When I checked in I was offered 100 per night as an upgrade to a suite. It was so noisy I was beside the service elevator so eventually they moved me to the gold floor. Then the counter was covered in toothpaste - I could even see where the last persons tooth brush was. Finally on my last morning I asked to get new pillows because I was allergic at 10 am before I left. When I came back at 940 pm they still weren’t delivered. Not the experience I would expect at a Fairmont.
