My first time at a Four Seasons and it did not disappoint! However, if you're going now (April 2023) beware that the pool is NOT OPEN and under renovation. I was devastated when I got there because we had booked an extra few days just to relax by the pool. But, the staff was amazing and arranged for me to have a pool day at the other Four Seasons in Cairo that was only 7 minutes away. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

While the property is fantastic, with many dining options and facilities, it is the staff that make the four seasons nile plaza exceptional. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be staying here again when visiting Cairo.

World class hotel, all the amenities on offer as one would expect from the Four Seasons. The surrounding area is a little edgy but apart from visiting sites on private tours, there is little reason to leave the hotel.

The service and attention to detail are remarkable. They worked with us to get dinner reservations despite limited availability. We used their spa and workout facilities which were also first class. Best place we have stayed in all of Egypt.

Visited during March 2022 during COVID-19, felt very well taken care of, used room service, was very happy, pizza was amazing, the front desk staff was helpful, forex bank ATM on premises, very good security at the gate.

Simply perfect! Every single staff member is friendly, accomodating and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable and quality of the service provided exceptional. Restaurant options are wonderful! I also highly recommend their breakfast - the buffet offers absolutely anything you'd need. The The gym is also very well equipped. The only point for the ladies is that I do not recommend the beauty salon in Beyman (attached to the hotel). The manicurist was rude, their nail polish collection does not seem to be of good quality and the hygiene was poor.

I have been to great hotels all around the world but this one stands out. First, it is beautifully decorated and designed. Second, the service is better than any I have seen in 10 countries. The bed and pillows are the most comfortable gift at the end of a tiring day of sight seeing. The bathroom is elegant and beautiful. Even the toilet has a water jet. The cleaning staff cleans twice a day and are so considerate. There 9 restaurants and lounges in the hotel and all are wonderful. We chose to eat exclusively at the hotel. Security is very tight and one feels very safe there. The sashimi was incredibly fresh and the fusion dishes of Bullona restaurant was delicious. The prices are expensive but in comparison to New York and Miami or Europe, it is much cheaper. All in all, it was one of the finest stays I have had, and I have been to 5 star hotels in Dubai, Paris, Rome, New York, Venice. This is truly a memorable hotel.

This is the priciest hotel in Cairo; but you have no where to relax outside of your hotel room. We actually went to Ritz Carlton on our final day to enjoy it pool. On the 2nd day at Four Seasons, we smelled cigarette seeping from the hallway. We called and was assured we were on a non-smoking floor. On the 3rd day, we found cigarette butt on the hallway and took a photo to show to the manager; on the 4th day, the cigarette butt was still there; we took another photo. We are very disappointed with this property.

As always, this stay was such a treat. The property is lovely, expansive, and very central, with a large variety of dining options. I was in town for two nights before traveling to their Sharm property for a weeklong stay. The real highlight of the stay is, unsurprisingly, the amazing staff. Our drop off and in-room check-in were well-coreographed and well-executed. The thoughtful touches from housekeeping are always delightful too (e.g., bookmarks in my books, a Four Seasons-branded cloth for my glasses, etc.). The concierge was magnificent and endlessly helpful. We mentioned in passing that my traveling companion had some stomach issues (the kind you dread getting abroad), and the concierge had the pharmacy deliver medicine for my friend, and later called the room to offer complimentary chicken soup and chamomile tea. The next night, we dined at Byblos, and the staff there were standouts too. My companion was still dealing with stomach issues and couldn't finish his dinner, so the manager took the plate off our check and gave my friend a complimentary pot of chamomile tea (all without being asked). Everyone knew or quickly memorized our names and every member of the staff was all smiles at all times. It was the same standard of excellence all across the board. Overall another strong showing by the Four Seasons (most recently I spent a week at their property in Florence, if that's helpful context for my standard of comparison here). Staff was very attentive to all our needs. Very courteous staff. Airlines lost our bags so we had to wait two days to get the bags. The hotel gave us a duffel bag with all the essentials we would need while waiting for our luggage to arrive. Included toiletries, t shirt (different sizes), shorts , hat, socks, deodorant etc. Will definately stay here again.

I like the name and legacy. I didn’t like the furniture that needs upgrading within 2-3 years, I didn’t like room service that needed a new menu and chef, I didn’t like the relative lack of training of staff at concierge and overall. I didn’t like being told all restaurants open until 1 am when only two were open. I didn’t like the smell of the cigar room reception. I didn’t like the Lebanese restaurant Zaitouni; it should be replaced immediately.

The rooms and service is outstanding as you will expect from a four seasons hotel. The views from the balcony was breathtaking. However the Christmas lunch had no entertainment and was a dull experience for us as we chose the hotel for this reason .
