Die Tiefgarage ist sehr schmal, worUf auch an der Einfahrt hingewiesen wird. Wäre nicht das Thema gewesen, jedoch wir es erschwert in der Ausfahrt und durch eine Reling am Boden. Wem die Felgen lieb sind bitte meiden und idealerweise für Autos kleiner Golf geeignet.

The biggest iek for me was rhey had construction going on and it really annoyed me.At one point they woke me up at 6am after i usd beeon a night out. I wasn't best pleased. Never had my room cleaned in the four days i was there. No air-conditioning in the room. It was hot. I was given a fan but it was not effective.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral und ist gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind für den Preis angemessen und sauber. Das Personal war beim Check in behilflich.Der Kaffeeautomat in der Lobby funktionierte nicht und der Snackautomat war leer. Ansonsten top!

Easy and access convenient access to downtown and sights. Great breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, there was minor vandalism to our rear windshield wiper while it was parked in the hotel underground parking garage. Wide cars beware when parking!!!! Overall, the hotel was great.

The hotel is good in terms of price, location and room cleanliness. I have given a negative overall score however for the following reasons… a) The automatic check in did not work. b) Emails sent to the hotel were not answered. c) The hotel is currently undergoing major renovation/reconstruction until about August 2025. The noise during daytime working hours is therefore unbearable. No information about this work is provided on the hotel website and I accordingly feel deceived. There is also a major building site at the property next door. On a more positive note, I would consider using the place again in the future…but only when the entire reconstruction has been completed. In its current state it’s not worth it unfortunately.

Zimmer war neu renoviert. Bett bequem. Zimmer insgesamt recht klein, für eine Person ausreichend. Kein Stauraum vorhanden ist Nachteil. Aktuell noch Baulärm durch Umbau. Der Check-in ist nebenan im Hotel, was aufgrund von 3 Mails vorher (Self-Check-In) dann doch etwas verwirrend ist. Aktuell wird auch noch an der Straßenbahn ums Eck gebaut, daher SEV. Hotel ist dann nicht mehr so gut erreichbar.

Die Zimmer sind etwas heruntergekommen und in der Toilette ist die ganze Zeit das Licht an. Die Wände sollten neu gestrichen werden. Und das Hotel sollte etwas gegen die Raten beim Parkhaus machen. Das ist wirklich eklig!! Überall ist Ratenkot. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte auch nicht. An der Straße ist es wirklich laut. Der Service Automat, wo ausdrücklich in der Anzeige geworben wird, das es dort Snacks gibt, war ganz leer, die ganze Zeit über. Eine Woche war ich dort und muss sagen, es gibt viel schönere Hotels in der Nähe für einen ähnlichen Preis.

Only one machine for check ins and the expedia bookings didn’t show up so after a hour of waiting for other guests to check in, had go to desk of the connected traditional hotel to check in. Plumbing smelled awful in the shower room. Close to the hospital so ambulances will go by. Elevator was broken. Mattress was not the best. Reading lights did not work. All around super budget hotel but cheap.

Room hadn’t been cleaned, fruit & water still on the table plus bin hadn’t been emptied. Bits of rubbish on the floor too. Plus the electronic check in wouldn’t allow me access although I had the correct code so had to go to the neighbouring hotel to sort it. At least the a/c worked although noises.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect — close to the city center, public transport, and several nice restaurants. Overall, it was a pleasant and stress-free experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for both short and long stays!

Super sauber, nagelneu, interessant dekoriert, mit Klimaanlage. Leider sehr dunkel (das Licht ist nicht ausreichend). Es gabt eine Nacht kein warmes Wasser. Das Personel war kaum hilsbereit oder lösungsorientiert aber freundlich. Erst nach ca 20 Minuten habe ich einen Zimmer mit Warmwasser gekriegt

I enjoyed the buffet breakfast but not tbe fact that for tbe first day and a half my room 513 airconditioner was blowing hot air. It was only after conplaining three times that i was offered another room 313, where the airconditioner worked perfectly. Otherwise my experience at The Darmstadt was good.

...für ein Paar ist Bad offen neben dem Bett nicht ideal. Matratzen waren recht hart. Die Lage allerdings ist sehr zentral und der Preis ist sensationell günstig! Das Frühstück im Hotel nebenan war gut und reichlich!

Das Felix Hotel ist vergleichsweise günstig und ist nicht weit von der Innenstadt und vom Klinikum entfernt. Luxus darf man hier nicht erwarten. Alles ist einfach gehalten. In Punkto Sauberkeit darf man nicht so genau hinsehen. Die Lampen am Bett funktionierten nicht. In der Dusche ist es sehr eng. Bei offenem Fenster ist es sehr laut, durch die 4spurige Straße. Wenn eine Zimmer Reinigung gewünscht wird, muss dies am Vortag angemeldet werden.

Das Felix Hotel ist vergleichsweise günstig und ist nicht weit von der Innenstadt und vom Klinikum entfernt. Luxus darf man hier nicht erwarten. Alles ist einfach gehalten. Der automatische Check in hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert, wenn nicht zufällig andere Hotel Gäste gekommen wären und uns informiert hätten, dass man im Hotel 2 Häuser weiter einchecken kann, wären wir wahrscheinlich nie auf das Zimmer gekommen. Die Dame im Hotel The Darmstadt am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Wieder drüben, mussten wir feststellen, dass es nur 1 Kissen, 1 Handtusch obwohl für zwei Personen gebucht war, Sauberkeit - naja da ist auch noch viel Verbesserungspotenzial - meine Reklamation diesbezüglich wurde leider nicht professionel aufgenommen

Der automatische Check in hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert, wenn nicht zufällig andere Hotel Gäste gekommen wären und uns informiert hätten, dass man im Hotel 2 Häuser weiter einchecken kann, wären wir wahrscheinlich nie auf das Zimmer gekommen. I had a confirmed and prepaid reeervation for 2 nights but I could not check-in automatically because of problems with the machine. An incapable and unhelpful desk staff blocked my access to the hotel whoke trying ti check me in. He offered me no alternative but leaving the hotel and finding another accomodation in the night. Not even yet received the reimbursement. Stay away!

Plumbing smelled awful in the shower room. Close to the hospital so ambulances will go by. Elevator was broken. Mattress was not the best. Reading lights did not work. All around super budget hotel but cheap.

Ein gutes Budget-Hotel und für eine Übernachtung vollkommen ausreichend. Ich hatte ein Zimmer von der Hauptstraße weg zum Innenhof. Somit war das Zimmer recht ruhig. Zur Hauptstraße wäre es sicher lauter gewesen.

The hotel was better than I expected for the value. It was clean and the service was very friendly. The only thing that I thought was expensive was the breakfast. The location is ideal and having available parking was a bonus. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

I enjoyed the buffet breakfast but not tbe fact that for tbe first day and a half my room 513 airconditioner was blowing hot air. It was only after conplaining three times that i was offered another room 313, where the airconditioner worked perfectly. Otherwise my experience at The Darmstadt was good.

Easy and access convenient access to downtown and sights. Great breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, there was minor vandalism to our rear windshield wiper while it was parked in the hotel underground parking garage. Wide cars beware when parking!!!! Overall, the hotel was great.

Godt værelse, men lidt uhensigtsmæssig brusekabine. Flot space-tema med billeder ophængt i restauranten og på TV-skærme + raket og månebil modeller. Sjovt fordi det var uventet og fordi vi faktisk arbejder med space og boede på hotellet fordi vi skulle til space-møde i Darmstadt.

Location good. Air con welcome in hot weather. No kettle for making tea in room, and we were refused one at reception. Towels were thin and a bit mean. I agree room needn't be fully serviced every day but a very quick hoover and emptying the bins would have been welcome. Some staff v friendly. Some staff a bit abrupt.

The biggest iek for me was rhey had construction going on and it really annoyed me.At one point they woke me up at 6am after i usd beeon a night out. I wasn't best pleased. Never had my room cleaned in the four days i was there. No air-conditioning in the room. It was hot. I was given a fan but it was not effective.

The hotel is good in terms of price, location and room cleanliness. I have given a negative overall score however for the following reasons… a) The automatic check in did not work. b) Emails sent to the hotel were not answered. c) The hotel is currently undergoing major renovation/reconstruction until about August 2025. The noise during daytime working hours is therefore unbearable. No information about this work is provided on the hotel website and I accordingly feel deceived. There is also a major building site at the property next door. On a more positive note, I would consider using the place again in the future…but only when the entire reconstruction has been completed. In its current state it’s not worth it unfortunately.
