Doesn’t look as good as pictures. Arrived to find it in a busy place in what looks like transient housing. Was not safe for my family so we booked at a traditional IHG hotel right away. Smelled awful and bathroom was not fully clean. Recommend only if staying without kids.

It should mention that the property is not manned and self-check in. I needed to call to find out the check in procedures. A Air con was there and functioning but the display of the remote was broken so it took time to work it out. An instruction should be available. The net curtain definitely needs washing.

Window is broken, letting in mosquitoes. Furnishings are the worst I’ve seen. Shower doesn’t drain limiting showers to 2 minutes before it overflows. I had to buy glasses for water. There was no bin only a bucket which you have to empty in the street bins. The room smells of fried chicken from the shop underneath. There is no vanity in the bathroom so toiletries are kept on the floor. Worst value for money I’ve ever know and I travel over 200 days a year.

The rooms were smaller than I had imagined, there are cracks in the tiles in the main kitchen area. It’s very noisy during the night with what sounds like large fans or rangehoods from below restaurants going solidly from 2am. There may be quieter rooms.
