Pessima desde o começo. Inicialmente não fomos atendidos como nosso status nos proporciona, não nos foi oferecido upgrade em nenhum dos quartos muito menos drinks, etc. O estado geral do hotel é dos quartos e sofrível. Em um dos dias o staff estava tão reduzido que não era possível fazer sequer pedido no restaurante, mais de 1 hora antes do horário de fechamento. Também não facilitaram o checkout, mesmo tendo sido avisado na noite anterior que no dia seguinte, ao menos uma das unidades teria late checkout.
