Staff was very capable. Especially loved the dining and bar staff. Watching the sunset at the rooftop bar, with a drink and friends, was great. Liked our room. Not quite sure why the shower had a stopper (it kept slipping over the drain) and our bathroom sink kept clogging. Those were our only complaints. Awesome views!

Céntrico, moderno, Oxxo y farmacia cerca, desayuno rico y variado y muy bien atendidos por personal del restaurante, estaría bien que pusieran un espejo de cuerpo completo en las habitaciones y que el horario de alberca sea más extendido a las 8 pm se me hace súper temprano que la cierren

Es un excelente hotel para descansar, muy cómodo, privado, poca afluencia (ahora en octubre) y cuenta con varias amenidades. Únicos 3 puntos a mejorar que se pudiera pedir: un gym más espacioso, más variedad en el menú del restaurante (que por cierto la comida de por sí es deliciosa), y ventanas de la habitación más privadas (ya sea polarizadas o algo) porque se ve la habitación desde otras habitaciones si levantas las cortinas, así que debes siempre tener las cortinas abajo.

Varias veces me he hospedado aquí, esta última aproveché la alberca y está muy agradable, tiene calefacción y servicio de bar y snacks. Muy agradable para pasar un rato antes de dormir.

El personal siempre fue muy amable y atento. La limpieza de la habitación fue muy buena. La terraza nos tocó muy tranquila y agradable para pasar la tarde y platicar, además pedimos snacks y bebidas qué estuvieron muy sabrosos. La alberca me pareció estupenda de manera general, solo que creo que le falta algo e mantenimiento ya que pude notar que le faltan algunos azulejos, las orillas están algo descuidadas y el vidrio sucio, algo normal creo para la zona de la alberca. Decidimos tomar el desayuno buffet y creo que coincido con la mayoría de los comentarios en que le falta variedad de platillos. En cuanto a sabor nos pareció bien pero nada extraordinario. La atención fue buena por parte de los meseros, pero creo que si tienen flojera de salir está bien que vayan por el buffet, pero si hay tiempo y no tienen pereza de salir o buscar otra opción, recomendaría qué hicieran eso, salir a buscar otro lugar para desayunar. En conclusión, recomendaría mucho este lugar, es muy limpio, tranquilo y con buen servicio. Solo me saltaría el buffet.

ACCESO DE ESTACIONAMIENTO SUPERIOR AL HOTEL NO ES PRACTICO .- Pero : Buena relación valor - precio, el desayuno bufete es suficiente pero falta variedad en guisos después de varios días de hospedaje ! la habitación el hotel está prácticamente nuevo ! la actitud o servicio del personal de recepción y en el restaurante es muy bueno ! es la segundo periodo de hospedaje el primero fue en diciembre del 2024 en familia y el segundo de negocios este noviembre 2025 cinco noches . UNICO PERO O DETALLE QUE AUN NO ES ATENDIDO : El acceso del segundo estacionamiento SUPERIOR O NO SUBTERRANEO no es practico o funcional por lo siguiente: para bajar o subir las maletas del lobby existe escaleras anchas para este propósito PERO no existe una RAMPA para NO CARGAR LAS MALETAS O UNA SILLA DE RUEDAS CON UN DISCAPACITADO cuando existe espacio para que la mitad sean las escaleras y la RAMPA por lo menos de 1 metro de ancho para este fin o propósito ! ES MI SEGUNDA PETICION Y DE SU PARTE NINGUNA ACCION !!!!

Pues todo está bien a un que los pasillos huele a humedad y el Clima en la habitación. 15 no enfría nada estuve dos horas a 20 grados y la sensación era de 26 estuvo horrible hasta que me Cambiaron de habitación. Pero de ahí en fuera mis demás días estuvieron excelente. Sólo ese detalle .

Hotel Noite was a great experience 👌 it was very clean. Great staff! Great morning buffeet every day we were there! I really enjoyed the view from the bar/pool on the top floor. Overall excellent experience. My only complain is that when we fisrt arrived the lady at the front desk insisted that the hotel stay had not been paid which I told her was not true as I had paid in advance she charged my card only to call me back after I checked in to tell me she had made a mistake and that I was correct. She said she would return the payment to my card and that it would take 72 hrs. We stayes at Hotel Noite for 7 days and I never received my money back! I had to make a claim at my bank for this refund.

Worst experience ever . I have a list of never ending issues: 1: Out of service pool heat for 2+ weeks. 2.Telephone never worked or it was intentionally blocked by the management team. I complained several times but no action was taken ever. I had to walk down for towels , bath tissues. 3. Big time liars straight to my family’s face. No housekeeping was provided for several days. 4. They decided to turn off the water supply for the whole day without prior notice and didn’t give a damn about notifying us. We spent all day in the hotel and then they used this for not cleaning out room again. 5. The management literally told us to leave the hotel if we were not happy despite we prepaid for the hotel room. 6. The management told us to pay for the tissues because we requested for the days the rooms were not cleaned . 7. Zero hospitality ethics despite all of the staff is roaming around in suits and calling them self executive class . Funny mess. 8. Be prepared to get tortured daily for various issues in case you plan to book here. We decided to move to a different hotel before our checkout date as it was messing up our visit to Leon on vacation.

The food was delicious but most importantly the staff was extremely friendly and helpful for our stay. They even help arrange transportation from the hotel to the airport which made the stay more easy and relaxing for my sister and I.

Love this hotel! The staff was amazing and really went above and beyond for my partner and I. Rooms were very clean and the housekeeping always did a good job. The food and drinks at the restaurant and sky bar were great. We had a phenomenal stay and would definitely come back.

En general fue una gran experiencia, solamente nos hospedamos una noche pero el servicio y apariencia del hotel la verdad es que es muy buena. Ampliamente recomendado también por su ubicación, ya que esta a pie de blvd muy importante para la ciudad.

Cute boutique hotel close to the centro historico de leon area as well as the convention center. The stop for the autobus is half a click away and the airports about 30 mins. Theres a few food places in the street next to the oxxo next door so its fairly walkable and the oxxo is open 24hours for any late night cravings.

ACCESO DE ESTACIONAMIENTO SUPERIOR AL HOTEL NO ES PRACTICO .- Pero : Buena relación valor - precio, el desayuno bufete es suficiente pero falta variedad en guisos después de varios días de hospedaje ! la habitación el hotel está prácticamente nuevo ! la actitud o servicio del personal de recepción y en el restaurante es muy bueno ! es la segundo periodo de hospedaje el primero fue en diciembre del 2024 en familia y el segundo de negocios este noviembre 2025 cinco noches . UNICO PERO O DETALLE QUE AUN NO ES ATENDIDO : El acceso del segundo estacionamiento SUPERIOR O NO SUBTERRANEO no es practico o funcional por lo siguiente: para bajar o subir las maletas del lobby existe escaleras anchas para este propósito PERO no existe una RAMPA para NO CARGAR LAS MALETAS O UNA SILLA DE RUEDAS CON UN DISCAPACITADO cuando existe espacio para que la mitad sean las escaleras y la RAMPA por lo menos de 1 metro de ancho para este fin o propósito ! ES MI SEGUNDA PETICION Y DE SU PARTE NINGUNA ACCION !!!!
