Excellent location - you can walk a little trail straight to the beach or be at the cute downtown with stores and food within 3 minutes. The room was nice and very spacious. On-site free laundry too!! Underground free parking with a locked gate. All in all a great stay.

Some feedback: A long-handle pot scrubber would be good for cleaning mugs, etc. The kitchen needs a stove with pots and pans for cooking. A few more cooking utensils would be good. One sharp knife and a chopping board were minimal. The spa pool was at 28 degrees during the entire holiday. Families were using the spa and jumping out. The staff knew about it and said it was set to 39 degrees, but nothing was done to get it working correctly. Rook was clean and tidy. Guests were smoking dope on their veranda, which bothered everyone else in the establishment. The whole building should be smoke-free. Ash trays are in the rooms so this is not a smoke free building.

I like the spaciousness of the rooms, balcony and privacy The convenience of walking to town and beach BBQ and pool area, laundry and other amenities Underground, secure parking Decor a little tired and dated, however comfortable and had all the amenities you would want when away from home (Also bathrooms could accommodate those with ambulant needs). Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

It did the trick for my 5 nights in Byron. The bed was nice and big and suuuuper comfy! There was a heat pump there for when the nights got chilly. The shower was nice and big and the balcony was pretty awesome, over looking the pool. Only thing I would say is that it is lacking in amenities and things in the kitchenette and was also pretty dirty. The floors needed a vacuum and a mop and my toilet had skid marks left over in it that hadn't been scrubbed. The cleaners need to make a little bit more effort to make the place feel clean and cozy. It's not cheap to stay here so those down falls were a little disappointing. But it was in a great location too, so overall was happy enough.

Great location, loved the proximity to the beach and town. No late checkout option but could leave suitcases. Room smelt of damp. Previously read reviews about it being noisy, we didn’t experience this.

Liked the comfortable bed. The unit was clean and was grateful to have a kitchen. Would have liked a few more basic kitchen tools. The surrounds were quiet, and I didn’t notice any road noise. Good to be able to walk out the back gate and access the beach.

Perfectly situated hotel within walking distance to the heart of Byron Bay. A good sized room, with a well appointed kitchen, a modern and spacious bathroom, and to top it off, a very comfortable bed. Exceeded my expectations and would happily book again!

Our room and the property constantly reeked of cigarette smoke. We couldn’t leave our door open as someone was chain-smoking on the deck upstairs. Even with the air conditioner on and the door closed, smoke would find a way into our room. Our room was also the first in the building and the hallways are not soundproof. People would wake us coming home from the night entertainment spots.

The air conditioner didn’t work after letting them know and was told they would get someone in to fix it nothing was done luckily the maintenance guy was on duty when we came back and he did get us a portable aircon but was too noisy to sleep with. Very uncomfortable humid conditions with no aircon made it a sleepless 3 nights

A great location. A clean, comfortable room with all your needs met. It was super convenient to have access to pool towels and help yourself to top ups of coffee and change of tea towels etc. Staff were warm and welcoming, especially Jacinta who was super helpful and friendly. A great stay!

Travellers beware ! DO NOT STAY here ! Especially solo female travellers. Firstly the check in experience was horrendous, asked for my license and credit card then took a photo on his phone ! Suddenly the Chinese host had poor English and could not understand me, I asked him to delete and explained its fraud to do what he did and he just mumbled to himself . Next day a German man entered my apartment, the host gave him a key to my room ! Walked downstairs and didn’t even get an apology. Will be requesting a refund . Don’t stay here - the rooms are also dated and hot clean

Rummet var stort rymligt med liten balkong och hade det mesta man kunde önska sig. Det låg perfekt och man kunde gå in till Byron på 5 minuter. Stor parkering under hotellet var jättebra. Det enda negativa var att det nu är ett stort byggprojekt vid sidan om hotellet vilket kan väcka en på morgonen.

We loved how close the accomodation was to town, while being enough out that it was pretty quiet. The room was really good, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. We also really enjoyed the pool and the back gate access to the beach. Would recommend to anyone to stay here.
