Hotel Europa Boutique Sevilla

This is an amazing property. The only issue was trying to find the location of the parking garage. I think a bit more clarity on the directions would have been appreciated. Otherwise, it was a beautiful hotel and you were able to walk to everything. I would highly recommend this beautiful property.

Great location for exploring the cathedral area. Car parking was a little difficult to find due to various road closures

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super zentral, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Allerdings sind die Zimmer absolut hellhörig, man hört jedes Wort und das Schnarchen von nebenan. Gleiches gilt für Geräusche von der Straße, die insbesondere am Wochenende sehr störend waren. Es soll zwar Parkmöglichkeiten geben, allerdings scheint der Parkplatz zwischen 22h-08h morgens geschlossen zu sein. Wir mussten früher als 8h zum Flughafen und konnten das Angebot somit nicht nutzen. Alternativ und etwas teurer aber ebenfalls fußläufig in der Nähe sind aber auch andere Parkhäuser.

Great central location to walk to everything, friendly and helpful staff, very nice rooms and wonderful breakfast. Close to everything! Off site parking was a bit of a hassle but to be expected in this location and the parking person was incredibly friendly.

The staff was fantastic. Very nice and helpful. Elevator was a huge plus, especially in Europe. Cute little hotel. Only issue is beds aren’t the most comfy. We could do for one night but I don’t think it be great for multiple nights or people with bad backs.

We had a good experience at Hotel Europa and would recommend it. It represents fantastic value. The location is excellent very centrally located and near restaurants, bars and mini-market. Lobby area is very nice and has an elevator. There is a bar/rest accesible from the lobby that we didn’t use but looked nice. The room space was ok for three people (3 beds) and the bathroom was big enough. It had a nice bathtub-shower with good pressure and hot water. A/C was powerful and user controlled. Room had a useful mini-fridge with few mini-bar items. Closet was average for this level of room. We had a balcony to the street that provided natural light and allowed us to sample the weather before heading out. The only thing keeping us from giving it 5-stars was the beds. They were minimally acceptable and felt a bit flimsy. The pillows were also a bit lacking. We would have preferred more or thicker pillows but we didn’t ask. They might have been available. I also had the unfortunate event of hitting my face/head on the corner of the night table as it sits slightly above the level of the mattress. I think this was due the my usual tossing and turning combined with inadequate ( for me ) pillows. This was but a minor complaint in an overall very good experience. The location allowed us to come back for “siesta” during the very hot afternoon hours where summer heat was extremely uncomfortable.

The location was great. Everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance. And plenty of great dining options nearby. The staff were wonderful, especially Alma, and Manuel (who helped with parking our car at the nearby garage). The only negative was the €22 per day charge for parking!!! Although our room was small the bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The breakfast was very good.

Nice old-fashioned hotel, right in middle of town. It would be hard to navigate and drive if only one person. You have to removed some traffic cones across the street to stop to off load. Then they help you to the parking garage about 100 meters away.

The location is excellent, you can walk everywhere. Rooms are on the small side but have everything you need and very clean. Air conditioning is excellent. I would stay again.

The hotel was in a great location. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Our tiny room #12 was off of the lobby, and soundproofing was non-existent. We could hear guests coming and going whenever we were in the room, and the volume from the reception was very loud. The sheets were clean but the rest of the bedding was dirty, particularly the white’ish coverlets on top of the bed, they were filthy! Dead flies on the bathroom floor were a bit of a turn-off too. In the morning the breakfast selection was extremely limited but it would have got us by. Only problem was that we were put off by the mold on the chocolate loaf that my husband unwrapped, which understandably put us off of eating any of the other options. Wouldn’t stay there again but would definitely look for another hotel in the same area.

This is an old hotel that has not been updated. We had a small terrace where the glass was broken. There was a sign telling us to avoid the broken glass. The bathroom was clean. The staff were very helpful. The area is very convenient to many sights.

This is not a hotel. This is a hostel !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We were informed that they are in the process of switching from hostel to a hotel. Rude person at the reception. Rooms are tiny and smelly/moldy (not even close to what was advertised on their website). When we entered the room, there was barely any room to move between the beds and the wall. The bed and matters was so horrible that it sank almost all the way to the floor. When we informed the front desk, he could care less and told us since we already paid for the room, the would not even attempt to figure out if we can get our money back. We had to looking for another hotel at 11 pm. Oh, and roads to their hotel are completely blocked so you cannot even access this hotel easily (you have to drive for about 45 mins on the wrong one way streets to figure your way out). Stay away if you can !!!!!!!!!!!

Clean property and very convenient.

The room was clean and a good size for a family. The hotel staff was very kind.

The best bit of this hotel is location, close to mostly everything you need, the surrounding atmosphere was vibrant and lively. Reception was very helpful. Room was clean, well mostly , cleaners forgot to check the bottom of bed where some socks were left by previous guest, minor issue. Bedsteads need some cushion type of thing as it makes noise while moving during sleep and I heard the same from other rooms also. BTW, they don't provide coffee inside the rooms, only teas. The bathroom was good but the door was hard to close, needs adjusting. A/c (didn't need for my stay) can blow cold air directly to your bed They need the keys to be handed over to reception each time you get in/out Breakfast was good but after couple of nights you may feel it boring. Hot food can run out if you are late as there was a single lady doing everything in the b'fast area, they don't have separate kitchen but can cook stuff using hot plate if necessary Rooms aren't very sound proof so you may hear noise from other rooms but if you sleep like a baby then won't :-) As a whole as a first timer it was a great experience in Seville and in the hotel. The hotel staff got our reservation details wrong upon check-in and check-out, his attitude was very unpleasant and we didn't feel welcomed at all. Since the hotel building is old, we could hear every conversation and shower noise from the next room. Good breakfast.

Beautiful property with amazing proximity to the city center. Yes the walls are paper thin and it gets really noisy at night since it’s surrounded by pubs and restaurants but it’s quite expected with old properties. Overall we had a great stay

Very good service and friendly staff.our room was fine but bath was very battered and needs replacing.Our room was near reception and beside lift so we heard people coming in very late at night!

Ideal for the center of Seville, we stayed just one night as attended a concert at the Plaza de España. Check in and staff excellent. The room was small but nice and we had a nice balcony, air con was great as it was really hot. Bathroom could do with a revamp and maybe a bigger shelf to put your toiletries on, but it was clean. Breakfast was good too.

Gutes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt von Sevilla. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Relativ kleine Zimmer mit ausreichendem Bad und guter Klimaanlage. Die Zimmer sind allerdings sehr hellhörig, man kann jedes Wort aus dem Nachbarzimmer verstehen.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms. Not the hotel’s fault, but lots of noise from front facing rooms at night, so request an internal facing room.

The bathroom was good but the door was hard to close, needs adjusting. A/c (didn't need for my stay) can blow cold air directly to your bed They need the keys to be handed over to reception each time you get in/out Breakfast was good but after couple of nights you may feel it boring. Hot food can run out if you are late as there was a single lady doing everything in the b'fast area, they don't have separate kitchen but can cook stuff using hot plate if necessary Rooms aren't very sound proof so you may hear noise from other rooms but if you sleep like a baby then won't :-) As a whole as a first timer it was a great experience in Seville and in the hotel. Great location, 3 minutes walk from Seville cathedral. There are numerous dining options just out of hotel door. 24 hour reception. Staff is friendly, Spanish, Portugese, English speaking, always happy to help. Room was clean with great functioning aircon. Nice breakfast. There is a room service too. Overall - I would stay here again.

Great location, safe area and walk distance to main must see. Hotel’ staff is friendly, however the hotel feels old (beds, for example, creaked a bit) bathroom not so well maintained (toilet was not totally attached to floor and moved whenever you use it), also it is weird that you have to leave your key in reception every-time you leave the hotel.

We had a great stay, really friendly and helpful staff and the hotel itself is beautifully decorated. And just a short walk from many of the Seville sights. Breakfast was good too.

People at the hotel was very nice specially the lady at the reception. The manager even helped us find the parking garage of the hotel by getting into our car since we drove to Seville and roads were closed due to construction. Hotel is close to everything walkable within 5 minutes. You will enjoy the Seville style of the hotel, very clean and spacious (we were four). We would stay here again if we happen to be in Seville in the future.

Hotel is one block from the cathedral and near dozens of restaurants. Hotel rooms are not huge but the breakfast is very good and the representatives of the hotel go out of their way to make your visit stress free. The only slight negative is the noise made by joyous partiers out in the street on the Friday and Saturday nights. I would recommend a stay there.

The location is superb. A few minutes walk from most of the main sights in old Seville. The value is very good compared to a lot of other properties. If you are looking for 5 * accommodation this is not for you. If you are looking for a good spot to rest, after a big day of sightseeing, this hotel is perfect.

its a great area, the service was excellent, i had an issue entering the shower, the pillows were terrible, the door of the room its very thin and i was right next to the lift so i could hear everyone and the breakfast its just not worthed. but over all if you need it to sleep and central, it is ok.
