The rooms are clean and cozy—with the exception of a few rooms on the first floor, where a rather noticeable hum from the restaurant equipment located below may disturb some guests' sleep. The staff is exceptionally helpful and responsive. The receptionist, Laura, provided us with invaluable assistance by guiding us to the hotel over the phone when our GPS navigator failed to plot a route. During our stay, she continued to assist us, answering all our questions and offering useful tips. The front desk manager, Nuria, went above and beyond—and then some—to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible, offering us the best room. A huge thank you to the entire staff—and especially to Laura and Nuria—for making our stay so enjoyable.
