Rommet var ok men hadde vond lukt hver gang vi kom inn. Dårlig rengjøring og ofte ikke påfyll av vann, såpe mm. Vennlig personale og god frokost. Grei plassering mht. serverdigheter, rest.mm. God wifi. Alltid ledige heiser. Dårlig sydtem med solsenger ved bassenget, du måtte be om solseng som ble plassert ved bordene på rest. Plass til max 4 solsenger på restauranten.

Wonderful one night stay (with a day rate extension to cover an early arrival). Perfectly located to allow for lots of walking exploration of Casablanca’s city centre and a lovely rooftop lounge and terrace with great city views.

The house keeping would enter the room w/o notice. The pool area was occupied for a private party after 5pm, we couldn't use it, on the day of check out house keeping entered again the room at 8am.. the mattress is very uncomfortable, they have a layer which looks like a quilt, super soft and inappropriate. We do not recommend this hotel, it is not worth what we paid.

Location and staff were great; however, I did knock down one star because the pool closes extremely early (6pm) so that they can open up for dinner service. Had I seen this before booking, I would not have done so. Upon checking in I was given later hour (730pm) so it was very confusing when I tried to go swim at 630pm. I had tours planned the next morning so I was never able to use the pool.

The staff was amazing. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary, and they decorated our room with rose petals and got us a delicious chocolate cake. The gym and rooftop pool with bar and restaurant with citywide views were fabulous.

A deux pas du tram. Petit déjeuner suffisant. Personnel accueillant souriant prêt à rendre service. Service de chambre pour le changement de serviettes mauvaise note car oubli plusieurs fois une serviette ou un tapis et puis un jour plus rien… une fois demander à la réception problème réglé. Joint de la douche usé donc plus du tout d’étanchéité, sol trempé, fuite au niveau du lavabo. Le groupe accor n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles même s’il y a une piscine au dernier étage avec un SPA et massage pas du tout efficace et la durée n’est pas respectée. Et pas d’explication pour le fonctionnement du hammam. Dommage pour le groupe accor encore une foi déçus ce n’est plus ce que c’était.

we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The hotel staff are very courteous and polite. The executive room is very nice, super clean and comfortable. Room service for early breakfast was excellent. The best service ever. I like everything about this hotel. highly recommended and will stay there again when I go to Casablanca.

My husband and I stayed at the Movenpick Hotel Casablanca from 9/28/2023-10/12/2023 and our stay was unpleasant. The hotel is FAR from a 5-star rating and not on par with other luxury hotels in the area. Some of the problems we encountered are as follows: Decor was outdated and looks like it has not been renovated since it opened. Walls and ceilings were white with black smudges (dirt). Overall appearance was not inviting. Our room was quite spacious (this was the only positive). Housekeeping was inconsistent with cleaning. We constantly had to call to get towels or soap that were not replenished during cleaning. Wifi/internet services in the hotel were terrible. Most of the time the televisions did not work because the bandwidth was too low for the feed. Customer service was severely lacking and the concierge desk was useless! The food in the hotel was atrocious. The food was so bad that we went to the Four Seasons Hotel when we wanted to dine in a hotel. We met with the General Manager a few days before we were to head home. We pointed out all of the problems we encountered and let him know how disappointed we were with our stay. He tried to provide us options to make our remaining few days more pleasant but the options were more of the same. We demanded that we not be charged for charged for a $490 upgrade and he complied. This hotel has a long way to go before it truly reaches 5-star status. Do not bother with this hotel. Book with the Four Seasons instead!

I stayed at this hotel for five days while in morocco. The pictures online made it seem like it was a five star hotel. The first room, I entered, stunk horribly of cigarette, smoke and urine. I called the reception and asked to move. They sent me to another room. That room also stunk horribly of cigarette smoke. Finally, at two in the morning, I couldn’t deal with cigarette smoke smell and didn’t want to be a pain in the ass but I had to call and ask for a different room since I couldn’t breathe. Finally, they put me in a room on the 14th floor, that was free of cigarette smoke. The room was very nice but the carpets were absolutely filthy, dark stains all over it. In the mornings, I woke up to doors slamming one after another, and I mean, slamming. I looked my door and saw it was a housekeeper going in and out of the rooms cleaning. Also, to note, there are no English channels on the television here. There are lots of channels, but nothing with English at all. The breakfast buffet was good and the pool was very nice but all together I would not recommend this place, and would not stay here again. the pool also closes very early for the dinner guests so that was a bummer.

The staff and service were great. Every single staff member was happy to help greeted us every time and were very attentive of our needs. The 16th floor view was great ande the food and service were awesome. Location is good. The hotel is very outdated and the carpets needed to be replaced years ago. There was a musty smell that triggered my allergies. Overall good for our two night stay but wouldn’t recommend to stay longer.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff, they were all perfect and welcoming. The location was perfect, not enough choice for gluten-free breakfast. Not enough choice for juice at breakfast and not cold enough. The curtains in the very old rooms don't block out the light in the morning. The windows don't block out the sound of car horns. The room cards deactivate quite regularly, it's awful to go downstairs and wait to re-enter your cards.

I stayed at this hotel in Casablanca and was initially impressed with the room's beautiful decor. I had requested birthday decorations and a bottle of champagne, which were nicely arranged—but I paid for both, as well as for late check-out upon arrival. I was told I received a complimentary upgrade, but it appeared to be part of the birthday setup I had arranged and paid for. Unfortunately, there was ongoing construction on the same floor during my stay. I was woken up multiple times by loud noise and called the front desk twice to report it, but nothing was resolved. When I mentioned this during check-out, the associate simply asked, “Did you notify anyone?” despite my earlier calls. No follow-up or solution was offered. I also explained that I couldn’t use the late check-out I paid for due to the long travel time back to Marrakech airport. I asked for a refund, showed the messages exchanged with the hotel, but the associate didn’t understand and no resolution was provided. I had to leave without a refund, as the process was taking too long. Lastly, I paid the deposit in cash, which was accepted, but since it wasn’t traceable via bank, I have no proof of that transaction. The hotel has potential, and the room was lovely, but poor communication and lack of support significantly impacted my stay.

This is a biz hotel, but if you ask they can book you trips and direct you to folks that can get you to the sights. So not a bad travel hotel. Safe. Well Run. Food better than average. Breakfast is great (always include it). Tubs gigantic.

Overall appearance was not inviting. Our room was quite spacious (this was the only positive). Housekeeping was inconsistent with cleaning. We constantly had to call to get towels or soap that were not replenished during cleaning. Wifi/internet services in the hotel were terrible. Most of the time the televisions did not work because the bandwidth was too low for the feed. Customer service was severely lacking and the concierge desk was useless! The food in the hotel was atrocious. The food was so bad that we went to the Four Seasons Hotel when we wanted to dine in a hotel. We met with the General Manager a few days before we were to head home. We pointed out all of the problems we encountered and let him know how disappointed we were with our stay. He tried to provide us options to make our remaining few days more pleasant but the options were more of the same. We demanded that we not be charged for charged for a $490 upgrade and he complied. This hotel has a long way to go before it truly reaches 5-star status. Do not bother with this hotel. Book with the Four Seasons instead!

I stayed at this hotel for five days while in morocco. The pictures online made it seem like it was a five star hotel. The first room, I entered, stunk horribly of cigarette, smoke and urine. I called the reception and asked to move. They sent me to another room. That room also stunk horribly of cigarette smoke. Finally, at two in the morning, I couldn’t deal with cigarette smoke smell and didn’t want to be a pain in the ass but I had to call and ask for a different room since I couldn’t breathe. Finally, they put me in a room on the 14th floor, that was free of cigarette smoke. The room was very nice but the carpets were absolutely filthy, dark stains all over it. In the mornings, I woke up to doors slamming one after another, and I mean, slamming. I looked my door and saw it was a housekeeper going in and out of the rooms cleaning. Also, to note, there are no English channels on the television here. There are lots of channels, but nothing with English at all. The breakfast buffet was good and the pool was very nice but all together I would not recommend this place, and would not stay here again. the pool also closes very early for the dinner guests so that was a bummer.

The staff and service were great. Every single staff member was happy to help greeted us every time and were very attentive of our needs. The 16th floor view was great ande the food and service were awesome. Location is good. The hotel is very outdated and the carpets needed to be replaced years ago. Centrally located, friendly staff, sisnt try the restaurants. But one thing i would lile the mabagement t9 rectify or fix is the bathtub. It is about 18 to 20 inches from the floor and getting in and out of it without a support, which there is none, would be difficult for older people, children to get in and out of the shower.

I stayed at this hotel in Casablanca and was initially impressed with the room's beautiful decor. I had requested birthday decorations and a bottle of champagne, which were nicely arranged—but I paid for both, as well as for late check-out upon arrival. I was told I received a complimentary upgrade, but it appeared to be part of the birthday setup I had arranged and paid for. Unfortunately, there was ongoing construction on the same floor during my stay. I was woken up multiple times by loud noise and called the front desk twice to report it, but nothing was resolved. When I mentioned this during check-out, the associate simply asked, “Did you notify anyone?” despite my earlier calls. No follow-up or solution was offered. I also explained that I couldn’t use the late check-out I paid for due to the long travel time back to Marrakech airport. I asked for a refund, showed the messages exchanged with the hotel, but the associate didn’t understand and no resolution was provided. I had to leave without a refund, as the process was taking too long. Lastly, I paid the deposit in cash, which was accepted, but since it wasn’t traceable via bank, I have no proof of that transaction. The house keeping would enter the room w/o notice. The pool area was occupied for a private party after 5pm, we couldn't use it, on the day of check out house keeping entered again the room at 8am.. the mattress is very uncomfortable, they have a layer which looks like a quilt, super soft and inappropriate. We do not recommend this hotel, it is not worth what we paid.

I’m not happy with the hotel’s recent attitude. I made the reservation through Hotels, but I booked the wrong dates by mistake. I realized this when I came to the hotel and I made another reservation with the new dates. I asked for a cancellation, but they said they wouldn’t refund the payment. This is really not nice. This is not my first time staying at this hotel, so what they did was quite disappointing. This is my last time to stay here.

Il est important de noter que j'ai déboursé 4 000 dirhams pour deux nuits, ce qui en fait l'un des hôtels les plus onéreux de Casablanca à ce tarif. Compte tenu de ce niveau de prix, nous nous attendions à un établissement de haut standing. Malheureusement, cela n'a pas été le cas, hormis le problème d'accessibilité en fauteuil roulant dans la chambre, qui a été résolu le deuxième jour.. Le soir de notre arrivée, nous avons dîné à la terrasse de votre restaurant. Nous sommes arrivés à 20h45 et avons été servis à 22h30. Ce délai d'attente est inacceptable pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, surtout au vu du prix payé (800 dirhams). Notre première chambre, bien qu'elle ne soit pas accessible aux fauteuils roulants, ne répond pas aux normes d'une chambre d'hôtel cinq étoiles. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, they were all perfect and welcoming. The location was perfect, not enough choice for gluten-free breakfast. Not enough choice for juice at breakfast and not cold enough. The curtains in the very old rooms don't block out the light in the morning. The windows don't block out the sound of car horns. The room cards deactivate quite regularly, it's awful to go downstairs and wait to re-enter your cards.

We hebben een goed verblijf gehad. Mede dankzij de vriendelijke en welwillende personeel om het zo goed mogelijk te doen. (tijdens ontbijt: Maryam, Fatima Zahra, Khalid, Fouad en Yasser) We hebben wel enkele verbeterpunten: - Onderhoud laat te wensen over Enkele voorbeelden: toilet bij de lobby: prullenbak is verroest en functioneert niet goed. Scherpe randjes tegels in het zwembad waaraan je kan snijden. Schroeven los bij zonnescherm, ramen zijn smerig en geruime tijd niet schoongemaakt. - Ontbijt is gevarieerd, maar op enkele punten niet 5 sterren waardig bijvoorbeeld geen verse jus d’orange, maar sap uit een pak. - Enkele dagen waren onze kamers niet tijdig schoongemaakt en ook geen handdoeken klaargelegd. Pas na 18:00 en na verzoek bij receptie werd dit pas gedaan. We verwachten dat de kamers voor 15:00 uur (inchecktijd) gereed zijn. Hopelijk worden bovenstaande punten opgepakt, zodat de volgende keer ons verblijf positief kunnen beleven.

The hotel was in a business district with no restaurants in easy walling distance. There is a nice park about 5 blocks away. The breakfast was very good and took care of most of my calorie requirements for the day. I took tours from the hotel and usually ate when on tour.

Wrote a review on google as well as your check-in review so will not repeat. In a nutshell this hotel is 3 stars at best. Do not recommend if u r looking for a 5 star experience. Set your expectations for a 3 star hotel if u have actual experienced 5 stars
