Amazing hotel in a fantastic location. Super walkable, train nearby, the hotel staff were amazing - very friendly and helpful, immediately took care of my luggage when I arrived and had it sent up to my room and the room was available early morning as I’d just gotten off a cruise. Would absolutely stay here again! The rooftop pool was another bonus, gorgeous spot and very much enjoyed spending late afternoons up there after walking around the city all day.

My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic stay at the QT . Situated close to Chinatown and 10 minute walk to The Marina it’s a great spot to base yourself to discover Singapore. We took full advantage of a fantastic rooftop pool and bar.

For a hotel thats only been open 3 months… it was dirty, smelt and the suites were already shabby. Not good enough. The iPad system for room service did not work, towels were ordered and never arrived, the same for ordering of the cleaning service in general. Seans Cygent restaurant was sub par with bland food. The creme caramel is not a creme caramel that would be recognised in Europe. The price is expensive for what you get even by Singapore standards.

Lovely new property. Modern and clean with great staff who are always so willing to help. Loved the relaxed vibes at the pool area. Stylish pool with cool music that was beyond relaxing but in a cool way. Loved their popcorn to nibble on. And the rooms are gorgeous. Great details throughout. The hotel is located in a convenient spot next to the Lau Pa Sat hawker center. It's also walking distance to the marina bay area. The room however needs improvement to the sound insulation. We were in room 439. It has a door to the adjacent room 438. We were able to hear the sound from that room quite clearly. The shower drainage also needs fixing. We had to keep the shower water flow low to prevent it overflow to the outside of the bath area.

This is a fantastic location as the QT is within a few blocks of the Raffles and Downtown train stations. Buses were located minutes away as well. MBS is about a 15-minute walk if you don't feel like catching public transport. The hawker market is literally on its doorstep, providing delicious food options for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack. The 7-11 is a few steps away as well. Our room was comfortable and the high ceilings made it feel spacious. The pool area is a nice place to relax, especially when it's raining. We would definitely return and also recommend the QT Singapore as a great home base.

Stayed 3 nights, was excited to check out tje new QT in Singapore. Fan of the chain overall however was dissapointed. Check kn and check out were both chaotic and uninformative. Noone ever explained how breakfast worked and we were charged for things we assumed were complimentary like a second cup of coffee and plain toast. There was contruction through out the lobby. Noone imformed us of this prior to our stay. There were not enough towels in the room. The door between rooms was broken on out end and someone couldve walked in from the ajoining room. The service was poor. Would not stay here again

Hotel staff are extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me when I had a medical issue where they helped me get a doctor at short notice, checked in on me, helped me make an international call and were flexible on check out time. I am very thankful for their support, next to the fact that it is a lovely hotel in a great location!

We stayed 3 nights. The room was very pleasant and the location of the hotel is very good. However we found the reception extremely disorganized, and were the victims of an after the fact, erroneous charge on our credit card. Checking our bank statement we discovered that a charge in excess of $1,000 was placed on the credit card we had left on file, two weeks after the end of our stay. Two weeks later we are still trying to sort this out - it appears the hotel used our credit card to pay for the expenses of another guest they had trouble collecting from! still no apologies and no refund from the hotel. Beware!

I've been on a Team incentive with my entire Team and we just loved it. The staff was not only friendly and helpful, they really have been outstanding and tried at every time to help with all our requests in the most amazing way. I lost my phone at a Taxi and got really annoyed, but they managed to handle all the steps to get it back within time. The rooms are well designed, the linen feels great and the supplies are great as well. There is a lot of love in little details of the decoration, the minibar supplies and a lot of other aspects. The Bar Team was also super helpful and gave us plenty of tips for food and drinks all over Singapore. We loved their choices and felt at any time really home and welcome. I'll definitely come back.

I was disappointed to find that my deposit was almost charged twice during check-in. It might be time to update the check-in system to prevent such issues. Aside from this, the other services were excellent. However, I would appreciate it if the bar on the first floor offered more reasonably priced options on their menu.

Easy 5 min walk to the waterfront, as hotel is about 2 blocks away from front. Interestingly one of the side roads near front of hotel does get closed for ‘Satay Street’ where the nearby undercover market expands for street food, which is a good experience and good place to eat!! This event doesn’t affect your stay inside the hotel where even with this going on outside, it is not going to keep you up and disturb your sleep etc!!

This is by far my favorite hotel in Singapore - it's a small, very high-quality boutique hotel with everything you need and extremely friendly and helpful staff. It's convenient for the business district and Marina Bay, and just across the street is the wonderful Lau Pa Sat food court, for all kinds of great Asian street food - fabulous.

Perfect location close to multiple MRT stations to get you anywhere, plus super walkable to so many amazing locations. Chinatown was my fav. Lau Pa Sat and Maxwell food centres close. Staff were always very friendly and accomodating, room is new and finished beautifully. Roof top pool is awesome. I’d definitely stay again.

We stayed for three nights at the QT Singapore. It was right across the street from the hawker stalls and public transportation was very close. On top of that, the property was absolutely beautiful. Everyone that we met was very kind and helpful for us to navigate around Singapore as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel for any travel for tourist or otherwise.

QT is a lovely hotel in a great location. Right across the street from a huge hawker center with tons of dining options. Convenience store right next door for less expensive options for snacks in your room. We didn’t use the hotel restaurant quite limited options and pretty expensive. The staff were very helpful and pleasant calling for cabs and helping us book tours. Definitely recommend staying here.

Dry nice bedroom, well decorated and furnish you can feel the soil in the details and the harmony actually. Breakfast is over priced for why is offered. Having a day old croissant served was not acceptable I this fine hotel. I let them know and they took my comment.

Grundsätzlich ein gutes Hotel. Habe ich jedoch einer 5 Sterne Kategorie entspricht halte ich für fragwürdig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets bemüht, insbesondere beim Frühstück gab es aber leider lange wartezeiten. Darüber hinaus war der frühstücksraum zu sehr heruntergekühlt so dass man stets eine Jacke mit sich führen musste. Hervorragend ist die gute Lage. Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich ein food market der 24 Stunden geöffnet hat. Marina bay und Chinatown sind fußläufig erreichbar. Auch kann man mit der U-Bahn und Bussen alle Gegenden von Singapur schnell erkunden. Leider sind die Preise in der Hotelbar exorbitant hoch und erscheinen unangemessen.

My family and I arrived early from the cruise ship. Our rooms were not ready, but that wasn't a problem because we were informed of this, and we were able to leave our bags and enjoyed some sight-seeing. My stay included breakfast, but was confused with the menu because not all items were included. I ended up skipping the beverage and when the food arrived, it appeared skimpy, and I felt dissatisfied with the experience and the food. My family in another room didn't have breakfast included, and their breakfast seemed more appealing. Most hotels that include breakfast provide a buffet breakfast, so I was initially surprised. With the cost of the room, it would be better, if all items on the menu be available, and eliminate extra fees. I was so displeased, I didn't return for breakfast again.

Awful stay from the get go. Arrived to chaotic entrance with very intrusive building and decorating taking place in lobby .Met by a rude bell boy who didn't communicate where to check in so we waited for 20mins next to the building site where he then processed the people in the queue behind us and when they pointed out to him that we were next he just dismissed us . We were eventually served by a rude receptionist who made no reference or apology for the state of the building .When she was explaining aspects of the hotel I asked her where breakfast was abs she snapped at me and told ke to wit u til she had finished speaking . So incredibly rude . we went to our room - very very small. Breakfast included is a joke - you can chose one item from the menu , anything else you have to pay for . You can have one cold drink and one hot drink only . No warning in advance that the hotel was going through significant and impactful building work - they should have let us know as we would have opted not to stay there . The fumes from the adhesive they used was strong so not pleasant sitting in the bar area so we ended up being in room . Awful place
