Jeg kom da jeg skulle løbe Berlin Half. Jeg var skuffet over det kun var saunaen som fungerede og ikke Spa'en. Bruserhovederne i spa området trænger meget til at blive afkalket. Da jeg bestilte, sammen med 6 andre venner, var den afgørende fakta at vi bestilte dette hotel, at der var spa. Som minimum skal man gøre opmærksom på det ved at sætte et "out of order" skilt på selve spa'en. derudover et dejligt hotel, rent, god service, god morgenmad, og gode senge og dejlige omgivelser.

Location, location, location! The property is literally adjacent to the Friedrichstraße train station where you can get to many attractions easily. In fact, most attractions are 1-3 stops away and the Berlin HBF is only 1 stop away. The bus/tram stop is also right outside the hotel door. There are restaurants, coffee shops and other conveniences across the street. We bought a 72 hour train/bus pass and went everywhere using public transportation. Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenbug Gate, Holocaust Memorial, the Reichstag, and Museum Island are all close by. The hotel bar is a nice spot to wind down at the end of the day, and it has free popcorn. The staff is pleasant and eager to please. The rooms are big for European standards. We stayed for 3 nights and very happy with choosing this hotel.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Das Personal, der Service, das Zimmer, die Lage…alles war prima. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, hier findet mit Sicherheit jeder Gast etwas Leckeres. Die Sauna ist sehr sauber, aber leider etwas lieblos. Wir würden das Hotel aber jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das NH Hotel Friedrichstrasse Berlin ist einfach super im City Centrum von Berlin gelegen. Die Anbindung für den ÖPNV ist exzellent. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Tiefgarage und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ich hätte es nicht besser treffen können. Das Einchecken war schnell und problemlos. Der Service in allen Bereichen exzellent. Die Zimmer sind nett und funktionell eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Der Zimmerservice war vorbildlich. Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt extrem zufrieden und werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch dort wieder logieren.

+ location, cleaning was ok, a junior suite was a good choice because of extra space - Our airline was on strike when we were supposed to be travelling. We got a flight for the next day and contacted a hotel about situation. A hotel didn`t give any refund from the night, which we were not using. Ok that I somehow understand, because a airline strike is not their fault. BUT why they didn`t want to make any good impression by giving some extra like a free breakfast or couple of a drink tickets? Basic customer service is quite cheap in these cases. By reciving some extra I would have been a very happy customer. Now I know, that I won`t use that hotel never again. A customer can choose. A gym is also very small. One bike, one running mattress, one multiuse machine and free weights. If you want to excercise during your stay, choose an other hotel.

Hotel was excellent, no complaints, staff very friendly and place very clean, good restaurant, again with friendly staff. Only one tiny issue was that the business suite had Macs (I am a PC person), however, the reception staff were keen to help. Good transport links.

Only 1 min walk from Friedrichstrasse train station. Warm welcome and swift check in. Amazing room - definitely worth another couple of £s to upgrade from standard to large room. Lovely sauna facility. Everywhere was spotless. Enormous choice for breakfast. Easy to get everywhere by walking or via public transport. Nice secure hotel. Everything was fabulous and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Breakfast and location are nice. However, our room had bed bugs and their bites were heavily annoying. The only response from the hotel was, they will clean the beds right after we left so that the next guests will not have the same inconvenience. Also they hoped, our next stay (seriously?) will be better. Not even a word or recognition of an apologize. Also our room safe didn’t work. Although we reported it at arrival, they did not take care at all for the whole three days of our stay.

When I checked in I was given the key for a room on the 7xx floor instead of 5xx where I was supposed to be. I could have entered someone else’s room. The front desk was very causal about this. The room was dirty with strange sticky orange and brown stains on the wall. In addition, the bottled water in the room was open was clearly opened and drank out off and the glasses had marks on them as if they had been used. The front desk shrugged this off and said oh just get a water out the minibar. They had no concern that cleaning staff didn’t thoroughly clean the room after the prior guest. The minibar was also warm and broken. Would not stay here again until the staff addresses the issues with cleanliness and hygiene.

The rooms are great, clean, well equipped and comfortable to sleep in. The lobby is welcoming and beautiful. Breakfast was excellent and with many choices of great quality food. The only drawback is that it is right next to the train station - if you are a light sleeper, this might bother you. We did request a room change for a quieter side and the staff was very accommodating and changed our room.

Well located and met quality expectations. No option offered for room not to be serviced daily which we found unusual. In room safe was prehistoric - credit card needed to secure which was impossible to operate due to how safe is installed (probably not a problem for most, who carries cash anymore?). Yummy candy to get us through the day.

This hotel has it all. Great location with transport at your doorstep. My bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were great. There was a coffee machine and a kettle to make tea which is always appreciated. The choice at breakfast is outstanding. Julius and Regina made my stay even better with their helpful friendly service. I would definitely stay here again if ever Im in Berlin.

El hotel está ubicado al lado de la estación Friedrichstraße lo cual es muy central y funcional El servicio a pesar de que no fue malo, no cumple los estándares de los otros nh que he utilizado, no hablaban español que es parte de lo que buscaba al usar una cadena española, me pareció muy costoso para el servicio recibido, la habitación es ruidosa. We had an excellent stay. Hotel is centrally located. Walking distance to many of the sights we wanted to go to. Lots of restaurants and cafe's nearby. And steps away from the subway/underground station. Very convenient for getting to and from the Airport. Special shout out to Tanja, the wonderful concierge who helped us secure tickets, gave us directions and translated for us. She was knowledgeable, friendly and just delightful.

Notre première chambre était moyenne et nous avons eu le malheur, nos cartes n'ouvraient plus la porte de notre chambre. Âpres 3 tentatives, le personnel de la réception, un monsieur gentil avait forcé de l'ouvrir et nous avions laissé nos affaires à la réception à 23h du 31 décembre. Nous avions failli louper les feux d'artifices de minuit parce qu'il y avait plus accès pour aller au site. A notre retour vers 1h, nous étions surclassés et la chambre était propre. Nous avions passé les 2 dernières nuits avec le confort. Merci aux 2 réceptionnistes de la nuit du 31.

Staff was nice, helpful, and room service was great and the breakfast was tasty. Staff spoke English well too which is a big plus for us travelers. Everything is close to this hotel, including the Friedrichstraße train station which can take you to any cool part of Berlin you want to go, but it's not really needed as much of the cool things are within walking distance. There's a Rossmannn, which seemed very much like a Walgreens or CVS for those Americans out there, right across the street to get any essentials you want if you need them. Only sort of criticism I have, I guess, is that it should be a bit more clear on who can use the breakfast/restaurant or whatever is downstairs by the lobby. The £24.9 fee you pay for breakfast is for the room service breakfast, not for that restaurant, which has its own fee from my understanding. Again, it's not really a complaint and I'm pretty sure it was explained to me whenever I checked in but I never picked up on it if it was. Definitely staying there again when I come back to Berlin.

Shopping area around the hotel is wonderful and there are plenty of great dining places. Rooms are very clean but the main road is quite noisy especially for the trains and traffics. Thus, I requested a new room and the staff helped me with pleasure. Transportation is very comfortable.

We came to Berlin for the marathon and loved staying at the NH Collection Berlin! It was clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was absolutely incredible, with a wide variety of options! I wish I had known the breakfast was so good so that I could have purchased breakfast when I booked the room. The location is also perfect (centrally located) with a train stop right across the street and so much within walking distance.

Excellent facility. If anything, for a 4-star hotel, I would expect a full restaurant. It has an informal cafeteria open for breakfast and lunch, that doubles up as a dining area at night. Other than that, excellent facility and staff.

Check in was fast since information was given before I arrived. Further information was explained by the staff such as the Hotel Property Tax. Room was kept clean everyday. Breakfast was the same everyday, salad, breads, fruits etc. The refrigerator in my room was working. Location was good as the metro station (S-Bahn) is very near the Hotel and Tram car and U-Bahn is Infront of it. There are many bakery shops around and also a supermarket nearby.
