit tight with two people and hiking gear but zero complaints

Great stay as Casa Cruz Verde. Great location in downtown Cusco. Wonderful staff, excellent breakfast. As a small, inner city location, the single room was a bit cozy. Jose and Johann (Father/Son) who run the bed & breakfast are awesome, wonderfully responsive and thoughtful. Would be happy to stay there again when I am next in Cusco!

What an amazing surprise this place was! Perfect location in the historic centre but tucked away in a quiet courtyard made for the ideal stay. The king bed and pillows were incredible, sheets were high quality, towels were plush, shower was amazing and the place was immaculately clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with many options. Staff were attentive and extremely polite. Would definitely book here again and would encourage others to do the same.

We loved our stay at Casa Cruz Verde! My husband and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon and we were greeted by the cutest towel and flower arrangement on the bed with a sweet note. All of the staff were wonderful and went above and beyond. The breakfast was made to order and delicious. The rooms was modern and clean, and the staff cleaned it each day. It was in a convenient location close to the Plaza de Armas and many restaurants and attractions. Our only complaint was that the hotel was a bit loud, but it wasn’t a big issue.

All of the staff were wonderful and went above and beyond. The breakfast was made to order and delicious. The rooms was modern and clean, and the staff cleaned it each day. It was in a convenient location close to the Plaza de Armas and many restaurants and attractions. Our only complaint was that the hotel was a bit loud, but it wasn’t a big issue.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff really care and treat you like family. Our flight arrived in the morning and they let us check in early. They let us keep our luggage at the hotel while we trekked to Machu Picchu and made sure we had breakfast to go before we left. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Behind a set of green wooden doors lies a lovely oasis within this bustling Cuzco neighborhood. The Aguilar Family have created a charming and warm “hotel” that feels more like a Bed & Breakfast due to its cozy & friendly atmosphere! It was great coming back from day trips to clean rooms with incredibly comfortable beds ! On days when we headed out before breakfast the family made sure we left with bags full of fresh fruit and treats to help get us through our journeys ! This is the perfect place to stay in Cuzco due to proximity, comfort and hospitality !

Having travelled extensively and stayed at various accommodation types, i would say that the staff at Casa Cruz Verde were up there with the best in terms of making the guest feel welcome. its only a small establishment but punched above its weight. Located in the historical area of Cusco and within easy walking distance to all its attractions. Definitely a place i'd recommend to fellow travellers.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They take great care of you and the breakfast which was included was great every morning. I was most impressed when we had to check out at 3:45am to join a trekking tour and the staff not only prepared breakfast for us to go but also included water, juice, snacks and fruit!! Not only did they far surpass our expectations with their service but the room was clean and comfortable and the location ideal with everything you need in close proximity… I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the staff for making our stay a pleasant experience.

Staff is totally dedicated to you with full attention for your needs via text and inperson! On those days I went on daily tours, staff prepared lunch boxes at 4 am! I left my luggage here during my two day trip to Machu Picchu!! This is def my home away from home!!

Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel was an easy walk to the historical district, Peru Rail and the San Pedro Market. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Casa Cruz Verde for 3 nights. It is a quick 8 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas & 5 minutes from the San Pedro market. The property was well maintained inside and the rooms were very comfortable. The owners were extremely helpful with recommendations on where to eat & what to see. The breakfast was delicious. By far the best place we stayed at during our trip to cusco, the staff are tremendously helpful and friendly. The room is nice and clean I dont have anything to criticize about our stay. Its also well situated, about 10 minutes from anywhere you need to be.

Really enjoyed our stay. Extremely friendly and kind staff. We had to leave very early in the morning and they prepared very nice to-go breakfast for us which included a variety of items. Very modern renovation and great condition. The room was very clean and cozy. Thank you so much to the guy that stayed there all day at the front desk welcoming us with kindness and hospitality in the morning and so patiently waiting for us to come back and open the door for us at night. We spread the words to all our friends and recommended this place to everyone around us who’s planning to travel to Cusco. Will definitely come back the next time we go as well!

Breakfast was lovely too and we were even offered a packed breakfast when we had to leave at 4.30 am for the Inca Trail. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we did the trek. Some people might not like that the breakfast room is not enclosed, so it was initially quite cold but with the heater on and an extra layer, it was fine. This adds to the character of the building.

This small unassuming family run hotel makes up in service and small touches what it may lack in « fanciness »! The proprietor and his son Jonah give five star service. The effort that has been made to make this place as lovely an experience as possible for their guests is to be commended. They are incredibly helpful. They had breakfast ready for us at 7:00 so we could eat and still make our train ( breakfast is from 7:00 to 9:00). The day before we found out in the middle of the night that our pickup for our tour had changed to 6:30… texted them at 2:30 in the morning to ask if they could possibly have a box breakfast for us and somehow they did!! The rooms are adequately spacious, the beds extremely comfortable with down comforters, and the bathrooms spacious with lots of counter space and showers with great water pressure and very warm water ( and I love a hot shower!)! The breakfast is the best we’ve had in our two months in South America… eggs to order, croissants and fresh bread, freshly made juice ( papi, mango or pineapple), excellent fresh fruit bowl and good strong coffee! The fresh flowers every where are also a nice touch ! I will stay here again… with pleasure! This hotel is a Cinderella…humble but with 4 star aspirations and effort !

i booked this property for the location and breakfast. they had originally told us we would get an omelette but since changed it to boxed mini sandwich cause our time was 30 mins earlier. it was pretty disappointing as they didn’t really explain it to me. as for the location, it’s directly in the city center which i expected some noise but i literally heard clubbing music until 2am. the owner and staff were very nice and amazing though.
