Pool is well outdated (as we all know at the hotel the pool is one of the main things we spend time at, apart from the room) , disappointing that there are so many sharp tiles - especially in kid pool - there was so many kids with cuts and not small ones as they were deeply penetrated and when brought to management attention nothing done about it (still there from previous visits) nor was there any medical facilities to help clean the blood and apply antiseptic of some sort. Understand chemists/pharmacies near by but not the point, the basics should be available from hotel.

This hotel is very basic. Let's not get crazy and expect a 5-star hotel for AUD 42.00 per night (about USD 28.00). The rooms are very basic and the fittings are dated. But the room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. The grounds of the hotel are lovely although the paving needs some TLC. The pool is amazing because it is so large and deep and my friends loved the swim-up bar. Breakfast was also cheap and cheerful. Nothing elaborate but it was very nice for what we paid. The massages at the property were absolutely wonderful. The restaurant at the front of the property was very disappointing. We only went there once. It's a nice place to stay but don't expect the Ritz. You get what you pay for, right? It's cheap and cheerful...

Sadly not enough pool towels for the swimming pool. Cultural banquet entertainment was awesome, sadly not enough food at the Buffett, we missed out on a lot. Being unsure if we were to get a ground floor until we arrived, very unsettling.

Staff were lovely but the rooms seem to be getting very tired and broken, towels were scratchy and grey, pool was green and murky, phone disnt work and one of the rooms aircon was not very cold at all. Have stayed here regularly over the last few years and it really neew a re- vamp

I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay here. The staff were kind, helpful and friendly. I did need to ask for an upgrade upon check in though. I had booked a superior pool view room, which I assumed would be on the ground floor. It was not, and I can not do stairs (repeatedly) with my bad knees! The room I paid extra for (happy to do it) was called Superior Deluxe pool view! Maybe the website could make the location of the room types clearer. i.e. ground floor, level one etc. This is an older resort. Some parts are showing age, classic Bali weather damage. Doors that don't shut properly, paving that you can trip on, pool ladders that are not secure, sharp tiles and broken tiles on the pool. I think the food and drink prices were a little too high. Breakfast was very good. For the cost to stay here, it was very good value.

Its a great older place with big rooms and gym and normally pretty quiet. Unfortunately this time they played loud Guns and Roses music by the pool from 10 till 8 pm which was very annoying

The rooms were disgusting- the dirtiest and most run down rooms I’ve ever seen. The sheets were covered in stains and didn’t look clean as were the towels. The walls and ceiling were filthy. No one should be allowed to stay in that room

シャワーの水圧がよかった。お湯がでるので嬉しい。スタッフの態度はよかった。でも、宿泊日当日、冷蔵庫の中にパンパンに前の宿泊者の食べ物や飲み物が入っていた。お風呂も掃除してなくて汚かった。帰りの時に室内をチェックすると前の宿泊者の物が忘れてあった。窓が壊れていて隙間から蚊がはいってきた。

Worth the price, but the hotel has seen better days. In general I liked the hotel: Good location, lovely breakfast buffet, super friendly staff. There were, however, some down turns: a bit worn down, non-removable stains on sheets and towels+occasional holes (not dirty, per se, just old and very used) poor internet service in the rooms (which sounds like a non-problem but nowadays you need to be online for booking tours, messaging guides, etc.) I would stay here again, but then request a room nearer the lobby, so that I would reach the internet signal from my balcony.

It was a lovely stay at this hotel, it is an older property but it is in reasonable condition. The swim up pool and bar was great and the main reason I chose this hotel for my son and I to stay at! The biggest issue I had with the room was that the shower over the bath had a removable shower head that you had to take out of the wall hook, as it wasn't adjustable and if you turned on the showerhead while in that position it would spray water over the edge of the bath and saturated the bathroom floor which was then a slipping hazard and we were only provided with 2 towels no floor mat. The linen is clean and I believe they changed the beds daily, however, it seems they don't use bleach on their linen as it is quite discoloured and stained. Overall it is not bad for a midstar hotel and value for money and we enjoyed our stay but if I stay again I'll request a pool view ground floor deluxe room!

Enjoyed our time staying here, staff were always friendly but did have an issue with the hot water 🙁 some days it would take a good 10 mins to get warm, other days it would get really hot in 2 mins and a couple of days it stayed cold. House keeping was a bit hit and miss as to getting everything every day but the room was always cleaned and the bed was huge and comfortable

The room was old and air conditioner leaked constantly even after getting “fixed” and was not cold. Breakfast was good and tasty. Staff were friendly but didn’t understand us very well. I have stayed here off and on for 30 years and unfortunately probably wouldn’t stay again. Needs a total uplift. Also internet was really bad.

Hotel has great atmosphere and lovely staff but the rooms are outdated, mattress had springs sticking out, door to balcony has big gap around it letting in all the bugs. Noisy cleaners sweeping hallways at 6am in the morning.

Really friendly and helpful staff, in beautiful quiet, relaxing Balinese style resort. Great selection of food and drinks at the spacious vaulted ceiling restaurant/bar. Rooms are spacious and tidy, air conditioned and cleaned everyday. The pool and pool bar are great in the Balinese sun. Recommend any day.

The original room that was allocated to us wasn't what we booked & paid for. We had to wait another day & a half before we were allocated the room we paid for. The rooms are comfortable but in need of some maintenance / renovations. Unfortunately, the pool rules are not regulated or monitored as there was a number of occasions where the was unruly behavior left to disturb the patrons. Having said this, the staff are very friendly, as is everyone in Bali. We will be returning.

Staff were nice that’s it, take your own beach towel cause you want get a towel for the pool no matter how early you go there. They are in no hurry to fix the broken things in your room, aircon, kettle, tv, safe. The door onto my veranda was extremely hard to open two hands at least. Non existent wifi

The bar staff served alcohol to our child! They refused to accept responsibility for illegally selling alcohol to a minor (a very young looking 15 year old) The rooms were inconsistently cleaned and needed reminders to do so.

We were more than happy with this hotel. Swim up pool massage beauty options. Breakfast different each day. Walking distance to everything. The staff were soooo friendly and obliging. We would definitely stay here again.
