$20 per night for parking at the motel, no in room dining, elevators unable to take you straight to the carpark from level 9, cigarette butts in the garden out the front we picked them up and give them to concierge to put in the bin, room we booked was for 2 x single beds when we arrived only a double bed - concierge arranged another room but no help with baggage. 2 night stay towels were changed in bathroom and rubbish removed but beds were not made up which we thought was rather weird but we can live with it !!!!

The hotel location was convenient. However the room was very dated and the pool was less than ideal located down fire stairs. When using the kitchen to make breakfast, the smoke alarm triggered as the ventilation was poor.

Ok accomodation, great location. Gym was in need of an update. And noise from neighbours was loud. Paid for parking only to be told if I leave the car park there may be no spaces on return.

We could have chosen a cheaper option, but decided to stay here because it had an indoor pool for the kids. Unfortunately, we were never informed in advance that the pool heater was out of order, making the water too cold for the kids to swim. When we brought this up, the staff were unhelpful and offered no compensation. The rooms also didn’t match the photos—they were old, worn, and felt very budget. Better customer service might have helped make up for some of the issues, but overall, we did not enjoy our stay.

Although a bit dated, this is a reasonably priced hotel that is in easy walking distance to the cbd shops and restaurants. Underground parking, but some parking spaces are really hard to get in and out of - our tip is to turn left upon entering and head to B2 as it’s not such a tight squeeze there. The buffet breakfast was great value!

The staff were exceptionally helpful and firendly. I swam in the 'heated' indoor pool and it was quite cool but refreshing. Room comfortable, safe and quiet with everything I needed for weekend stopover. Many thanks!

Excellent accommodation place to stay. Very friendly helpful staff, fast check-in, onsite secure parking. The room was very tidy and comfortable, extremely spacious apartment style. The restaurant breakfast was a great addition. Very close to the tram transport options or a short walk to city and nearby shops and restaurants.

Except for the original staff member who signed me in, I found the rest unapproachable. The coffee guy in the lobby was extremely rude when I asked for 4 coffees at 9:45am and was told he’d already cleaned the machine so couldn’t make them. Supposed to be open until 10am The bathroom had mould on the walls.

Bathroom a little outdated, the windows were thin and we could hear cars, people, traffic. Maintenance needs to be done on fly screens on balcony door. There was a hole in the wall right of the atV screen, the curtains were stained, there were marks on the walls. Kitchen was well appointed.

Property is very run down. The room is outdated and so are the bathrooms. The couches were opd and faded, the walls were dirty.Our bathroom had a severe leak when showering. Water from under the bath drain made its way to the carpet outside and soaked the floor. Property is very central in Braddon. However, the hotel is not very safe. We noticed that there is no need to use the swipe card to access the levels once your inside. Being a Accor facility, we honestly thought it would be a clean place, we were disappointed. I did share my feedback with the feont desk and showed photos of our concerns

It was very dirty and shabby! Cons: Bathroom broken and dirty - grim. Swimming pool cold and dirty and access to it dark and dangerous to a woman on their own. Windows dirty with draft and condensation Poor daily cleaning - bin not emptied and cups not cleaned with poor bed making. Shower lukewarm and in the bath. Someone’s toothbrush left in shower. Very low standard hotel, I’d liken it to a run down UK holiday Inn. Pros: Reception staff friendly Really gross! Nothing like the Avenue next door where my friends stayed. I chose it fir the pool which was a joke.

It was close to the bus stop. It was a large room. No one came to clean out the room until the 3rd day. Even then, they only emptied the trash and left a new bathmat and added some coffee packages. They didn't take the used coffee cups left on the bathroom sink or remake/change the bed sheets. It was just okay.

Went down for a football (soccer) international and a visit to a few museums. Staff were very friendly and helpful to the point of finding me a phone charger and a bottle opener when I had forgotten mine. Aircon was a little noisy whirring away during the evening. Good that it was a few blocks away from the main centre so noise levels outside were minimal. Overall a good stay.

Very convenient location, and was pleasantly surprised to have a room with a separate kitchen, bedroom and laundry facilities. While it's not the most modern it was comfortable and would consider staying there again.

The staff were amazing 👏. There was a minor mistake with my request that the rest of my family members didn't have an issue with but the lovely receptionists offered to fix it more than once and made sure we didn't have any problem. The location is excellent! We went for a walk and had dinner, everything we needed was very close which is great!

Ideal location although quite noisy. Very expensive breakfast, food had not been refilled when we ate at 8.45 so options were limited, would be better to try a cafe as what we had just wasn’t worth what we paid. Staff were pleasant and helpful

We were upgraded to apartment suites which were very spacious. Breakfast was enormous! Staff very kind. Two things though, we thought that there would be dining options in the hotel but there weren’t and why were there no face towels?

The breakfast was VERY disappointing and not worth the money that they charge. The restaurant had 1 person in attendance, running out of food at the buffet every time after 3 or more people entered. Everything was cold, the cups were dirty, etc, etc. Regret paying for breakfast to be included!
