I arrived at 23.00 at the bus station snd got lost, even with a taxi couldnt find this place. But if you sat Serpes, its easier to find. The room is basic like a nun's room but i didnt mind it as it was comfortable and had a sink. I felt asleep pretty quickly as i was so tired so i must have felt relaxed enough to do so, even being next to reception. You do get your money's worth as breakfast is included - cereals, breads with cheese/ham, tomato, coffee. I love the building as it had character with all the beams. Making it a memorable place to stay. The only thing is you have to share a bathroom and theres a queue in the morning as it looks like theres only 1 bathroom per floor. I waited for 20 mins for this girl to curl her hair!!! I wouls definitely stay here again as its clean, safe, very central and a bargain!

Decent for one night, but not ideal for longer stays. Our room was on the first floor right next to the shared bathroom, and unfortunately, we could hear everything throughout the night. This hostel has one bathroom per floor with around five rooms surrounding it, so noise can be an issue. The mattresses were also quite uncomfortable—definitely on the rough side. It’s manageable for a quick overnight stay, but anything longer would be tough.

It was very clean and quiet, given this is a hostel. Location is fantastic for city exploration. The bathrooms are shared with others on the same floor, which is disclosed when booking, but usually in that situation there would be more/toilets are separate from the shower rooms so be aware you may be waiting to use the bathroom.

Points positifs - reception ouverte 24h/24, donc parfait quand on arrive tard de l’autobus/train/avion ou même du bar - dejeuner inclus, donc un vrai B&B - j’ai beaucoup aimé avoir une bouilloire avec choix de the et tisane dans la chambre avec tasse en porcelaine et non en carton - terasse sur le toit pour profiter de l’apero, mais trop temperature trop chaude en pm/soiree pour bien en profiter (mais le matin ok car soleil dans l’autre sens) - pichet d’eau à l’accueil - convivialié des employés (disaient toujours Hola avec le sourire) et des autres clients de l’endroit (aide pour les bagages, le dejeuner, etc) - Ambiance d’auberge de jeunesse, mais clientele plus vieille - Bien insonoriser, on dormait bien - Air climatisé dans la chambre très efficace Points négatifs - notre reservation mentionnait breuvage de bienvenue, chose qu’on a jamais recu - les employés semblent seulement parler espagnol. The parking is a nightmare. The hotel bathroom facilities are old, but otherwise is nice! No elevator by the way! I had to carry by baggage to the 3rd floor.

L’emplacement est idéal pour explorer Séville mais il ne faut pas s’attendre à du grand luxe. Pas d’ascenseur pour les grosses valises, la paroi de douche restait dans mes mains à chaque fois que je voulais la faire glisser, la fenêtre donne sur une minuscule cour où le climatiseur ronronne, aucune insonorisation et un petit déjeuner minimaliste !

Solide Option, für etwas unter 30€/Nacht ein wirklich guter Preis. Zimmer ruhig in einen Lichthof, Badezimmer geteilt aber sauber. Tolles Gebäude. Ein kleines Frühstück gibt es obendrein gratis. Was will man mehr?

Lovely hotel, beautiful building interior. Clean tidy room with everything we needed. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Shower is really small! Rooftop terrace could do with a bit of wok.

Worst experience. I was staying right behind the reception 1st floor. There is a very small street outside but you can hear everything inside/outside. The noise from: the ladies heels, moving beds at 1am, people dropping things, truck making noise at 2:39am. The window is broken and unable to close, this is a security issue because it is a street side window. It is so difficult to bath because of the low water pressure. The toilet is from the 1940 with overhead tank and there is a vent above the water tank full of debries/dirt/rat poop. Terrible!!!

Si vous aimez un minima de propreté fuyez. Ils sont sales, pas aimables, il y a un toilette et une douches pour 4 chambres par étage, toujours pris. Eau froide dans le lavabo dans les chambre. Moisissures aux murs. Une prise dans la chambre, par terre même pas à côté du lit. Ils parlent d’un petit déjeuner, tout le monde ralait car à part deux tranches de pain à toaster il n’y a absolument rien à manger ou à boire (ah super de l’eau du robinet!). Fuyez ce taudis!

The building is situated right in the middle of the action. It was a great location. It's a quaint building. We booked a room with 3 separate beds and when we arrived were given a room with a double and single. There was no elevator and one of our party had a challenging time getting luggage up the stairs. There was an ant problem in our room and things were not clean. We had a room with a very small private bath but the communal bath was next door and the lock was so loud it woke us up all through the night.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Gemeinschaftsduschräume sind sauber. Es wäre schön, wenn die Gäste ihre Notdurft in der Toilette wegspülen würden. Ich musste es öfter ihre Visitenkarte im WC wegspülen. Es wäre sehr begrüßenswert, wenn im Zimmer mehrere Steckdosen vorhanden wären, nicht nur eine Steckdose. Die Reinigung im Zimmer erfolgte mit größter Sorgfalt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Tagsüber konnten wir uns mit Kaffee, Tee und Wasser versorgen. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal. Für Gäste mit viel Gepäck ist es empfehlenswert, ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss zu wählen. Für Gäste, die weniger Glück haben, besteht die Möglichkeit, den Koffer bis zur oberen Etage selbst zu tragen. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug.

Okay so I booked this very last minute and there was little choice of rooms in seville for a same day booking. I had booked another place intially but the dates somehow got changed from what i needed. So then I booked this place and was happy about it being cheaper than Ive spent normally on hotels. PERFECT location and in a side road which means super quiet - no noise from the commercial roads yet 10 seconds walk to them. The bed was super comfy perfect for me and the pillows were just the right depth - something even 4 star hotels get wrong. There was a soft furry blanket in the cupboard which I used as I need a blanket. It was really a comfortable clean and basic room. The downside was the amount of noise that travels from reception and foyer up to the rooms. In the morning around 6-6.30 there was immense noise, possibly linked to breakfast being set up but it sounded like metral trollies being pushed and there as much banging. Reception staff were all friendly and helpful. I would stay here again but only if the noise is less.

Location is good close to city content. Good airconditoning, wide room, clean. A little bit noisy as rooms are not well isolated from each others. Although breakfast is very basic it is included which is a plus. All in all good value.

Très bien situé en plein coeur de la vieille ville, dans une ruelle discrète et calme, dans un "palais" avec du bois à l'ancienne. Equipe super, jeune, sympa, arrangeante, j'ai pu laisser mon sac dans une salle après mon check-out pour continuer à visiter la ville sans m'encombrer, très appréciable! Peu de gens présents lors de ma venue mi juillet, donc calme dans les espaces communs, c'est agréable aussi. Un buffet à volonté le matin avec du basique mais suffisant, et des boissons qui restent disponibles toute la journée, avec aussi de la vaisselle un frigo et un micro-onde pour se faire un repas le midi et le soir... Un tarif ultra raisonnable pour une chambre avec salle de bain privée. Je recommande! Merci

These guys where amazing. We ending up showing up super late to the property (1am) due to flight delays. They were extremely helpful with getting us sorted. Upon leaving, my partner forgot her wallet in the bedroom. Unfortunately, by the time the staff found it, we were already on a train half way to Granada, with no available trains to come back to get the wallet. The staff emailed and WhatsAppes me to make sure that we knew that we left the wallet at the property and endlessly tried to help us find a solution to get the wallet back to us. Thankfully we were able to send them a DHL label and they packaged the wallet up and attached the wallet. 5/5 star service. Would 100% stay there again. Thank you so much!

Okay so I booked this very last minute and there was little choice of rooms in seville for a same day booking. I had booked another place intially but the dates somehow got changed from what i needed. So then I booked this place and was happy about it being cheaper than Ive spent normally on hotels. PERFECT location and in a side road which means super quiet - no noise from the commercial roads yet 10 seconds walk to them. The bed was super comfy perfect for me and the pillows were just the right depth - something even 4 star hotels get wrong. There was a soft furry blanket in the cupboard which I used as I need a blanket. It was really a comfortable clean and basic room. The downside was the amount of noise that travels from reception and foyer up to the rooms. In the morning around 6-6.30 there was immense noise, possibly linked to breakfast being set up but it sounded like metral trollies being pushed and there as much banging. Reception staff were all friendly and helpful. I would stay here again but only if the noise is less.

The location is excellent for getting to the sites to see, plazas to eat and shopping. The rooms are clean, however we had no outside windows, no elevator and hot water was limited. Great for younger travelers not for those wanting amenities.

Mycket centralt läge, men i stort sett omöjligt att komma ens i närheten med bil. Efter att en A/C i ett grannrum sattes igång mitt i natten, var det omöjligt att sova på grund av oljudet.

Let google maps take you there, almost impossible to find, at the end of a blind ally. Once you are inside, it's a picture of serene tranquility, so quiet and peaceful away from the hustle of the city. Welcoming friendly reception staff. Rooms are adequate for what you pay for and good essential air-conditioning. Breakfast is basic but free! Plenty other options within 2 mins walk. I was happy with the location, nice and central.

It was in the very heart of downtown Seville. The closest underground parking was a 6 minute walk from the hotel but the parking was very expensive. We paid 74 euros for 48 hours.

The way it was advertised led me to believe it was an hotel rather than a hostel, but it was ok mainly du to the staff and area which were excellent. Very well situated for all your needs and a short walking distance from the train station. The buffet breakfast was very basic and the milk for cereals was warm.

Location is good close to city content. Good airconditoning, wide room, clean. A little bit noisy as rooms are not well isolated from each others. Although breakfast is very basic it is included which is a plus. All in all good value.

The building has a lot going for it, but no one seems to see the real potential, or no one has cared in a long time. Dirty surfaces, clutter everywhere, things are broken, the place is slowly but surely falling apart. Pity because the central patio is quite spectacular. The breakfast was included but a big disappointment. I went to eat some real food somewhere else. I was glad to check out.
